The manager of the store worked at a winery before he worked there he had no idea what car parts even were you just do them by their number. 19-year-old kid behind the counter was better help than the manager

Did not have the parts I needed. Customer service was not good. Went down the street to Oreillys and had great customer service and they had the parts I needed.

If you need the parts now. Then Id go to them. Otherwise save money and go online.... The staff is always trying to help you out. But not all are auto-knowledgeable.

Same as auto zone if I need now they r there or if a core charge I go to them or the zone other than that rock auto is the place for car parts.

I can go in there and actually talked to. Other auto store I went into I was dismissed.

I would give zero Stars if Google would let me! I ordered something online to pick up in the store, and when I got there they had no idea what I was talking about and said they had sent all of them back. I also happened to notice that the store was very disorganized, and they had a very poor selection. I really dont think Ill ever do business with Advance Auto Parts - any Advance Auto Parts - ever again.
