I been waiting for over an hour. When I walked in I was not even acknowledged by the staff to let me know we will be with your shortly. One of the employees was helping another customer that came later after me. It just makes me wanna take my business somewhere else a different company that would be more professional and helpful. This store it sucks.

Omar was awesome and professional. It took 4 months before i was reimbursed for my Verizon e gift card. However, it was Verizon’s problem not this retail store’s. During this whole time, Omar was patient and helpful at all times.

I spent almost two hours on line trying to switch to Verizon. Nothing but frustration. From the minute I walked into the Hayward store I felt better. Omar was fantastic. There was no pressure. I left with exactly what I wanted. My metro phone made over 35 calls last night while I was asleep on a phone only 2 weeks old pressured into buying. Good bye Metro hello Verizon. Lisette was awesome from the moment I called the location to ask for office hours. Came in, checked in and was told the wait would be 45 minutes, to my surprise we were seen within 15 minutes prior to checking in which was awesome. Lisette greeted us with a smile and was very interactive with explaining the phones, plans and everything we needed to know before opening up our new account. She is a great asset to the company and appreciate her warm enthusiastic personality. So kudos to you!!! You made it worth switching carriers.

Lizette was WONDERFUL! Very professional and fast! She made me feel welcomed, safe & cared for. I called the store b/c I was literally going to get to the store 10 minutes before closing, literally just to pickup my online order. I was commuting from LA, visiting family for the weekend. When i met with her, she voiced that she would of stayed and wait for me! Her costumer service skills are BEYOND! I would recommend to request her. Checking in to be assisted is easy, fast & safe.

I came here early Nov to buy a new phone but left with having purchased a screen protector and battery they had told me were included with the phone. They intentionally mislead you in order to make a sale. Shame on me for believing something that was too good to be true I guess, but I also found out when I saw the bill for the month that I had been signed up for a Verizon protection plan that they had not even mentioned to me. I did not give permission to the salesperson. I looked this up online and found out this was a common occurrence. Question everything and ask for receipts. Better yet, just buy things online where you can read everything carefully. These people have horrible, unethical business practices. In fact, just check glassdoor where youll see Sales Reps are encouraged to lie to customers to sell phone accessories. Great job guys. You made the sale.

I called in orginally to ask questions. Angelito answered was super patient. I went in to see how it was going to turn out switching services for 4 phones. Im already a really indecisive person, so I dont do well with someone pressuring me. Angelito was the BEST. He was patient didnt feel like he was forcing me into any decisions, was up front about all the costs and everything he was doing step by step, answered all my questions. Even though it was a little more then I was expecting, my experience was amazing with Angelito. So much professionalism. I will add, I do not know him personally. Hes just that good. I love my new phone and his name.

Great location, customer service was great and this branch is not super busy like some of the other locations. Val was very friendly and helpful to my needs as well as the female manager. The female fat manager is so rude.I was there to get a line, the first time they told me one price for the plans and activation fees, as soon as they found that, I am getting a line they started changing the price.They told go get your own phone, we will give you $150 credit, so I went and bought a phone. When I got to store they said no you do not get $150 credit that’s if you port in a line from another carrier.I said but you guys said so an hour ago, they go oh sorry we can’t do that.Not recommended at all.

So happy to meet Yama! He quickly solved a texting problem on a Samsung phone when other Verizon (store and toll free customer service reps) could not identify the issue. Then he explained what caused a problem with my Pixel 3 XL screen. He definitely is very knowledgeable, good natured and patient. He also does an excellent job explaining the features of the new phones and the Victra Verizon policies. I highly recommend that you stop by their Southland store (not in the mall) when youre ready to buy a phone or when you have questions about your current phone or contract. We appreciate your great customer service, Yama!

If you are planning to visit this location, pack lunch and patience cancel all your appointments, keep your day open, expect to spend a lot of time here. The employees are to busy playing an their cells instead of trying to learn their job so they do not even what do they have on their inventory or how to activate, add, or get any of the equipment they sell to work. I hate coming to this place.

I tried to exchange a case for my phone that is clearly having issues with defective material. The first case I had for this phone lasted about 3 months so I took it in and exchanged it no problem the guy that helped me was really nice. Less than a month later my case falls apart again so I went down thinking that they would exchange it the company warranties this against defects so Verizon not losing anything by exchanging it. But instead of doing so they called me a liar said I had damage the phone case myself that things like this dont happen. Well Ill tell you they do. I work from home I hardly ever leave the house and my phone basically sits on my nightstand or the table or as gently held in my hand when using it. I never put it in my purse or my back pocket I carry it in my hand when I leave or if I have a hoodie itll go in my pocket. Honestly I dont ever want to shop at this location again its not the first time Ive been treated rudely and it was done by the gal that greeted me to check me in and also her manager. Very bad customer service.

I dont really recommend this store. I waited there for 40 minutes for them to receive their late shipment and another 30 minutes for someone to go look for a box with my phone I ordered, they opened one box and got distracted by a new customer walking in. I understand you want to attend all your customers but how can you have twice as many employees as customers in the building yet no ones helping me out while Im watching 4 employees standing around idly shooting the breeze and drinking Redbull? I had to leave to go to work and have to come back tomorrow but thatll be the last time for me.

Wow im never going to this location ever again because of one of the workers. Shelly gave treated me horribly by making me feel stupid. Shelly had such a bad attitude. If you cant treat loyal customers with respect than you should go into a different profession. I am seriously reconsidering my choice of company. i spend thousands a of dollars on this company. BEWARE!!!!!! THIS is NOT NOT NOT a REAL CORPORATE STORE!!!!IT IS AN AUTHORIZED 3RD PARTY HELL HOLE!SHAK said I had 30 days to return a new purchased device. I specifically asked him if I had 14days and he told me and my son, No you have 30 days I said oh wow other providers give you only 14. He then said, no we give 30 but you really have 13. Not a FULL 14 days which is a shady trick!The manager Jose is rude and refused to help me on the 14th dayAlso, they are nice when you buy but COLD HEARTLESS when you need to return! I left the feeling completely VIOLATED & went straight to another mobile provider all together. The female manager is extremely rude and pushy. Our salesman (Jesse) was fantastic but unfortunately he was working under her. She pushed me into getting the screen protector put on at the store...after I kept telling her I would figure it out at home. She made me feel like I would screw it up. Upon seeing that I already had an otterbox (with a screen protector), she asked if I wanted to remove the cover on the otterbox. I wasnt sure if I should (this is my first time dealing with protectors and cases) but she kept saying this other protector was better, so I told her it was ok. Big mistake. It didnt even fit properly under the otterbox cover.I realize I told her that she could take the cover off, but as a professional she gave me terrible guidance and didnt seem like she cared at all. I left the store baffled at why in the world someone would do this to a customer (she didnt have anything to gain from it). I will never go back there nor will I suggest others go there until this woman is not the manager anymore. Its unfortunate for two of the other gentlemen that work there and are professional.
