Can not recommend this place enough. It feels really good to have a mechanic I genuinely trust. They have provided excellent quality in customer service and taking care of my car. And if they know another place is a better fit for the job then they make that connection with and for you. Thank you Goldy and Elite Motorsport. To start, I will never have anyone work on my truck ever again besides the people here at Elite Motorsports. I have had so many bad experiences in the past with mechanics and I have finally found a shop where I know I will be taken care of. Goldie (owner) is all around the best guy; he is extremely professional, very talented, and just a genuine/honest person. He always goes above and beyond when helping me and doesnt try to screw me over (which is very rare when dealing with mechanics). His associate, Victor, is very talented and does the finest quality of work and is also a very kind/helpful guy. This is the shop to take your car for any type of work: from big jobs like transmission replacement, to small jobs like tire rotation, Elite Motorsports does it all! I am so thankful to have a shop where I know I can always get the best work done or even just car advice. I urge anyone living in the Bay Area to take their cars here for all of your auto needs. 10/10!

My car failed smog due to transmission sensor error . showed it to goldy (owner) and he said its a common issue for my car the sensor s cheap but have to take down the transmission to change the sensor so many hours of labor so its an expensive fix then he asked if my car is still under warranty but didnt think my 7yr old car had it so told him to go ahead and fix it but he insisted to check with dealer first.. went to dealer and found out luckily only transmission was under warranty (up to 100k miles)..u wanna take ur car to who you can trust and not scammedI recommend this place...

He is a complete thief. First he takes a whole month to order a cap. And he doesnt even fix the problem. My car still is not fix.

I would like to say Elite Motorsport will have a repeat customer. Goldy gave me a great price on installing my lift followed through with everything not to mention he dealt with my annoying texts. I will recommend Elite Motorsports to all my friends and family. I highly recommend you give them a call and let them take care of you.

After getting my new car, I called Elite Motorsports for a small job that the dealer didnt take care of before I took delivery of the car. I talked to the owner, Goldie, and not only did he help me out, but because the job was so small, he didnt even charge me!At this point, he had earned my business and I was going to go back to him for all of my jobs. I called him to get a bunch of things done that would take a bit of time. Goldie couldnt make an appointment at that moment because they were busy the rest of the week. I took it in stride and figured that it would actually be beneficial to learn more about my car, so I did the jobs on my own. I figured whatever I couldnt do in a day, I would have Goldie finish up for me.Fast forward to January, I contacted Goldie to finish up those couple of small jobs. No answer. Called again the following day, still no answer. When I drive by the shop on my way home the same day, the doors were open, the lights were on and there were people inside working. I figured that he didnt answer because they were busy and even had to burn the midnight oil. I called the following day and finally got an answer! I spoke to a woman and she told me to call Goldies personal cell directly to schedule an appointment. I called, no answer. No biggie, I dont answer unknown numbers, so I left a message. Never heard back. Called him again, left another message, still didnt get a call back. So I gave up. Apparently they dont want the business.A couple of months go by and I figured Id give it another shot. I called the shop and talked to the same woman again. She said Goldie had left early and I would have to call him the next day. Called the shop the next day, no answer so I left a message. Never heard back. Called the following week and talked to the woman again. Goldie was actually there but was busy at the moment and would call me back. He never did. Called again the following week, again no answer. So I gave up again.Fast forward to last week. I had my car detailed and the detailer decided to drive my car. In doing so, he managed to bottom my car out and destroy the front lip of the bumper. He did me right and reimbursed me for the parts and covered labor too. I called Goldie at the shop to have the work done and he actually answered the phone! I told him that it was more of an urgent issue because the damage needed to be repaired. He made me an appointment for the following day in the afternoon.I leave work early to get there and when I arrived, Goldie had already left for the day. The woman said he had a family emergency. Fine. Life happens. There are things you cant control. But no cancellation notification, no contact for rescheduling, no customer service... And then I was told that hes the only one in the shop that could do the work so I was out of luck. She stood there in silence looking at me waiting for me to say something. She refused to reschedule my appointment and only attempted to call Goldie to get more info after I specifically asked her to do so. And, as is normal at this point, he didnt answer.Normally, Id assume it was a bad day, or a bad week, but its been 3 months of the worst customer service Ive experienced from any business, ever. If this is how he treats his customers, I dont know how hes in business. Ill never go there again. Hes lost my business and my faith.Since then, Goldie nor anyone else at the shop have returned any of my phone calls or messages or attempted to reschedule my appointment. I have not received any apologies for missing our appointment or for leaving work early for no reason.
