I cannot rant & rave enough about the 5 start red carpet treatment I have always received at Lamborghini Las Vegas. The service manager Ben Stauffer always takes such great care of me. Im ashamed to admit it, but I broke the switch on my steering wheel from switching from Strada to Corsa. If you own a Lamborghini you know none of us ever drive in Strada. I guess I was mashing too hard on the switch and broke it. After being informed I would need a new steering wheel I braced for a very expensive bill. When I went in today Ben informed me he was able to chalk it up to a bad switch and it was covered under warranty. Not only was I so excited to pick my Huracan Evo back up, but they had freshly washed and had the car looking like it was ready for a show. I cant speak for other Lamborghini dealerships but I can tell you that this service department is A+

George over at Lamborghini Henderson was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I first came here about a year ago and we were not ready to buy a Lamborghini, but George did not treat us any differently. He went through the process of buying a Huracan Evo and spent the time with us as if we were buying that day. When we were ready, we knew we had to go see George. Today, just over a year later, we were able to buy a Lamborghini Urus. George helped us choose the options, explained each option, heard what we wanted and walked us through everything. Thankfully they actually had a urus on lot so we didnβt have to test drive at an exotic rental company or anythingβ¦. But seriouslyβ¦. George has been one of the best persons we have ever worked with.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the wonderful service experience that I have had with Benjamin Stauffer & his service department at the Lamborghini of Las Vegas factory OEM dealership & service center. Ben has gone out of his way each & every time that I have brought my Lamborghini in to have any maintenance service completed. I live out of the Salt Lake City, Utah area & would prefer to have the vehicle transported to their facility for any maintenance or repair work. They now offer transport service to the surrounding states in order to offer factory OEM service work to those who do not have a factory Lamborghini service center in their area. They also offer a βVehicle Health Checkβ video presentation that illustrates a full in depth condition report when the vehicle is brought in. This presentation goes through a thorough multipoint inspection checklist to ensure you catch any issues before they turn into major problems. Ben has really made me feel like he cares about the well being of my experience with the brand regardless of the scenario & has really eased my mind to make sure I am enjoying my vehicle to the fullest extent. He truly is a Lamborghini enthusiast & really takes pride in his profession. I would highly recommend & suggest utilizing their services compared to alternative solutions. First step is to ask for George, and the rest is history. You will not regret it. I have searched for a very long time to find an Aston Martin that fit my stringent criteria. I finally found the one at Lamborghini Las Vegas. I was hesitant to purchase from across the country let alone sight unseen because of my previous terrible experiences with other dealerships and salespeople. George took every time he had to return my many phone calls with status updates and even facetimed me to review every inch of the car to make me feel comfortable with the purchase. Even after the purchase, he has followed up to see if everything was to my liking. This is customer service at its finest that is lacking in this industry. Keep in mind that this car is not as expensive as some of the vehicles that are sold daily there, but he was very professional and I felt as if I had his full attention. In late 2019, I began looking into purchasing a custom-built Lamborghini Urus. There were no Lamborghini dealerships in my state, but two nearby out-of-state options. The first dealership did not take me seriously, did not return my phone calls or emails in a timely manner, did not answer all of my questions, and strung me along for weeks. I would send them a build code and ask for a price, only to be told it can take a week or longer to get a price (I later found out it only takes a few minutes). I then decided to call Lamborghini Las Vegas. My call was handed to Rod Fuller. As a result of my experience at the previous dealership, I was distrustful, frustrated, and probably not the friendliest customer. I asked Rod a million questions, and took nearly 3 months to finally place an order for a custom-built Urus. Rod answered every question or admitted if he did not know and committed to get back with me asap. He took my calls on his days off or texted me letting me know he would call me back when he returned to his office. Despite the fact that I took months, was full of questions and emails, Rod always treated me with total respect and professionalism. I never felt pressured into anything, and Rod never questioned if, or when, I was going to purchase. He totally earned my trust and respect! WARNING. This dearlership checks inside your glove compartment in your vehicle. So if you have important documents, be sure you remove them. I sent my vehicle for maintenance and found many items removed, one item missing and others placed in different order. Worst experience

Ben, the Service Manager, is professional, courteous, detail oriented, and genuinely concerned about properly maintaining your car. These cars are special and require special service that Ben delivers. The service technicians are Lamborghini factory trained to know the slightest nuance of your automobile and work only on Lamborghinis. When not being worked on they are stored in a secure, indoor climate-controlled Super Car Vault. They also offer transport in large custom-built trailers for your car if you live out of state at a nominal cost. I would highly recommend Lamborghini Las Vegas and can honestly say I will never go anywhere else for service.

The place to buy or service your lambo, even if you dont live in Vegas. Crazy showroom had Aventador, Diablo, and Centenario in it. Saleen S7 sitting just outside as well. All other cars on the lot were pristine and had low miles, so they only sell clean and pristine stuff, yet their prices are right in line with sometimes lesser cars. Staff is amazing. Highly recommend.
We were looking to purchase a Huracan at the time and being young, we thought the employees would think we are just time wasters or just messing around but George immediately came up to us and showed us their inventory at the time. He made us extremely comfortable as this was our first experience buying something of this caliber and he worked really hard to get us the car weve been looking for. He answered all our questions and remained in touch with us throughout the process. We were extremely happy with how we were treated by everyone here compared to other exotic and luxury car dealers that we did not want to buy from anyone else. (Plus the Lambo was much better). Maybe they are good at selling Lambo but they are the absolute worse in servicing it. so Here is my experience. i took a lambo there in MAY 2020 for a clutch snap and i order an extra key, 3 weeks later i order another key but never got an invoice like the other one which ask for advance full payment and programing fee in advance. 4 months later i receive the first key but i no longer need programming so i ask to have the programming cost applied to the second key which i still have not receive any invoice for. In September 2020 they actually told me the key came and it is in BENS drawer but he is out of town for personal matter and he can call me when he returns. What these people did not realize is that i spoke to BEN before he left for the personal matter and he said he does not have the key but will ask parts to contact me which of course they never did! I cant make this level of incompetency up!!! I ask for Ben and usually i get no reply unless he is trying to sell me service. simple question like why dont i have invoice and what happen to the program fee got no reply t all. Finally in late September i got ahold of BEN and told him just cancel the second key as they finally admitted they never ordered it at all! He told me the invoice is now so old they cant refund me on my card and will have accounting write me a check. Friday oct 16 2020, i called accounting and today oct 19th, i got a call back from a lady in accounting stating BEN NEVER requested a check and that she looked into it and will send my refund out. DO you want these people to service anything? I will order any parts from Scuderia car parts in Europe as i actually get parts from England much faster with prompt response and will have it service at other mechanic shop.....these guys are beyond believe in their attitude and incompetency. Buyer beware!
This dealer has outdoor displays that are just breathtaking just for a car lover to stop by and snap a couple of selfies. Not rich enough to buy one yet, but they never run me away for just wanting to stop and dream for a moment. Wish more dealers with a lot less expensive cars on the lot took this approach. If I ever do get rich, theyre getting my money first!!!
I had a great experience with Ben at Lamborghini Las Vegas in Henderson. I brought my 2007 Gallardo in for an oil change and he found several things that needed to be addressed. After his recommendations, service, and fine tuning the vehicle to my driving style, itβs running like new, and nice and loud again. Ben and a tech even came to my home after hours to address a concern I had. They monitored my concern closely and while there was nothing to worry about, they treated my concern with genuine care. This is my second Lamborghini, and third service department, and this has been the best one yet.

He was very knowledgeable and informed me of 2 recalls that needed to be performed, no upselling and unnecessary add on, like the local dealers here. My name is Chad and I wanted to thank you and I appreciate all your help Lamborghini of Las Vegas is an outstanding and will help you no matter what with 110% service I came out to Las Vegas and do some gambling at the Luxor and MGM when I pull up to the Luxor I had my Lamborghini LP640 Valley parked & I didnt anything of it I came back out to get my car to go out and find a nice restaurant the valet attendant went to go get my car when he pulled up in my car he said it was acting a little bit weird but I didnt think anything of it and I got my car and drove off all of a sudden my vehicle would not go above 30 miles an hour and I turned around heading back to the Luxor and the valet parking attendant said do you know whats going on and I was like no I dont Im going to need to find me a mechanic fast the attended handed me a phone number and told me he understanding what was go on so a tow truck came down to the Luxor hooked up to my car and I got inside the tow truck and we went down tea shop he said there was going to be a small fee for hooking up the car to the computer on the car I said okay and then I found out there was Lamborghini of Las Vegas and the service writer name was Ben he told me that I was able to get a loaner from Lamborghini of Las Vegas so I would not be stuck while my car was being worked on I told him thank you and then I arrive back to the shop to go pick up my car and I was told I owed exactly $18,000 in repair fees and then I argued with the fees I said that I was paying too much money and Ben was trying to help me get my car back I arrived with the police department my car was blocked in and I was told that I could not have my car until the $18,000 was paid and then again Ben being a service manager that he is tried to help me multiple ways called the shop back and ask them what they did to my car and they told him a fraudulent story and I fought with these people the complete weekend and again it was problems after problems and I went to get my car back on Wednesday parsley into Thursday after I paid the bill they told me that the shop was closed and it wouldnt be open back till Wednesday night I got a Uber black suv right back down to the shop and all of a sudden my Lamborghini LP640 was missing the tags to the vehicle for laying on the ground and nobody knew where my car was but again the service manager Ben tried to help me in any way possible for me to get my car back if I had to get a loaner they were trying to help me 110 percent and Im praying that either this company returns my car or they replace it but I will say this Lamborghini of Las Vegas is the kind of company that you want working on your exotic car thank you so much Lamborghini of Las Vegas from the bottom of my heart and all the help that you put trying to help me get my Lamborghini LP640 sincerely Chad

And people say hockey is a blood sport. But, alas, nobody has built a carbon-fiber supercar called the Gretzky.Our 34-hour tryst with a $412,015 Lamborghini Aventador began at its factory in SantAgata Bolognese, proceeded to a test track near Milan where the critical acceleration and braking numbers proved to be 3.0 seconds and 144 feet, and ended with a series of redline rips through some deep tunnels in the Apennines near the Mediterranean coast. Another of my rare five-star reviews but this one deserves it.A few years back, I took my kids to see the Lamborghinis in Las Vegas. At the time, they only had a few and they were in the Audi dealership adjacent to this building. Theyve since been relocated to this building and holy crap, its incredible! I walked in (again, after not being there for a few years) and theyve got 4, yes FOUR, Aventadors and a Huracan on display. Ill defy you to find another place with that kind of display. Museums dont count.
I bought a used Lamborghini Aventador from this dealership only to find a very racist note in the glovebox stating that all black people should have cancer. I found this very offensive and i hope this person would apologize to me and my son.
