Purchased a 36 stihl ms661 chainsaw from them and they were extremely helpful with the whole deal. Explained everything about the saw and made sure I understood it. Great prices and very knowledgeable. Everyone was extremely nice. Thats how business and customer service should be handle. Very pleased. I live 1hr and 40 minutes away and I will definitely drive back to them!

Great staff. Taught me how to fix the issue I was having. Super easy to fix. Showed me some much needed info for the newer improvements on my weed wacker.Make sure you are calling the right location you are going to. Both are very great to work with. The one location is especially great if you dont want to go through Hattiesburg.

The owner has a bad attitude, he doesn’t know how to talk with the customers with respect. In the past Service was good with the old owner. This new owner is a professional joke. Save your money and shop at a different Stihl with better service.

Edited Review: Steven from Allbritton explained the carb was cleaned, and even offered to send a technician to me to fix the recoil starter. I am adjusting my review accordingly for the excellent customer service. For that, I would recommend them and use them for future small engine repairs.Original Review:Giving one star for apologizing that they forgot to call after servicing my pressure washer. Dropped my pressure washer off approximately 4 months ago for carb cleanout/replacement since it was hard to start. Picked it up today, and all that was repaired was the pull start, which came undone after 4 pulls. All said and done, I was charged $45 for a pull start repair, which wasnt even why I dropped it off in the first place, and failed after 4 pulls. Staff was friendly but the quality of work and actually doing the service that was originally requested was non-existent.
