Okay, I cant even begin to say what amazing customer service!! I brought this HUGE printing 🖨 order in, I needed to see about the cost and time frame, etc. When I first when in I noticed how clean and orderly the center was and although they were busy they were fast 💨 and efficient. So they gave me a quantity discount and super fast turnaround time! Highly recommend! 🏆🏆🏆

Keith the manager is incredibly rude. So much attitude when I was just simply asking question on next best course of action for my situation.

Horrible and Very unprofessional, I spoke with the manager, Keith Maples, over the phone and he rudely hung up the phone in my face. It’s fine if you cannot fulfill a request but no need to hang up in a customers face. And that also goes for the rude female worker who also hung up in my face. Somehow my request was not an issue weeks ago when Someone who actually possessed customer service etiquette helped me, But its all fine cause both individuals have been reported to headquarters. Let’s see if you’ll hang up on them. 🙂

Passport photos NOT available. Apparently it’s okay for them to be closer than six feet to counter customers but not okay for passport photos. Also, under “notary service”, Google lists this location as having that. They don’t. I’m guessing that having to call anywhere you want to go to see what is offered is going to have to become the norm again. What WON’T be blamed on COVID?

I hope I never need help from these people again. I understand if they could not print what I needed but they were so very rude. I went to the store and called twice. Horrible customer service!

Jonathan and his whole team are extremely friendly and professional, and they always go out of their way to help me with every order. The service is always extremely fast as well, and always very well done. I use their printing services frequently with my job, and Im always impressed.

These guys have always been polite, swift, and professional with me. As a graphic design minor, Im always needing to get something professionally printed, and these guys have never let me down. The final mounted pieces dont have bubbles and are mounted to the exact specifications I need (even the weird ones). Theyre also good about making sure you the deals you qualify for, so if youre a student, I cant recommend this place enough for printing and shipping.

I’ll come back to explain why you should never use this location. Stick to the one on Mayfair road. This one is God awful

I havent been in this FedEx store for months, but I needed to go in today to print something. The whole store has been remodeled, it has a more modern look to it. That being said I went to one of the computers to print.....and it wasnt working. The area to print is now right by the door, it used to be in a room off to the right in the store and I thought it really encouraged you to spend more time online because it was more quiet, thats not the case any more.

Ive been trying to get an important fax sent for the past few days but the receiving office both gave me the wrong number and has been closed for the holidays. Seeing my struggling with this one of the employees searched the internet for me and found the correct fax number. Thank you.

I have been using FedEx for years but have never used this particular place. I will never again use this one. The employees are very rude and not what you normally see at FedEx centers!

I was able to send what I needed to print and just go in tell the clerk and pay. Really fast and convenient.

Service was fast, friendly, and competent.We had just spent 40 minutes in a Walgreens trying to get passport photos and walked out with nothing after several tries to get the photos right. Ran over here and were in and out in less than 10 minutes with great photos. YEA!

I dont know their names, but the guy was really tall and the girl was a sweetheart. They were very professional and helpful they are freakin ROCK STARS!! I have the best experience every time I use FedEx. Thanks guys and gals and keep up the good work

Customer service tends to be hit or miss. Some associates are friendly and genuinely wants to help, others act as if asking for their assistance is a huge inconvenience to them. Service prices are good but a bit more costly than some other stores in the area.

I love shopping here. People are actually nice and provide excellent customer service and the hours of operations are awesome!

Not the best, they only have one staff member working and makes it hard when other customers need help. They need to have at least 2 people working to help people at register and one on floor for printers and things

Internet connection was so slow, a 1 minute rask took 6. Its frustrating when they charge by the minute

Ive been here several times for shipping copying and printing needs, & I can say all of the staff every time has been super helpful. It can be expensive to get work done here, but the amount of frustration you will save yourself will most of the time be worth it.

If I could I would give this place a negative 5. FedEx is the worst shipping company in the USA. Most of the drivers lie and packages are never delivered on time. Poor poor poor poor poor business
