Don’t go here until they get new employees!!!! I have been coming to this location for 20 years . I have always gotten great service until yesterday! The employees there were more interested in trying to be funny than doing their job. They pulled my car in and lifted the hood so I assumed it was being worked on. Well I pulled out over a hour later. I had to go back to get my sticker for next oil change. Management get rid of the clowns and put some one in there that will change your oil. I drove from Black Mountain to get this kind of service. If I want comedy I’ll go to a show

This location is always friendly and fast. I really appreciate the mechanic who brought my childs bottle out to my car for me. He didnt have to, and it was above and beyond! Thanks!

First & last time using their services. Went because they were running a special. I got my car &my mothers serviced around 3/15. By April 5 my oil light was blinking again (mind you it was blinking when I got it serviced) my fiance check my oil stick &it was BONE DRY. I told my mom to check hers & it was dark brown, she doesnt drive as much as I do so hers shouldve have still been good. I didnt bother going back to the establishment after reading the reviews that had been left. Just wish I wouldve did my research like I normally do before wasting all that money ..Google is probably going to make me leave a star but I wouldnt give them any if it was possible

The customer service was good but an oil change cost me $800 in total damages !! I had went to snappy for an oil change. A month later, my car goes out while I’m driving (out of town; It was an expensive tow back home! ). After taking it to another shop, they explained to me that my previous oil change was done incorrectly and it cause damages to my cam shaft. Highly disappointed that an oil change cause this much trouble!

This location is under new management and a new, well-trained staff. Anybody who was here before and had a less-than-stellar experience should definitely give them another chance to Wow them... They will not be disappointed.

I am writing in re: to my Snappy Lube experience in Henderson, NC on Dabney Drive. I frequent this branch for all of my oil changes. I have always had exceptional customer experience for the last 2 years, until today! I went in at 3:00PM to get an oil change to which I walked in on 4 young male staff doing absolutely nothing, sitting behind the desk all on their cell phones not even looking up at me. Also, they were VAPING in your office/waiting room space with smoke in the air! This what what I walked into! Then, after stating I needed an oil change I was directed to move my car to the first bay. I moved my car (which is usually done for me) and proceeded to bring in my keys to see that 2 of the boys had left to work, and the other two were behind on their phones. I stood at the counter with my keys in my hand and neither man looked up at my face. I caught a comment out of the side mouth stating, just a basic oil change? to which I replied, I will get what I always get, (which is usually reviewed by a staff member with me). He responded with, K and continued looking at his phone, never ONCE making eye contact with me. I stood there and let seconds pass in which he looked out of the corner of his eye and said, OK... as if to state I could leave. Normally, by this point in time I am given a time estimate, when to return, a thank you- anything relevant to customer service. Today, alas, I was not. Sadly, I can say that I will not return her and nor will I continue referring members of the Henderson Community, whom I work with daily, to seek services here. I understand that Henderson, NC is not the most thriving area on the map but, some of us are professionals who commute and work here daily and seek services in this city and gladly support the industry locally. It is clear that your branch has diminished over the course of the last 6 months and for you, I am saddened. I would highly encourage you to take reign of these staff members as these are the types of things (smoking indoors) that often lead to closure.

They gave this dingy (but not dumb) chick two free quarts of oil and some badly needed coolant, free of charge. Theyre nice to my sons and treat me like Im not an auto repair idiot, even though....The prices are good, service is fast. Been satisfied with the work each visit.

1 star because I cannot rate 0 star. I am never going back to Snappy Lube! Today, a tire on my car started to go flat fast and of course this happens while it is pouring down raining outside, my luck. I pull into Snappy Lube, needing help. *I AM TURNED AWAY*. The employee tells me they cannot plug my tire because air will still be able to leak out of the tire- since it is raining outside! I even ask if they can put on my spare tire for me at least. He does not. He suggests that I put more air in my tire!!!... in the tire that has a hole in it. So I had to drive away *IN THE RAIN* with an almost flat tire.So... I drove down the road to another automotive shop, who found a screw in my tire and plugged it for me with no problems!

Only giving them 1 star because minus one isnt an option! What an AWFUL business operation! They changed my oil and put my oil filter on too tight! After my last bad experience I decided not to go back, but when I discovered that my filter was on to tight I returned to ask them to remove it. They started by laughing at this and gloating about how this was no issue for them! An hour later the manager calls me into the bay to explain to me how this was MY FAULT. He claimed that I was past due in my oil change and that was the issue. When I explained to him that wasnt the case according to the sticker in my window he stated there was no sticker in my window, to which I responded it was there when I handed them my car. Then he switched the blame to another shop, he did everything but admit that his shop caused the issue. Cost me $100 to remedy the issue. I am LIVID and WILL NEVER return! The ONLY reason I EVER went here to begin with is because there is never a wait, NOW I know why, they have NO CUSTOMERS!

I use to like this place but every time I go there to get a oil change one of the guys always says there’s no one here to do Tire rotation I’m like but everyone knows when you get a oil change people want a rotation as well so I stop going

Absolutely a bad experience and I wont be going there again ever. I drove up and waited for someone and finally when someone came I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. It wasnt until my car was being serviced that they told me they could not do a tire rotation on my Hyundai because their jacks could not do the kind of suspension that my Elantra had. I was surprised but not a big deal so then they said they recommended some extras and I declined. Not a big deal until I drove away and my check engine light was on. It had not been on previously. I went back and told them and they was not going to take responsibility. They shrugged me off and I drove away angry. Was it me and they just didnt like the way I looked? Who knows but I am so angry about this and will report it to the BBB.

They were snappy with getting my cars state inspection.

I cant say enough good things about this new management and staff! They found the leak at my radiator after I had brought my vehicle in twice with the previous staff who could not find it. A leaking bottom hose, how does a mechanic miss that twice! Needless to say it has been fixed and also found I DO NOT have a leaking oil pan as the previous employees said both my car (mine had been recently replaced by a different mechanic) and my daughters car have grrrrrr they were going to pocket money from a single mother! Around 20 minutes after dropping my car off I got a phone call from the new manager going over what repairs were needed, now that was fast! I am very happy to know that I can return to Snappy Lube and know that I will not be screwed over like I was going to be by the previous management and staff members!!! The new manager was very thorough and reasonable with pricing, do not hesitate bringing your car here! You wont be disappointed.

Very poor service. Two guys working no customers there and they tell me it will be 30 minutes before they can do an inspection. Same guy was there last Saturday and he told me the guy that did inspections wasn’t there. Very poor customer service.

Got my inspection done there. Took maybe 5 minutes, total.

I have gone to this location about 6-7 times. The people are friendly but EVERY time, they tried to sell me something more than what I had come for. So a $30 oil change became $140 oil change, radiator flush, air filter and special oil. EVERY TIME. They always come in and show me some dirty fluid that absolutely needs changing. The last two times something was the last straw, they did this bait and switch and when I was driving home, I noticed that the pickup was running very rough, which it hadnt been when i went there. The next day i decided to look under the hood and found that one of the plug wires was loose. They must have bumped it or dislodged it. Avoid this place!
