They recommended me to have brake fluid change before service; told me they checked and I need to change immediately. I bought a tester after getting home. Guess what, I dont need any change at all. The core of doing business is to build trust with your customers. My trust has been destroyed.

Terrible experience. Tried 3 times to take care of my airbag recall issue. They indicated a valet service to pick up my car at my house ... But nobody showed up at the prescribed time. A month later tried it again and the same thing happened. Fast forward 2 months and this time I drove it there. They said I could drop it off in the early morning for a 10:40 am appointment and drop the key in a box. So I get there at 7:30 am and the attendant tells me to wait for Mario. I patiently wait next to my car for 25 minutes and no one shows up to help. I finally just left the car there because I had to get back to work at 8 am (wife was waiting patiently in the parking lot.). Never heard back during the day. Will update later to let you know how that went. If it werent for the airbag recall, I would not have gone here for anything. Not recommended based on my horrible experience.

The employees are friendly prompt service but if you a NO how about a vehicle they will try to sale a vehicle service that you not needed yet.

This place is horrible with communication. Theyll call you with 30 minutes left until closing if youre lucky. I have a small oil leak and dropped my car off. I walked to the service center after no call back only to find out thàeyre still doing paperwork and Ill need to reschedule for next week. Another example is getting a sharkfin antenna cover replaced that took just over 2 months and 5 visits to get it done. Better communication and better effort on their part would save everyone their time and money.

Terrible customer service. Every time we have used their services they have always messed up with one thing or other. Spoke with the service manager Carlos there but it seems like he doesn’t care about his customers.

So hit and miss here regarding customer service and pricing. Oil change/filter $89.00. Last visit, $59.00. Mario my service writer had a snide and I dont care about your business attitude. I showed him a Dublin Toyota oil/filter (Synthetic) advertised price of $59.00 and he just said go ahead and go there. This will be the last time I have my vehicle serviced here.

Toyota Hayward always takes good care of my car. They get me in and out in a reasonable time frame. They explain in detail what needs to be done and take the time to inform me of what’s needed at the time and in my future visits. Fernando Ruiz has always taken good care of my car, highly recommended.

A lot more disappointed this time around. I had to fight for a rental when this should be offered without questions especially for loyal customers like me and especially for the many inconveniences I had to go through with them with ny runner. Time and time again I ranked them better than best but Im not doing it this time. No one seems to have a team oriented mind in that place. When you get your car serviced you would think that parts would coincide with the serviced need. Ive been inconvenienced since my fuel pump recall. Its been over 6 months and still no part. Members would say, thats not my area. They wouldnt take the extra step to help you. You have to do it on your own. I even took my son there to even get a vehicle only because I felt Azim connected with me and my husband when we got our vehicle. My familys next vehicle would be in another dealership.

Came here for a routine service and the service guy tried to upsell me some flushing or random engine cleaning that I dont need. My car only needs the factory recommend service. Definitely never coming back here.

I always enjoy servicing my car here. But the last time, the Associate who took care of me was the best of the best. I think his name was Hernandez. Wonderful man who certainly loves job unlike one or two I encountered on a few occasions in the past. Ill keep coming here. And I think you should too.

Terrible! Took in my vehicle for a scheduled in advance recall service. After 25 minutes of waiting in the waiting room, I was informed they did not have the parts and I would have to either bring it back or leave it until tomorrow. I was told by the lady who scheduled me that it was a good thing I scheduled in advance so that they would have my parts ready! Clearly there is lack of communication at this place. Very annoyed.

Simple scheduled maintenance for brand new car takes 3 hours...Told me I need breaks changed when the breaks are still fine.Told me I need spark plugs when spark plugs are still good.

Arkadi did a great job helping us out. He made sure we got the correct SUV. He is very straight forward which helped in the selection.Overall our experience was very pleasant. Travel the extra distance to visit this dealership.

Try calling the parts department. Good luck if they answer the phone. Seems to me that too many cars are taken in for service and it always takes for ever to get your car done. Hire more people! The waiting room is a covid central, no spacing between chairs!

Absolutely terrible. I have an airbag recall. Scheduled the appointment on a Monday to come in on a Saturday to get the work done. When I get there, they say they dont even have the part in stock. You have my make, model, and VIN number and knew 6 days prior to the appointment what the work was for. Now youre telling me I have to come back after the part arrives, reschedule and waste yet another day for this?? Thats unacceptable. Terrible business.

After all the delays of Covid 19, I decided to take my car for service. My car is driven only 24000 miles in 5 years. I bought the service agreement for five years and this was the last. The only thing they did was oil change, nothing else but they said they did all the check up. They wanted to change 2 tires, do alignment, change filter, absolutely unnecessary and I said no to all that. Normally they would give the car back clean, but this time nothing of the sort. They did not top off coolant which was low, brake oil was low. I took it to a friend machanic he saw brake oil low and told me that I need to change brake pad which is completely gone. He said filter just need cleaning and top off all the liquid which was missing. Will never ever go to Toyota dealers for any kind of service anymore.

I went to this service center for 85K factory required maintenance for my Toyota Camry. It cost around $250. I was told that it will take 2 to 2.5 hours, so I decided to wait at the waiting area. However, they took too many customers and everyone is behind schedule. After I noticed that 2 hours have passed, I started to check the status of my car every 15 minutes. When I finally got my car, I have spent 4 hours waiting (9:40AM to 2PM). I almost missed my other appointment and I did not have lunch. If they have told me it would take 4 hours, I would plan accordingly. But, they did not.I was about to give it 1 star. But, they washed my car. So, I decided to make it 2 stars.

This has got to be the WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER! If I can write a review without clicking on any star I would! I brought my car to get service since I bought it from the event they participated at to get everything I paid for installed. They couldn’t even replace 2 rusted screws that holds my license plate even after I told them from the beginning when I first dropped off my car Thursday, 7/5, after I was promised I can pick it up tom. I got tired of it because it took 5 tom. and I just had it. My advisor was Carlos Saldivar (asst. service manager) [I don’t even know how he got that position], who will just say “yes we’ll get it done” to everything you ask but will never do what you asked him to do with your car. He’ll tell me he’ll call me the next day but didn’t receive any call. I have called him a lot of times and left messages but no call backs. The only time I reached him is if someone in the service department looks for him. I wouldn’t be surprise if there are still somethings that was not done with my car. Like I said before I pick up my car I asked him if they have replaced the rusted screws on the car after he said yes it’s done. He even told me that the decal on my car that I asked if they can remove was also removed. When my family and I went to pick up the car the screws was still the rusted screws and the decal was still there. I would not advice you to purchase a car from this dealer just so you don’t have to deal with the WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER. It took them 5 days to get a 2 day job to be done. NO COMMUNICATION or updates about your car. You’ll have to call them 10 times before you can get a response or an update. I would definitely advise you to AVOID this place at all cost. I hate to be working with this guy because he makes their department look bad. I don’t usually write reviews but this was BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE!!! Hopefully the Manager of the service department Randell or the GM Toby can do something about this.

I own a Toyota Prius, today I went to Hayward Toyota Auto nation for my regular service, I faced a very very poor customer service and they refused to take care of my car while I had a prior appointment, they want me to not to approach them for any future service, I’m really dissatisfied from there customer behavior, and hope somebody will follow it up .

Be aware hybrid car owners !!!My prius has a simple brake problem ( air in the brake line) and I told them the problem. They told me my ABS actuator needs a replacement ( 2500 $). I said No and they charged me 100$ for manual bleeding without being able to fix the problem. Then a knowledgeable mechanic ( friend of friend) fixed it simply by correct bleeding technique. It must be either the hybrid technicians are knowledge deficient or the dealer is greedy ( selling un-necessary part and labor). Stay away if you don’t get rob or stolen your hard earned money.

It doesn’t matter if you have an appointment first come first service I had an appointment around 9 o’clock waiting for this line about an hour and after an hour the guy showed up and it says it will take two up to three hours to be done just for the service oil change.

This place is terrible. I had to threaten to sue them for trying to charge me for a repair that was covered by my warranty. This madness went on for 2 months. Get your car serviced somewhere else!!! A zero star rating is not possible to give but well deserved for this place. STAY AWAY!!!!!
