Do not use this location for notary. They charge $10 per page! Not per visit like every other UPS place I have been to before. Call the bail bonds notary and they will come to you.

Every time I go in I get addressed immediately and someone starts to address my need instantly. They make it easy to get the job done. Usually it’s something simple but I still appreciate the attention to customer service and detail. They’re prompt and considerate. Very convenient. Highly recommend.

I shipped a package with them and they sent it my address. Since I signed for the info was correct. No help at all.

I have making numerous phone calls and begging people at this store to help me with filing a claim since my sons gift was lost over a month ago! Good luck if you ever have to go through the agony of getting a claim filed through this store!! I will not use UPS or go to this store ever again!! I have been given the run around from them and the UPS corporate office. What a ripoff!! I sent Christmas gifts last week to my son in okc using good ole USPS and he received them! Then I sent a different gift using Fed Ex and guess what??!! He got it today! Yeah dont use UPS unless you want upset yourself and your family members.

Driver refused to deliver to my house on dirt road, never even drove down the road but then reported that no one was home, customer service technician was of no help, told them we would meet them in parking lot they wouldnt even turn around to meet on paved parking lot
