I took my PC to them so they could diagnose the problem, they charged me 25 for the diagnosis and told me it was a defective CPU or motherboard, so I went through the process of exchanging my CPU for a new one with AMD, only for the problem to be a simple BIOS update, they don’t know what they’re talking about

Had my Samsung s7 screen replaced due to dropping it about a month after purchasing. I had phone Todd order me a new screen which came in within 2 business days, dropped phone off that morning heading to work and picked up during my lunch break! Also went ahead and purchased a new phone case when I picked my phone back up since I apparently needed one and the discount they offer on accessories with repair work! I will definitely use phone Todd services again in the future if I need repairs and would recommend them to anyone. Fast repairs and friendly staff!

Went in to get my battery fixed because it would die in 20 minutes from 100% to 0% if I had played a game. They gave an estimate time of 1 hour and had it done in 20 minutes. Do not let these comments fool you. This place does nothing but consume your money, and give you more problems in return. I recently brought my 8+ in for a simple screen repair, to have it returned with many issues. Ones that were not occurring before phone Todd did there magic. Very displeased with the work done here and would highly recomend you go through your provider to get your electronic issues delt with. This will be my third time taking my phone back in 2 days. (only because warranty)

0 stars, the customer service was horrible at Henderson location and the woman that helped me had about as much personality as gum on the bottom of your shoe. My husband had a new face put on his phone several years ago and he had sent several people there. So I took my phone in for a repair. My experience was terrible and we will never recommend Phonetodd to anyone again. I had cracked the face of my phone in the corners. It was going to cost $220.00 to replace the face and I could not afford that so we talked about a screen protector as an option. I asked if a screen would help to at least keep the moisture out of my phone, she said it would help and she could do it for $30.00, She puts one on that does not come close to covering the face let alone the cracks. When I expressed that it did not fit and she had a big bubble dead center; she still charged me $30. She was rude and offered no remedy at all. I have a Samsung Galaxy 7 and discovered I could have gotten a screen protector that fits all four corners for only $8.00 at Walmart and my granddaughter could have done a better job putting the thing on. Since they knew the purpose of the purchase was to cover the cracks, why was I sold a cover that would not fit the phone and would leave a big bubble!!!! What a waste of $30.00. Beware of doing business with them, they take advantage of you and if you are unhappy they will not offer to do anything to fix it. I went in for a repair and got nothing in return, but swindled. We will no longer refer anyone here for repairs. We also took this to management level with no help from them either.

This place is a rip off dont by any used apple products from them its a scam so I bought an iPhone six from them tax time said the screen had just been replaced and a week later I find out that the screen on the phone wasnt all the way secured to the backing of the phone on one side I can literally put a finger nail under it and see all the lights and inside of the phone and the phone wont work on speaker phone and I believe the mic in it is shot every time I call Siri to call someone its like it doesnt understand anything Im saying needless to say I expected better out of Iphone Todd I will not be shopping with them again and I would suggest not buying used phones from them they will screw u over I wish I could rate in negative stars
