This was the best experience I’ve ever had at Verizon! I’ve bought plenty of new phones over the years but Marlena went above and beyond to help me when my phone suddenly broke one day (she even stayed late to finish getting me set up), and she was so knowledgeable. We didn’t run into any of the stress I normally have when buying a new phone, (like waiting hours for data to transfer or having connection issues); I was in and out in a little under an hour with Marlena’s help. She helped me pick a phone and accessories, handled the transfer, and even helped me upgrade my plan to a better plan I didn’t know about that saved me a lot of money on my purchase. I highly recommend going to Marlena for anything you need, she is so kind and knowledgeable. This Verizon location is also one of the biggest and nicest ones I’ve been to, it was super clean and they had everything I needed/wanted in stock.Thanks so much Marlena!!!

I was blown away by the exceptional service I received from Marlena at this location. I had an issue on some lines on my account that nobody seemed to be able to resolve so I could get some new phones. I had spent 4 hours in another store just going in circles with the reps there and customer service with no resolution. Marlena worked diligently to figure out what was going on. She did not give up until the issue was resolved. I was able to purchase some new phones which was such a huge relief because my old phone was not working. Marlena was so attentive to every detail and made sure that I was in the loop about everything. Her coworker Will and the lady Marlena was training were also extremely friendly and made sure I was good. They offered helping hands since we were dealing with 3 lines. This is a fairly new location and has been hands down the best Verizon I have ever been to!

Today was the first time I ever walked into a Verizon store and everything I needed help with was resolved. I’ve been to other locations in the area and it seems as if they won’t even look your way unless you’re buying a phone. This location is an authorized retailer of Verizon and they definitely stand out from the rest for many good reasons. The service I received today by Marlena was absolutely the best service I have ever received hands down. She took the time to go through my account and save me some money just buy making a few minor changes that nobody had ever pointed out to me before. Not only that, she took the time to help me figure out some things with my device I was having issues with. Marlena was very genuine and extremely knowledgeable. She even helped me put a screen protector on that I didn’t even buy from the location. This will be my go to Verizon from now on and I’m sending everyone I know to her!

Brandon Bustamante is AmaZing! Wow… Wow! He was super helpful and very professional. I have been dealing with my business hotspot 5G to be transferred from my business account to my personal account for two months. I went into his store and it only took him 20mins to make the transfer on top of this he made sure to look over my personal plan to give me the Best Deal to fit my needs. WE need more customer service like Brandon! My life is sooo much better and less stress where I can work from anywhere with my device. This place is amazing. Its organized and spacious, but most of all the customer service is incredible. My family and I went here to update our plan and purchase new phones. Came in here with a ton of questions and an employee named Ben C. came to the rescue. Ben was great. Ive never had such a great customer service such as the one that he provided. He was nice, patient, attentive, easy to talk to, has a sense of humor, you name it. The man even stayed after hours just to make sure that we were all set. If only more places had employees like him. Do yourself a favor and come to this Verizon store and ask for Ben. Any questions, concern or confession you may have, he has you covered.

I made the mistake of promising my 2 kids phone upgrades and walked into the Union City store with them at 6:02PM yesterday. The manager promptly told us to come back the next day since we did not have an appointment and they were closing in an hour. Had we been there before 6, 2 minutes earlier, they would have taken walk-ins. So we drove to the Hayward store, which also closes at 7pm.Joseph helped us and he was the best! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He transferred all the data to the new phones which took over 2 hours due to updates. He kept busy in the mean time and his coworker also waited up for him to close the shop together.Go visit Joseph if you have any needs! He won’t turn you away and will help you with a smile!

I left AT&T to join Verizon and Patricia (Dolly) was A M A Z I N G! Her customer service is one the best I have ever experienced! She made my transfer to Verizon extremely smooth, answered all my questions, and genuinely cared for my happiness. She went above and beyond for me and am very impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, and the standard she sets for herself. I will for sure return here when I need anything.

I am so amazed and very happy with the customer service I was provided by Nick at the Hayward Verizon store!! I was stressing over insurance and malfunctioning phone and literally had been without a phone for four days!! Nick was able to work everything out for me, from insurance to payoffs to not remembering my passwords, etc. He did it all for me with such politeness and now I have a new phone, and could not be happier.

One of the best Verizon stores. I live in Hayward and I was driving to Union City Verizon store and then I saw this new store in Hayward. Me and my wife needed to switch phones and upgrade my. Johnny C helped take care of everything with my father and I came in with my iPhone X that wasn’t connecting to service at all it was breaking connection often Johnny helped me upgrade my phone to the new iPhone 12 and it works lovely also helped us save a lot of money and helped my father get a new business phone to help him replace his previous phone that was lost, as well as new tablet that should be great overall and just overall saved us a lot of money and a lot of time

This place was very helpful on several recent visits. These guys are the real deal.Second Cellular Sales Verizon store I have been to and I am super impressed. They take care of stuff no other Verizon store will do anymore... and more importantly THEYRE ACTUALLY OPEN RIGHT NOW !I had the best serrvice from several people on the team . Greg, Kevin, Iyanna and Elbrain were all beyond professional and went out of their way to help me out with my failing device even though they were not selling anything. Skip the store on La Playa and the one in San Leandro, neither would help me complete a simple insurance claim. These guys are the best !
