I bought an SUV from them that had many problems that was not shown to me. I had to get door handles fixed, and minor details. They never told me that the vehicle had been wrecked and repaired. I had to get an alternator that had killed my battery. The oil had been leaking and destroyed the alternator. So many problems that should have been known to me.

Very, very clean vehicles. However, every vehicle we drove had a low tire pressure indicator on the dash illuminated. Its an old trick. They drop the tire air pressure down to about 20 lb so the ride feels smoother.

Purchased a vehicle last October (for my daughter) and it was easy, overall good experience. I can’t take that away from them. However, two weeks later the car ran hot. I contacted E&E and the problem was supposedly fixed. A few days later the car went dead leaving my daughter stranded in AL two hours away from home. The motor blew. The repair shop ruled out that we weren’t in fault and that it was from something internal. Contacted the dealership to let them know and was told he would do everything he could to help. Contacted the warranty company and the repair shop did everything they asked for. The warranty company did not cover the repairs. Contacted E&E I was told that I could buy a motor from him and pay for the labor (this deal changed three times over the past few weeks). Days and weeks have gone by... I call the dealership every day. He ignores my call. He answered my daughters call the first time she called now he don’t answer from her phone. I call every day to get this taken care of. Now my daughter still doesn’t have a car. It’s on my credit. This has impacted mine and my daughters life a lot and I’m basically told there’s nothing he can do!!! He said he was help yet he ignores my calls, my texts and my daughters calls. The repair company is the only one that’s been willing to help and haven’t asked for a dime for the labor they’ve done at the request of then warranty company. So for my experience with E&E... I purchased a vehicle that tore up a month later!!!!

We bought a car from E&E Motors in February of 2020 and so far, almost a year later, we have received no title for the car! Now, I am unable to renew my tag because the dealer did not send in any papers... :(

Bought a 2010 truck from them air conditioner went out and we only have had it 4 months and was winter when we bought it.Called e and e and he said he would buy used part and us pay for labor.Air conditioner repair said we needed the whole kit and e and e said we don’t.so now we stuck with an 1400.00 repair bill.They put on a good show till something messed up with vehicle.
