I just bought a pre-owned BMW 428i grand coupe from Roy and the experience was great. It was such a smooth transaction and Roy was Super easy to work with. We went here to look at a truck that we saw online. Pleasantly surprised when we arrived, we werent bombarded immediately by a car salesman, and were able to look the vehicle over and talk about it before getting someone to open the truck. Dan was our guy and we are so thankful for him! He made the process SO easy! We went to do our homework on the truck we wanted, but after talking to him, and running numbers, we made the decision to buy that night. We didnt even have the vehicle with us that we were going to trade in. Dan was very knowledgeable, kind, patient with any and all questions, and really made it so easy and straightforward that we knew we were getting an honest deal! After everything was agreed upon we went to the finance managers office- Tony. Again, was blown out of the water at how kind, funny, honest, and personable he was. Wasnt trying to up sell anything, just showing options and walking through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. If there’s one guy you want to talk to, it’s Roy. Went in to test drive a couple options during the last hours of the day but was still met with incredible service and patience despite the later hours. I was expecting the usual salesman pressure but Roy was hands off and let me do all the thinking and processing without applying pressure. Upon first entry, Eric had a very calm and cool approach. Asked us what brought us in and he listened. Let us test drive the cars we were interested in. Not pushy at all with the sale. Car is nice, however I am a stickle for not breaking promises. The tires needed to be replaced and after the sale was closed, I was not tended to. Left having to follow up with headquarters whom had to reach out to Audi Henderson just for them to not follow up again. All is well until it’s not. Salesman was nice but there is a lack of customer value illustrated through the experience if something is not as planned.Thank you!

Anthony was able to set up my appointment within 2-days, along with securing a loaner. I have never had such a positive service experience, and Audi will be at the top of my list for my future vehicle purchases.
