I am sorry to say that the manager, Frank was not only unhelpful but also rude and discourteous! I’m disappointed that auto zone would have a person of this character representing their company. I can not recommend this location with him there.

Ordered a Battery from their website and choose home delivery, by the time I got the old battery out of my car they delivered the new one, love it when a plan comes together...easy, affordable and saved me time and $$...Great job Autozone

Rarely does a retail store perform customer service at the level this store served me. My experience on a warranty battery return could not have been better. I will recommend this store to everyone I know!

Friendly staff helpednmenfind a part for my 50 year old Frankenstein car. Not original motor not original pulleys or mounts etc. I have been other places where they wont help you unless they know year make and model which is irrelevant in my case

I went in last night to have a low beam checked out on my car. Robert did ask he could to help me out. The other autozone sold me the wrong part and didnt take the time to make sure it was the right part I had. Robert took his time and patiently changed the bulb. There was an bigger issue that needed to be done and it was dark out, Sandra told me about an guy and he came out and had the light fixed in record time. They were courteous, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Ive been to AutoZone for over fifteen years and never had an experience like this. I even went ahead and bought all of the other things I needed for my future projects thanks to my level of comfort. Thank you both

Item was on a peg that stated description and price. 2.99 I was charged 3.99 and the cashier went to the item area and said nope it’s 3.99. Terrible customer service, terrible attitude. I can’t see giving them my business when they don’t care.

I was referred to this location by another when they didnt have the part I needed. They were friendly and were waiting for me when I got there with the part ready. They even went outside to help me install it for no extra charge. They refused my cash tip, but forced it on them anyhow for the extra service they provided. Sandra, and the rest of the staff at that location, are amazing. I appreciate the help!

Limped into the store with a dead battery after getting it jumped. Asked the guys if I could get a replacement as soon as possible. Twenty minutes later I was on my way home. Doesnt get better than that.

I didnt know if my battery or my alternator was going out. They were quick to assist on changing out my battery, it was almost 4 years old. I guess the extreme heat can wear out your battery quicker then when I lived in the midwest. They were nice and professional.

I went there for work blades and the employee help me find them and trying up my sale. She also asked if I wanted them installed so I said yes. It was a quick trip and I am very happy with the customer service. Auto zone also offers a veteran discount.

AutoZone just cant compete with the price of online sites such as Amazon but they could compete more if they gave you a printout of the possible problems that you could be having when you describe the symptoms and give you suggestions. then people wouldnt mind paying the higher price. Ask for a starter relay they said oh our system doesnt show our starter relay for 2003 Ford expedition XLT.

Always have what your repair or project calls for and if they dont they will let you know where to pick it up or order it for you. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Never a hesitation when they are asked to scan check engine codes, change a battery, or change a light bulb. They are able to help with printouts of OBD2 check engine codes and part warranty swaps. Always a good experience going here.

Service falls apart the second there are more than 2 people in the store. Took 25 minutes just to grab my items off the shelf and pay.

Auto zone is where I usually go for my vehicles needs. I like this better than OReillys. People here were more helpful honestly

Very good service. Went there today to buy fuse for the Cigarette and Power Outlet. They dont usually mess with the fuse they said but 1 good guy (sorry didnt get his name) helped me change the busted fuse. Thank you for that.

I can’t express enough how great the staff was at this store. Not only was i impressed by the fact that they had two beautiful and knowledgeable women, but everyone was so kind and helpful. I would recommend anyone in the area to come to them with their car needs!

Let me start by commending Jennifer for her amazing attitude and willingness to help, even if she wasnt able to. The manager, however, is a totally different story.We are a commercial account with a throttle body bought in Albuquerque that needs a warranty return. As it happens, that store is not able to take care of it because they are not a commercial store. Fine, they cant help that the system wont allow them to access the info needed. When my partner was in there last week, he was told to bring the receipt and they could try to order it since he couldnt remember the PIN and I was indisposed. I called the next day and whoever I spoke with suggested the Hub could probably do more than his store, but he never said he wouldnt try or anything else.When we went in today with both the receipt and the bad throttle body, Jennifer seemed like she genuinely did want to at least see what could be done as they are closest to our location by a good bit. The manager cut in and rudely stated we tried to tell you... and then said they couldnt and wouldnt do anything there. The whole time with a snide attitude and never once acknowledging that he had said they would attempt to find it or anything else. It was a completely unnecessary and unwarranted demeanor given the situation. We werent upset, we werent arguing, etc.I never fault a store for something being beyond their ability because of technical or corporate limitations, but rudeness and borderline hostility is never called for.

This is not your normal auto parts store. The employees at this location are very friendly and helpful. Got us the correct part, the first time and even went to the aisle to get it. Fantastic customer service experience.

Fast and friendly service. I needed a battery for my wifes car. They took the time to test my old one to ensure that that was the problem. Indeed it was and they got the right battery for our car and we were on the road again. 30 minute fix from uninstall to running again. Awesome.

Very friendly and knowledgeable regarding their merchandise. Needed wiper blades and the clerk not only went to check if they had this one size in the back but she asked if Id like for her to install them as well. Which took her a few minutes because my old blades were really on tight.

Excellent customer service the guys are very helpful and were able to answer most of my questions when I came in. They sold me a battery that cost half the price that I would have paid to the dealership so I was extremely happy about that soon as I just bought a car in 3 months ago and the battery is already dead luckily they had what I needed in stock and I was able to put it in in the parking lot and I even think they let me borrow some tools to get the job done. Its a clean store plenty of helpful staff so I would suggest that if you needed auto parts that this will be your first stop. At the end of the day had they not been open as late as they were I would have been out of luck until the morning. So Im glad they were there thats not too far away from home they have a lot of merchandise in stock besides batteries. Anything that you might need they can have ordered and truck then usually within 24 hours. So thats always good. I would suggest that you get OEM parts because the knockoffs of cost you more money in the long run.

For the times that I have been there, they have been real helpful in offering advice and performing simple tasks. They also have a rewards program which is nice.

Not impressed as other autoZones more helpful. One pompous aggressive employee manager grey shirt Walter actually went out of his way to loudly embarrass me in front of the line behind me. Then he makes me wait until he’s done with everyone else in the store. Shame. I can shop elsewhere because there is a lot of competition. One young man was far more helpful prior to this experience.
