The owner is rude and unprofessional. They sold $42 a Bluetooth to me which actual price on Amazon is $5. Since I live like 25 miles away from this shop. Was not able to return the next day so returned the next week due to sound and connection problem and they didn’t refund me and the treated me very bad. Not recommended at all.

They always have great deals and explain everything thoroughly! I was confused about the 3 month payment, but they said it was due to many people who have been using fraud. Essentially I paid three months service to ensure I wouldnt take the free phone elsewhere and it made perfect sense once they explained it. Communication is key, thanks!

This place is a rip off. The owner is Mexican but he is ripping off his poor countrymen by requiring them to pay for 3 months in advance even though Boost is a month to month carrier. He also charges all kind of fees on top of that as well. He was trying to trick me (Asian) but I am not falling for it, walked away and will never come back. But I feel the need to warn others to avoid being taken advantage of by this fraud location. Keep your hard earned money and go to another boost location.

This store was one of the first boost mobile stores in the area and have been at this location for over 10 years! It’s family owned in which they care about their customers (plus open 7 days a week!) they have the BEST deals on iPhone glass screen protectors and even put it on for you!

This place is so horrible. My wife called hours ahead for a deal on some phones. The young guy in the store over the phone in Spanish told us to come in around 2 when devices would be there. We got there around 130-140. When I walk in I ask if he got the devices he said yes. Then he proceeded to tell me it is a required by boost Mobile to pay 3 months in advance. I read fine print online and didnt say that. I told him that didnt sound right. I called boost mobile. The representative told me that wasnt true so I went back in store with rep on the phone and told him he wasnt right for treating a paying customer this way by lying. Long story short had I been Mexican instead of black would I have been treated like that. Mind you earlier convo with wife in Spanish with him was so pleasant. Smh DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE RACISTS if I could put no stars I would

Terrible customer service, these people treat customers as if they were doing us a favor, not that we customers are paying for the service. After standing waiting for a service, and before the lords overbearing rudeness, we decided to leave and leave the line to leave with another company. What a pity because we already had more than two years with Boost Mobile.
