Good price, poor service after your out the door nobody cares.

Although Mike Barnes was knowledgeable and helpful when he sold us our tractor, delivery was problematic. The driver never contacted us prior to delivery. I found out later that he was using the wrong area code. He left our tractor at our neighbors’ without ever making contact at the house, where he would have been told he was at the wrong address. He got ahold of me afterwards and then described where he put it. He then suggested I go get it myself even though I’m new to the area and wasn’t quite sure where it was. My son in law contacted the property owners where it was mistakenly delivered. We got it home, then after talking to my son in law’s father found there was a check list we should have received and gone over. His father had recently bought a Kubota tractor. I’m concerned since things definitely did not go as they should have. Mistakes can occur since we’re all human, but there multiple errors in judgement did occur.

Well satisfied Mike is a Great guy helpful, all around great sales man and a great son in law too.

I bought my tractor and attachments from Parish recently and have been very happy with the results. Even when rats chewed up some wiring, the process of getting the tractor evaluated, hauled off and fixed was a breeze. Won’t buy from anyone else.

Bought a D3800 4WD tractor with 5 bucket, 6 tiller, 5 bush hog, 5 disk, 500# broadcast hopper, post hole digger with 12 auger, quick hitch and 22 trailer (18 bed). Gave me the best price for the equipment package and delivered on time. Changed all fluids as directed by owners manual with zero problems. No hassle or confusion. I would most definitely advise people to purchase here.

After several disappointing visits to Watts Brothers, all one can say is that it is run by several rude kids and extremely unprofessional parts and service reps that could careless about even cash paying customers. They keep very few parts in inventory, and have so far on three occasions not done what they said they would.
