Great place to do business. I bought a vehicle which had several problems. This is not the fault of the business as things happen. What happened next is what we are here for. Noticing the frequent visits to the shop one of the managers asked if everything was ok. I mentioned I was having trouble with the vehicle and listed some of the problems. The next visit we decided the vehicle should be reclaimed and a different vehicle offered. Without any problems they made this happen. I told them the vehicle I wanted they just made it happen. Never have I been more impressed with the willingness to fix a problem without causing any issues with me. The team here deserves more then 5 stars for the excellent business practices. I am not afraid to tell it like it is as you can read some of my other reviews. Trust and believe the people here from sales to service are hands down the best in the business.

Brandon Q is top notch. He made me and my fiancé feel welcome and cared for. He knew the car he was selling me as if it was his own. He even followed up after the sale. I fell down the steps (at home) the day after I bought my vehicle and informed him of this when he checked up with me to see how I was liking my new vehicle. He then followed up again the next week to see how I was doing. The whole crew that was involved in the purchasing process of my vehicle was top notch. They make you feel like family!

Nikita Evans is a rude and unprofessional employee that shouldnt be working there. She truly disrespected me! Ive rented with no problems before she started working there, she tried to say she couldnt service me because of my car insurance when Ive rented with no problems with the same insurance for years. Nikita Evans even tried to blame me for the car not being ready to rent when i called two hours ahead and she said herself over the phone the car was ready. When it came time to bring the car back she tried to make me and my mother take all of our belongings out in the rain acting like she couldnt wait for the weather to lighten up, she even told me that i dont have to service you for no good reason even asking why? I got no answer. I reported her in and made complaints nothing was done and was told by other employees to let bygones be bygones. The fact she wasnt fired shows how unprofessional the whole Establishment is! When i tried to rent afterwards i was told theres no cars and there booked four months straight. Ill never rent or buy a car from this place ever again. I was totally Discriminated against.

I went in to look for a specific car and when I asked them if they had it they said yes. I asked 3 times if I could get the price of the car because it was at their main location (Toyota of Hattiesburg) and they avoided telling me the price each time and when I looked the car up and found out the price I just left and did my business with Toyota of Hattiesburg. After I had bought the car they called me and guilt tripped me saying all the stuff about getting fired because they didn’t get the sale and they called me twice about this and on the last phone call the salesman said “I hope that car last you as long as this phone call.” It’s so unprofessional, especially for a company tied to Toyota.

The sales representative was very helpful: he listened carefully to our needs and brought several options to our attention. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. This is a good thing because there are several options available on both their lot and website.

Reasonably priced vehicles. My salesman was very nice a Mr. Brandon. Although the general manager did make some rude comments and we almost left without making our purchase. Ii will not mention his name.

This was the most painless car buying experience I’ve ever had. I already knew I would get a high interest rate because of my credit but I was still able to get the deal I could afford. I had them take out the warranty at the end of the deal which brought my monthly payment down dramatically. I think all parties involved were satisfied. Someone must have found the spare key to my car recently. It’s been 5 months and I just received it in the mail. I appreciated the fact that they sent it to me instead of just throwing it away since the deal was done. I think my salesman’s name was Brad. But you know they never stick at one dealership for long.
