Excellent service. Ended up here after hurricane Ida in a scavenger hunt looking for supplies. Shea Kemp helped us when we came in the door. Pointed us in directions of places to find supplies, places for other equipment, specialty places we were in search of. Recommended a chain saw, bars, chains, oil, took care of everything we needed plus more. The place is awesome, the dude was awesome, and Im super thankful guys like him are around to help folks when they are in a bind.

Took our cub cadet mower to them. They just blamed us for the problems we were having and charged us the diagnostic fee without finding the problem.The mower had even more trouble after they had it for over 2 weeks (it also had a bad scratch to the paint which wasnt there before). We had to take the mower to Brass small engines in Runnelstown. Cadet dealer, in Runnelstown. He knew the possible problems without even looking at.thw mower.In short, Underwood sux

My first few visits were ok nice and friendly brought in a chain saw and got it back the same way and let them know it was not fixed but nothing was said....took mower in and they lied to me about ordering parts and when it would be ready but never called once in a month I had to call or go in and to add injury to insult they had to bring my mower out with a forklift when it drove in.....never will I go there or refer anyone there

The Lady that helped me was very nice and helped me get my parts and knew all about my parts made it pleasant for me. From now on my place to shop.

Went to buy a belt for my mower had model make engine size and deck size and brought old belt man behind the counter was lost wanted me to jump through to many hoops for him to sell me something went to Lowe’s picked one up no problem sure would have liked to give my money to a local shop sad they don’t know how to sell a belt good luck guys

We were very happy with our visit to Underwood Outdoor Power. I found their website while searching for ExMark dealers.Karen was very helpful when I called to check on their inventory and price. She emailed the info I needed. A few months later we drove up to Hattiesburg to look at Exmark ZTRs. Shay waited on us and was very helpful. We really appreciate the veterans discount.They upgraded the seat on the mower and we picked it up the next day. When we arrived it was ready and waiting for us out front.I recommend Underwood Outdoor Power.

Ive been doing business with them for years and even bought my Zero Turn from them. The folks that work there are almost always polite and helpful. The only reasons that I cannot give them 5 stars is the fact that their prices for most everything is way more than other sources, and though they will tell you their parts are of superior quality, well thats just not true and most recently I called them to get a quote on a carburetor for a chainsaw, for which they told me none was available, though two of their local competitors were able to give me a quote, but in the end I ordered it off of the web for a 3rd of the local prices.

My mower needs a new pulley on the motor for the belt drive. They ordered one for it and said theyd put it on since I had to get back on the road, and my wife could pick it up. After a week i called them. Im going on work 3 and still havent heard anything from them.

We looked high and low for a good, well-built zero-turn mower that didn’t cost an arm and leg. We happened upon this place on our way to Home Depot to look, again. We got there 10 minutes before they closed, but that didn’t stop them from being super friendly. They took time to answer our questions and let us purchase our mower from them after closing hours. They even let us leave to pick up a trailer and return to pick it up a couple hours later. The mowers were the best price around, and they’re definitely better quality than anywhere we’ve looked. Even after we said we wanted it, they still took the time to show us all of the mower’s features. We will definitely use them for all of our future needs with small engines and outdoor needs.

Some of the places listed as authorized repair centers on Echo’s website were downright shady. Underwood power fixed my issue and other stuff that want even requested. Pricing was good and turnaround time could not be beat anywhere! I’ll never use anybody else since finding them. My old saw is as good or better than brand new!

Mr. Kent is a reminder of why we should all shop local home town stores. He went out of his way to help warranty my mower, when I would of never knew a difference. Mr. Kent also said the turn around would be pretty fast. I highly recommend purchasing your exmark mower from Mr. Kent.

Ive contacted this company twice in the last several years requesting service on my equipment. The first time they said they were too busy, this time I didnt even get a response. Enough said!!

Very disappointed with service time. We have bought three mowers from them over 15 years and were told 7 to 10 days when I dropped off my Xmark. They said since we bought it there they would bump it up the list. 22 days later we picked it up. One bad ignition coil. I will not give them any more business.

Weve been taking our outside tools here for many years. Very trustworthy folks and doesnt charge you an arm and a leg.

Were told it would be a week for our mower repair. After 10 days we were again told it would be another week. A part was back ordered. Which wasnt their fault. Finally after a month we got our mower back......the next morning there was fuel all over the garage floor. We loaded it back up and it took a couple more days.... They had inadvertently not tightened up made sure it was sealed. I feel the very least they couldve done was put some fuel back in since it was their mistake!

I bought my mower before I lived in this area. When I needed work done on my mower they refused to work on it since I didnt buy it from them and they were rude when they told me this too. I guess Im supposed to take my mower back up to Brandon where I bought it if I need any service done to it.
