My car was hit on the Driver side so I was recommended this body shop. I took it in about two weeks later I went to go pick it up and I noticed a few flaws with the job. I told them about it and they were quick to start fixing it. I thought this was great customer service. The next day I went to go pick it up again and still, the trim of the window and some of the paint above it And on the inside of my door was not even. So I took it back to them a third day and told them about it, and the owner started getting frustrated at me because I didn’t tell him about it. Instead I told the manager which should’ve fixed it. But regardless of that, it should’ve been fixed the first time. I would rate the customer service I see for the third day because they were getting annoyed that I kept taking it back because it wasn’t done properly. But after everything was completed it looked like new. I would still recommend this place but be aware of it the carelessness Hart

My experience with Winners Circle was great. The repair to my bumper fender and headlight made it look like it never happened. They were a pleasure to work with in-person and over the phone. They quickly had someone knowledgeable to review damages and subsequent repairs.Prices were fair and I got a full detail of costs, even though the other guys insurance (Progressive) paid for it.The only thing that doesnt take my review to 5 is that my repairs were delayed a couple days, but only a couple.

Amazon work, amazing customer service.Everyone at Kustom Autobody is very nice and professional. They relieved many of my anxieties and stress about my car. Carlos was the main mechanic working on my car, kept me up to date and had the car ready for me when they expected.They worked with my schedule and were willing to stay after hours for me to pick up my vehicle. I couldn’t not recommend this auto body shop more!! They made everything super easy for me, can’t thank them enough.

This is by far the best paint and body shop in Vegas! Let me tell you why; my GF and I where on our way back from CA and a snowplow got in front of us spitting salt rocks on our car like a raging machine gun. Needles to say we knew that the paint was going to be hit hard. The windshield instantly cracked as well at that moment and when we pulled over to check out what just happend we knew that we needed a GOOD and SERIOUS body shop to fix the hundreds of little impacted spots all over the car. We contacted our insurance and immediately brought our beloved VW GTI into the shop for an estimate and a decent plan to bring it back to the shape it was in. We love- and collect classic cars and this little spaceship belongs to the lady of the house, so trust me; we needed a PLAN lol. And we got it!!! This process went soooo smooth and sooo easy, we can ‘t complain at all. Upon picking up the car today I couldn ‘t believe how PERFECT it was done. They really put their heart and soul into the bodywork and paint and the regular phonecalls with updates during the two week window where amazing. This little black metallic VW GTI is litteraly like BRAND NEW. Overall, the service is epic, the ladies at the office all ready became friends for life and yes, they know how to cook their meals when it comes to fixing up cars that are damaged. 100% that I recommend these guys, one by one. All friendly and super professional. Not the cheapest shop in town and not the fastest turnaround but that is exactly what it takes to do tasks like these. I will surely bring them some of my classic cars for a perfect paintjob. And yes, I am that perfectionist kind a guy. Again, better than I expected it!!! Imagine this car being hit with hundreds of little spots, chips and dents; like ALL OVER it. Look at the photo now, Jeezus Christ I still can ‘t believe it how good it looks now. Must have been a massive amount of work and countles hours to do this...

This place was AWESOME!!! They were done 3 days early & the work was excellent. Office staff was friendly & took care of everything. The owner even talked to us about things. I recommend this body shop to everyone that needs work done.

I took my vehicle here after a minor accident I had gotten into. My insurance was covering the expenses so it should have been repaired in a timely manner. The damage was minimal and they had my car for over a week. When I took a closer look at my car, it had a brand new dent in the front bumper and it had a serious front end shimmy. This shop has cost me over $1500.00 to fix the mess I received when I got my car back! It is unacceptable what they have put me through! I shouldnt be paying to fix their screw up. NEVER again!

From the beginning they were 5 star.Carlos took care of me like I was his only customer. I met Dave the owner when I picked up my car. Dave handed me the key and was there the whole time when I picked up my vehicle. They did what they needed to and even more.

This is definitely the place you want to go to if you need your vehicle fixed. All of the employees are very professional and SO nice! They fixed my 08 Scion tC from an accident in my apt complex where a car hit another parked car into mine. They fixed my passenger side door and mirror to where it looks nicer than the rest of my car! 😂 (have other little dents and scratches from over the years). But to all the employees there who helped, Carlos, Chris, and Julie in the front office area (all other employees were just as nice too 😊), thank you guys for everything! Support smaller businesses, especially when they are this nice and professional!

If I could give 10 stars I would, I used this body shop to fix my Mercedes S class. I was looking for a good body shop that actually took pride and did things the correct way using OEM parts and that was winners circle. I dropped off my car on a Monday and it was ready by Wednesday with a new OEM bumper freshly painted with no flaws whatsoever paint matched perfectly. This will be my new shop to go to in the future.

This is the shop to have your car fixed right the first time, period. Its not just wreaks. I took my car there after safe lite tried on three separate occasions to replace my rear door glass. I ended up with a window that would not go down properly and two dents on my door. Winners Circle fixed the poor work I received from safe lite, and got it right the first time and returned my care to perfect condition. Take away is: this is where you also go if you just need glass replacement done right the first time, its just not body work. You can feel confident that everything will be perfect when you pick your car up.

Do not go here I brought my mustang in for repairs after having it back they did the worst job ever all the panels are loose after taking it into a real auto body shop they had to take apart the panels to find out that a lot of the plastic retainers are missing they replaced at wow what a difference when something is done the right way also the paint job that they did is horrible you can see the paint run when you look up close if you have a beater you don’t care about I would take it here for cheap work don’t take any sports car here run away and hide!!!

I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place, the people there are combative and angry and I wouldnt put it past them to get physical as I was worried that that was what was going to happen with us we had to leave in fear of being harmed by the employees. In the short time that they had my vehicle they damaged more than they fixed. And were talking minor repairs as compared to the extreme damage that they did.

Did a great job on repairing my Mercedes. Had one small issue with an audio wire that came unplugged. Took it back and they fixed it in just a few minutes. Great repair company.

These guys delivered. My CRV was in need and Winners Circle came through. Customer service was excellent and Victor deliver my car to me earlier than was originally estimated. All the work is like new.

These gentleman were awesome. I took a fleet vehicle in for an estimate, an Army vehicle, they were looking at it like the other shops did at first, the others were quoting thousands of dollars in repair work for some paint scrapes and a window scar. Then their worker Victor who happened to greet me looked at it and said just a minute returned to try an old trick of the trade and saved us having to replace a whole windshield and headlamp. Real honest crew and very supportive of the troops. Ill definitely recommend this shop for some personal work some of my co-workers were trying to get done. Thanks for the assist guys!
