Bought a new bronco sport at the Ford dealership yesterday. We had reserved one and I’ve been waiting for a couple of months to finally get it. The sales person Isaiah worked with my wife and then me to get the credit and paperwork for the leasing of the car done in a very smooth fashion. He was courteous and and took the time to explain any questions I had.Ryan back in the business office had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and was quick and efficient in explaining the papers to be signed. He was conversational through the process and made the process very quick and easy.First time purchaser at Ford, and kudos to the staff for streamlining the process and making it a pleasant one.
I went to the dealership not expecting to buy anything just to see what they had. When I arrived I actually found the exact truck I wanted. Not too long after that a gentleman named Eric helped me out with a test drive, answering any questions I had, and to talk payments. After the typical back-and-forth we came up with a decent number and started the purchase process. This was my first purchase of a new vehicle and also my first Ford. The overall experience is typical of any other dealership. But the people at Ford are definitely nice and I would recommend people to check them out because of what they can offer in their warranties and overall sales. Thank you for helping me out. Now it’s time to make new adventures with my new Ford truck.
We had a punctured tire and needed to get on the road to head home to another state as our vacation was over. We needed to leave the rental house on time also. Ford got us in really fast despite being very busy. They had the correct tire for my vehicle and helped get us back on the road really quickly.
Service advisor Tom Murphy was very professional and kept us well informed throughout the process. My wife and I were especially grateful that we had purchased the extended warranty which covered the cost of the repairs. 5 star performance from start to finish!
Went here to purchase the 2021 mustang that we saw online, and Mr.Isaiah Perez-Lopez the Internet Sales & Leasing Consultant was able to help us and made the whole experience surprisingly pleasant. He made sure everything was perfect from documentation to key turnover. He explained everything about fordpass connectivity and points and how it works. Everything was extremely easy with the entire process at the Ford country service department. There were several cars in front of us when we pulled in but the team came out so quickly and got the cars checked in so fast it was unbelievable. Thomas Murphy was our service advisor and he was amazing and very educated. He checked us in so quickly and was extremely clear about the process that was going to take place. When all was said and done, it went exactly how he explained it was going to be and my truck was fixed perfectly. I’ve been going to Ford Country for close to 17 years And although they’ve been great throughout my time, this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had there.

I had never purchased a Ford product in the past but wanted a nice vehicle that takes regular gas with good gas mileage. I traded my Infinity for this vehicle and I am thoroughly impressed! George who helped me was excellent and very nice. I like that very much when dealing with dealership service reps. The rest of the staff got me serviced but only wasnt able to get me a car due to high demand of rentals for days O-well.They couldnt find the problem with the breaks and the unlocking that I mentioned,but it after they check the while system and breaks what ever caused it stopped ✋. So I was very happy and satisfied. They even replaced the horn for my key 🔑 fobs. Now the car drives smoothly and I would come back to them again They were very helpful and and great. The oil change guys are attentive and responsive. With an appointment, things go smoothly and the vehicle is done in a timelt manner. I like that they come in and go over everything with you and squat down so they are at your level.
Came in looking to test drive the tacoma and 4runner but ended up liking the ford ranger and buying it the same night. Some employees stayed 3 hours past closing to help me finish the deal and go through all my questions. Dejean went beyond to reach out even the next morning and make sure I come back so we can go over the details of the car. I would highly recommend checking out Ford Country. Purchased the new Ford Bronco over a year ago during the initial launch. As I was waiting on supply chain delays Ford country stayed on top of everything. Communicating during changes as well as when the vehicle left the plant to start the delivery process via train. Delivery process was perfect the team at Ford Country was top notch. Best experience. I found a couple vehicles from this dealership I was interested in. From the moment Frank contacted me, I was given all the information I needed and was kept up to date at all times. Frank went above his duties to accommodated me. Im from the San Diego area and was willing to drive up to get a vehicle. I rented a car, drove up, spent the night. I had to return the car in themorning. Frank retrieved me and my fur baby and luggage. So nice. Then drove me to the bank when my bank wouldnt release the funds on my debit card. SO NICE. I just wanted to leave a few words about our buying experience yesterday. Weve had some challenges with our credit over the years which resulted in a chapter 7 ultimately. I got connected to Ford Country by a company called Tidewater, who connected me to Chad Wellborn, a specialist when it comes to these things. Unlike other sales folks, Chad LISTENED to us, took down some information, and gave us the tools to find our next vehicle. Less than 24 hours later he called us with an approval and for the car we wanted, with no money down and opportunity to add an extended warranty. When we came to the dealership, he had the car pulled out and washed, all the paperwork was ready for signing and facilitated our test drives. I say this plural because we had our two year old with us, who was also treated like a king at the dealership, and we needed to take turns test driving the car so one of us could stay with him. After our test drive confirmed the love we had for this 2019 Hyundai Tucson Ultimate, we went in, signed and spoke with Ryan, the finance manager, got our extended warranty and were on our way in less than 90 minutes. That was the best purchasing experience we ever had. From someone who once had a bad experience YEARS AGO at this same lot, they have done a tremendous job at becoming top notch when it comes to customer service. I brought my Ford Bronco Sport in for my first oil change. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful and welcoming. They were done within the hour and multiple staff came in and asked if I needed anything. At the end of the appointment they gave me a booklet on the status of the SUV and the checklist. I will come back to Ford Country!
Perfect spot for relaxing while car is being serviced. Sally’s Diner is good, the food is good, they don’t push you to hurry up and eat. You can relax and wait for your car. People in service department always nice and professional. The sitting area is nicely separated and makes you feel comfortable (especially nowadays). Washing the car is always a good benefit. Wouldn’t take it anywhere else.
Staff was friendly. Sales manager was a stickler for pricing but I expected it with this used car market. Got a 2018 Focus ST that is in impeccable condition with low miles. Finance guy was knowledgeable and did his job without pushing hard the way you expect most to do. Overall great experience. Only thing I would have liked to change was is if the whole transaction took a little less time, but it is what it is when buying a car and trying to negotiate on price.

6 weeks to get my Raptor fixed, very poor communication, 30 minutes waiting to have them give my the truck back and returned filthy dirty after sitting outside for 6 weeks. Would be nice to have another factory service option closer.
Individually wrapped pens for customers, that’s new in these Covid times, C’est la vie.Beautiful customer lounge with refreshments while you wait. They have a lovely Diner but I do not think it is open during COVID.I appreciate that when I come for service they always have parts necessary for recall items. Many dealerships shy away from thos work and do not keep parts on hand and it mist be scheduled and planned out, they are always prepared.
I took my Explorer in for an oil change and to correct two recalls.I was greeted by Jose who snapped some photos of the car and then took me into the service area. Wait time was about 5 minutes from when I pulled into the service area.Jose explained that one of the recalls required a 12 hour cure time so I was concerned about getting my vehicle back in time to take someone to the airport at 4:45am but he called me and let me know it would be finished before they closed at 6pm.I was called at 5pm and even had time to get the vehicle washed before leaving.Kudos to Jose and the Ford Country Staff.
Although it was necessary to get in the Quick Lane line more than 30 minutes before the service area opened, once the process got going, everything went smoothly. In a three-lane line, I was first in one of the lanes. Each Ford Country employee with whom I spoke was friendly, courteous, and helpful. My 10,000 mile service was efficiently handled and was finished off with a quick wash and wipe. I will be happy to return there for my future Ford needs.

My friend ran out of fuel in the service line after asking a service writer a question with her 16 f350 pickup, she called me to help her get fuel for her. After getting to ford to help her, she had a team of Ford country crew men helping her after fueling her truck, (because its a choir to start a desel motor after it runs out of fuel)..The shop was very caring and helped her with a kind nature.Excellent service, and a great team of professional service.. thank you!!

We worked with Danny on getting our car fixed. He was so professional. When we first brought it in he listened patiently to our concerns and asked questions. Looked under the hood and pointed out a couple things and and went over a couple ideas of what could be the issue (his first guess was 100% correct). He reviewed in detail what was covered by our warrenty and answered all of our questions. We had the car in the shop for several days and he kept us up to date on what was going on. We really felt like we were in good hands. Our experience was better than we could have expected and our car was ready several days earlier than expected. The car is running great, smoother than when we first bought it, and we couldnt be more satisfied with the service Danny provided. As a bonus everything was covered by our warrenty. Great job all around!

I took my 2013 Ford Edge to the Ford dealer expecting excellent service. After they ran a diagnostic test I was told that there were several major issues with my vehicle and it would be 3955.00 to correct. This included that my battery was leaking acid and needed to be replaced immediately. It was so bad that they had to jump my car in order to get it into the shop to begin the test. Also that my fuel pump was failing.Because I had really never had any issues with the car before, I decided to get a second opinion.I politely told them I would be in and pay for the 159.99 diagnostic test but I did not want any work done because I felt the quote was to excessive.I was then asked if I had ever thought about trading it in because I have 149000 miles.On the day I picked the car up after paying, the valet ran out to get my car and guess what....it started right up without a jump. I then took it to another reputable shop where I was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with my battery. In fact, they checked everything out and said there were No major issues at all.My husband has been a Ford man forever, we currently own 4 Fords but I would not feel comfortable doing any business at this dealer again. Feel like we were about to get taken for sure.
Had a great experience at Ford Country for our 5000 mile check up. We had an appointment and they took us straight in and in less than an hour we were heading back on the road. Angel was a great coordinator in the Quick Lane.
Staff were very nice at the service department.Showed me how to redeem my Ford pass points.I had an oil change and new fuel filters installed in my 2020 F-450 and the bill was an astronomical $522.00I have had the similar service done in both New York and also Alaska ( oil, fuel filters and also tire rotation) for $479.00 in each location so I was shocked by the price.Also due to the fact that my truck was a dually they wouldn’t wash it which was also a first for me, other dealers just had someone hand wash it….
Walk-in for service at 0700 hours, short line, #3 to be served. Enjoyed breakfast at the Mustang, went to the waiting area, the service agent came back and briefed me on my Escape and future recommend services.Total of 40 minutes great service and comfortable waiting area.

These people DO NOT respond to calls at all, it always goes to voice mail. I called to cancel maintenance plans I did NOT want in the first place, even had another ford dealership try to call about it and they still would not answer. They marked up the car from $27,000 to a whopping $40,000+ with a trade in no less with these “maintenance plans”Go some where else! These people hang around outside like sharks looking for prey to talk you into a sale but become incredibly dismissive, purposely confusing, and real sketchy in business practices after a sale is made.They do not care about you after they get you into a nasty contract and make it hard to get it sorted out. Very, very unhappy customer!

If you like the customer service at the DMV, you will love with how this place runs now!!!Gone are the days of good customer service everywhere, we get it! Mediocre customer service in the past would be good customer service today. Ford Country has certainly gone downhill. 7 years of coming here, today you have to go hunt down the lazy, unwelcoming crew of workers sitting at the desk inside to get help (no longer come out and greet you as you arrive.) I counted 6 of them doing nothing. Service is no longer friendly, warm and inviting (I get it, you would rather be home collecting free money than coming to work, because the rent is due).Arrived later to pay, only to find the 2 cashiers too engaged in their personal lives to acknowledge me standing there (only customer in the room) after a few minutes. Not the same place, anymore.
I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day and the customer service was on point. Fast check in and an easy check out with enough information provided on the service.

What started off as a one and a half hour will change appointment turn into a four-hour appointment because there was a recall and it was taking the other side of service a long time to get to me. I was frustrated but to my surprise the service manager took care of my oil change and new windshield wipers. I left with no charge. Ive never been to any dealership where that happened. It made me feel like a valued customer!

I took my car in for motor mounts, it took over a month for the parts to come in! I asked about recalls on my Explorer and the guy looked and told me there were 2. I asked that they check them and was informed that they would have to keep the car for 3 days because the trim department was backed up, so my car would have to sit in line for 3 days for somebody to even look at it! I’m single, live alone and it’s the only car I own!!! This is ridiculous! Then to top the cake, when I got home and looked at the paperwork, it says I was informed of the recall and declined to have the recall performed!!!

Serviced my truck today with oil change, air filter, tire rotation and new wipers. I specifically advised that the left front tire was needing air which they advised they would have it taken care of. I assumed everything was taken care of as requested. Got a couple miles down the road after they said it was ready to discover that they rotated the tires but failed to check the air pressure in them as I had asked for. Now the left rear is low since they rotated the tires and Ill have to do it myself. They need someone to do quality control a little better to insure that things get done right. Will be taking my truck somewhere else from now on. BTW they sent me a text to my phone to leave a review for them so....here it is boys. Thanks.

My latest service experience with Ford Country was very good. I did not have an appointment, but my issue was assessed promptly. The work was performed and I had my vehicle back one day earlier than promised. The service consultant was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout my experience.
I originally planned to pick up some touch-up paint for my Ford 2011 Ford F-350 diesel. This was supposed to happen last Thursday along with a list of other chores. Then, I couldn’t find either set of keys. So yesterday, I decided to do a load of clothes washing and noticed the dryer making an odd noise. Hence, I found one set of keys which wouldn’t work. I pried open the key head and replaced the 2032 circular battery. Still wouldn’t work, but would set off the annoying beep, beep, beep sound meant to assist in finding my truck in crowded parking lots. Finally, it did work and I hightailed it over to Country Ford and decided to buy two new sets since my 10-yr old set of keys is as comforting as an unfaithful girlfriend. The programming of keys took a couple of hours which seemed excessive, but what do I know. I can remember meeting four Ford Country personnel on this visit and they were all smiling, sympathetic folks, including the Mustang Sally’s folks who prepared my mushroom burger.So here I sit, an exhausted 68-yr old thankful that my new truck keys are now almost 1 day old. The only disappointment I feel is with my ability to organize myself to keep catastrophes away from my doorstep. In the future I will return to Country Ford for my truck needs
Went in for service and found an oil leak on my pan (not major but will be addressed) . The young lady found me having coffee, sat for a brief and explained the issueWhen I paid for the service, she found me again and had my truck put on the rack and showed me!!. The guys didnt seem to mind for the extra effort. They seemed satisfied to show me first hand. Totally unexpected. Then!!... before my truck even hit the ground, she said she would have my truck out front while I finished breakfast then brought me my keys after she parked it!!. Rock stars!!
Made an early morning appointment... the parts were received earlier that week. The turn around was fantastic, completely finished well before lunch. Also did a safety check and a car wash. Found NO problems with the safety checks. Totally wiped the exterior, windows were spotless.👍Most services are done through the Quick Lane.🌞
