I went into this T-MOBILE in the KPC Shopping Center (near Chipotle) in Hemet. My primary issue was how to DELETE apps from my iPhone since my storage was full. They would only remove from the screen, not delete.There were two customers in the store. I waited patiently near the door. Retail Manager “Cristian” was at a register across the store near the back room. He loudly asked me to put a mask on. I did...although I have a mask exemption, I didn’t want to cause a fuss all the way across the store.I waited my turn and Cristian’s customer left. When I walked up to his counter I stated that I had a mask exemption but that I would wear the mask to make everyone more comfortable; however, I did pull it away from my face so I could breath.Cristian confirmed that my storage was full but did not know how to delete the apps so he told me my only option was to PURCHASE A NEW PHONE! Seriously? I told him I had just bought the phone at TMobile a year ago. I tried to have small talk and just be friendly as he clearly had a bad attitude towards me, but to no avail. Any small talk was met with one word answers on Cristian’s part. Okay, whatever.Cristian asked the other worker about the apps. They conferred a bit and he came back to try and delete some of the data from storage. He showed me how Telegram was the culprit. He said I needed to delete all of my conversations. I shared that I was told there was a cache to clear but I didn’t know how.Cristian found the setting to clear the cache and it took awhile spinning around and around. Yay! He now gets one star for helping me although he clearly didn’t want to. He got a phone call and went to the back room returning about 10 min later. The phone was still spinning.By now, two other workers had arrived. One was standing by the window while the other was helping a customer. Once Cristian returned, he told me I needed to leave the store. I was like...”Wait, what? Why do I need to leave the store?” He said I needed to leave because here were TOO MANY PEOPLE IN THE STORE. I clearly pointed out that there were FOUR workers and THREE customers. And the customer that was at the other counter had been there longer then me.Cristian continued...well I’ve already done everything I can do for you. I pointed out the fact that the phone was still spinning and that the problem had not been resolved. He reiterated that he had done all he could do. I reminded him the the reason I came into the store was to obtain help on DELETING APPS. I asked him if he was refusing to help me? He said no but that he could do nothing more. I wasn’t leaving until I received the help I needed so I told him that if he was not comfortable helping me that I would gladly accept the help of any of the other three employees there.We both stood there in awkward silence as the phone continued to spin. I told him that I was very surprised that he was a manager treating customers in this manner. I continued standing there with a mask on but held away enough to breath. Phone finally cleared the Telegram cache.Cristian still could not get the apps to delete. He finally looked up and found the solution on the desktop computer and was able to make a change in my phone to allow apps to be deleted.I left and thanked him but a week later I am still baffled by the encounter. Cristian Was absolutely the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered at any cell phone company. Over the many years I’ve owned cell phones, I’ve had Verizon, ATnT, Spectum and now TMobile and I’ve never been treated in this manner.BTW, I did ask Cristian for his last name and he wouldn’t give it to me. Just know that if you go to this store, this manager may discriminate against you.

I went to get a screen protector since I have a warranty, they said they were out of stock and sent me to another T-Mobile, next one on Winchester said they didnt have any and to call 611, called 611 and they told me to go to the back to the store and have them order me one. So I called them and they said they didnt do that and that they dont know how. When I told them that the agent Joshua at customer care sent the information on how to order the part, then said I had to go back to the store due to security reasons. So I told them I was just there with my daughter and we both needed screens, then he said I had to go there with ID and I said I was just there and you already looked up my account. So then I told him I should go to Verizon and he hung up on me,

I understand its still the pandemic so the wait for service was whatever... but I came to buy a type c charger and I admit I just needed one on the run but I thought for 20 dollars Id atleast get a charger with a fast charging speed but alas thats not what happened. If you are purchasing a phone I dont recommend buying any extra chargers from this establishment. I can understand 2 hours.. but three hours to a full charge on a Samsung s10+ I cant justify. Especially when the phone is less than a year old

Quite possibly, the worst T-Mobile store Ive ever walked in to. Entered the store and not one rep said anything nor a welcome of any sort. Ive waited in the store for about 45mins and not one person talked to me about my visit. Workers here really looked they didnt want to work. Everyone at this store looked miserable. I hate to write negative reviews of stores, but this time I think its definitely warranted. I love T-mobile, but this was not a good experience.

This store has 2 or 3 people that works good and knows their stuff but all others guys... they dont know how to help you, I just call corporate and they told me they dont know there stuff and to call corporate next time first. I wonder how many people couldnt get help because of their lack of information.

I believe I may fall short of words to describe the excellent and unparalleled customer service provided by Martha V.She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my issue was resolved and I leave with a smile.T mobile should really commend her since its people like Martha that maintain their brand to superior quality by delivering top notch customer service . The service was OK. The rep that we got was very informative but wasnt personable. The experience wasnt as good as it has been in the past but I was still happy with the outcome. The 2 star rating was for the wait. It literally took about 45 mins to be assisted and we were never greeted or acknowledged. There were 3 people working at the time (all with customers). I know its not their fault that the transaction times are so high but they maybe need some more staff or a different process.

Like 10 phones on display. 2 of the phones I was thinking of getting were not displayed. Samsung 8 active and LG v30. They had the v30+. But I wanted to see it side by side with the other 2. They have the phone in the box. But cant take it out to show me unless I buy it. If Im spending $850 on a phone I want to see a feel and compare each phone.

Our Hemet store on West Florida and Kirby Street has several competent customer service employees working there, but none is more competent than Brandon A. Each time he helps me he is always patient and he explains things well. Brandon is professional and yet personable. He is a perfect representative for T-Mobile.

Received AMAZING customer service from a gentleman named Brandon. I was having trouble with my phone, and he took the time to walk me through step by step how to fix my issue I was having. Ive had horrible Customer Service with previous reps, but Brandon was great. I did notice the other employees hanging around with friends it seemed, while other Customers were waiting around... But I will continue to come back to this location just so Brandon can help me! Thank you!!

Really really bad customer service. 0 stars. Rude employees. I have been to that store twice and they have never wanted to help me with my issues. Unless you are getting a NEW purchase go there, because thats all they care about. Other than that dont even waist your time. Better go to the one in Hemet Valley mall. There they got really professional people that are willing to help like Sean. They miss represent T-mobile.

I went in today to see about my cellphone bill and what my options were for a more ecinomical pricing. Horrible customer service more like what do you want I cant do anything for you ok bye... I left super confused on what just happened. He was more interested in his conversation with another staff member. Worst bunch of crooks in town. My daughter tried to get her I Phone 5 switched over to T Mobile from Verizon, they told her the phone was locked and had No place for a Sim card. She was told to buy a new phone. We want to the T Mobil store in Menifee. They had her done in 5 minutes with her existing phone. Dont EVER use the store in Hemet. They are absolute CROOKS.

While I love my T Mobile service, this franchised location is awful. Travel the extra distance to a corporate owned store (Murrieta or Temecula or Moreno Valley). Youll get a lot better service at those locations.

Very bad service, staff of 2 and could not properly take care of a customer. I have been to many T-Mobile stores to get customer service and never had this experience.I went in to see if they can help with my iPhone as I have been having some issues with the service. I spoke to one of the staff members named Chris, he was very rude and unprofessional. I asked him a couple of simple questions and he replied I will get back to you in 15 minutes after we had been waiting for almost an hour. I don’t know why T-Mobile hired this guy.Then I tried speaking to the other staff member named Jenny, she was also very rude. She had a couple of friends there that she was just having conversations about random stuff when she could be working and helping customers!!These people were rude and it was the worst T-Mobile ever!!

This Hemet store is amazing!! The staff is great and they follow company policies. They would not let me finance a phone because the account is in my husbands name. I went home and got my husband, then Justin and Jeffrey were so happy to help me. The store manager is a goof ball and makes joke out of everything... Great day at my local T-Mobile. EVERYONE SHOP HERE AND IGNORE THE PRUDE AT THE TOP!!! LOL ; )

Staff can be unhelpful and it is rare to see the same person working in there on multiple visits. They didnt really have an understanding of phone features and were more interested in selling a new phone when it turned out to be a faulty SIM Card.

I did three years with them . It was the worse experice Ive ever had with a cell phone company . My plan started as $125.00 next following year it was up to$ 225.00. nothing upgraded or anything . Next year it was $340.00 for the same plan . It put so much strain on my family . I tried talking to their corporate it didnt work . They would renew my contract without notice . I just went back to prepaid non T mobile . I was turn off by the company . Also when I was back into a finacial corner with the 340.00 bill and iIcouldnt get a hold of someone in their main office . All i got was out source call centers couldnt understand my issuse . I was forced to let it lapse got a bill for 1600.00 . For services I had never rendered . I will never use T moble again .
