Very nice people. However i took my vehicle to get an estimate which they promptly did. But that was the last time I heard from them. I waited a week and half before calling them back to find out when my vehicle was gonna be able to be brought in. I was told they would call me back the next day. No call. Waited for another 3 days and called about 230-300pm and the person had just left for the day!! And still have not gotten a call back!! I was highly recommended by Dodge and another person to go here. Def will jot recommend anyone to go here

Customer service i would give a 5 star kept me in the loop worked with me as far as putting my car back together after that don’t have anything good to say went in just to get my front fenders color matched due to clear coat peeling at first everything looked good the more I look at it the worse it looks fenders have paint run didn’t have off any trim pieces can clearly see they didn’t wet sand it down or anything over spray on my reflector lights when they buffed the fenders can clearly see that they buffed the corner of my door took clear coat off my driver side door all in all look terrible looked better with the clear coat peeling off would give it a no star if the customer service wasn’t good and had my car in there shop learned my lesson

I was referred here by my dealership, Chrysler Dodge, because they dont do body work. However, I was beyond satisfied with the results. Not only was Gissel helpful and knowledgeable, over the phone and in person, about the process and getting the insurance estimates, but she and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Enterprise pick up was also arranged by them to get my rental.Once I picked up my dodge dart, It was washed and vacummed clean. Nothing is more satisfying than a clean car and great body work.They have a nice waiting area as well, with TV, charging station, and great seating area.Lastly, they forgot to add the car alignment to the estimate after done being paid. But, due to their mistake they took care of it anyway. Colorpoint more than exceeds customer satisfaction in all areas, highly recommended.

Took car here due to wife getting rear ended on the I 215. Louis was easy to talk too, body work was good and pair work is awesome. Car rental ran out and they supplied me with one on their spare cars at no cost until car was fixed.

The most incompetent shop in Vegas 2 months to paint 2 bumper had to bring it back 4 time and still did a horrible job zero commacations about turn around. And clueless staff and backyard quality paint work. Run run run stay away

On 6/04/18 i brought my 2013 Toyota Avalon here, I know the owner of this shop and trusted his shop to take really good care of my car but it was the complete opposite. My car was in the shop for 2 and a half months cause they were saying they are busy and waiting for parts which shouldnt take that long. The fix and got the parts for the car but not doing the job and neglected my car. The insurances company even extended my rent a car and also told me that there was a supplement damages and that was approved and they already issued the check directly to the shop on the 18th of June and they should be done with my car in 5 days which is the 23rd so they extend the car a rent till 26th. Come the 26th i called the shop and my car is still not done and owner said they are busy so I called the insurance co. and they extend the rent a car till the 29th. Come the 29th of June my car is still not done and the shop loan me a crappy shop truck to use for the meantime while my car is in the shop. I got my car on the 11th of July and my Embles in the trunk is missing and theres spots that still needs to be re-touch considering my car was in their shop for 72 days and still a very bad incomplete job. They said they will call me to schedule my back job but Im afraid its going to take then 3-4 days for a half day job that my other friends shop can do. They dont even call you for updates on your car while in the shop. Other shop does this and very fast fixing and doing a great job but not this one. Sorry my friend but you just got a very bad report on my cause your shop did a horrible job with my car and treating me as an unimportant person doing other cars before my car and probably accepting more jobs that you cant handle and it affected your service tremendously. Going on YouTube now
