Very good price, they have plenty of selection of whatever you need. For us we needed wall foam insulation for 12.76 it was double the price were we live. They have nice associate,very friendly especially the cashier.. no body was wearing mask except the associate there.
I highly recommend shopping at Home Depot. I ordered a garbage disposal on the website and requested curbside pickup. It was the best experience, I will definitely shop this way in the future. Bailee brought it to my car in record time and was so professional and kind. She answered all my questions with a smile. Home Depot is lucky to have Bailee working for them; that type of employee is a valuable asset!!!!!
Amazing employees!!! Beautiful Lighting!!Arriving shortly before closing, & in need of replacement lights for my older homes bathroom, I met two of the best employees of the Home Depot ever!! First one older gentleman stopped what he was doing to help me locate these beautiful light fixtures, climbed up a ladder, checked the prices, was so kind it was amazing service!! Then to help with what I needed a manager named Phil finished with answering my questions and helping me to purchase my items, without making me feel rushed! They both went above and beyond what a normal employee would do! I was so grateful when I left I even cried a little that there were such kind people who cared and were willing to show it!! Thank you Home Depot for hiring great people in Idaho Falls to run your store!!! (and for the beautiful light fixtures!!)
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. All I wanted to know was if a specific ladder was in stock. Made me hold for four different people. Finally getting to the right department. I explain I am looking for a ladder. He says let me go check without me even saying what type of ladder it was. Putting me on hold for the fifth time and then hangs up on me.
The Home Depot is great no matter where you go. This one however was above and beyond. The service here was incredible from when I walked in to when I checked out. All the workers were very kind. As always the shelves were organized neatly and the store looked great. Nothing less from The Home Depot.
Usually good service and sometimes you can find an employee that actually knows what they are talking about. Over all in these hard times Id say they are doing pretty damn good
Bad experience exceptionAs far as a store I would rate 5 star I love home depot however I will be staying far away from using or recommending the use of there installation services I recommended a client to use the free carpet installation with purchase and well they use Romanoff Renovations and wellRomanoff Renovations was scheduled 2 months from purchase date..They showed up and found a piece of base on top of tac strip.. called and said we have to stop workI said I was on my way to remove base. They were more than capable to start with pad and or another room of the house ..They were motivated to leave for whatever reason and said Im sorry I cant wait I have to go ..I asked when they would be returning and the answer was I had to wait another month and a halfI would understand if the installers are busy and have to put off for a couple days while they catch up but to reschedule completely was a nightmare as all the furniture is in the garage and the installer dropped carpet in the only path to get in and out of house before throwing the job !
I have to give a shout out of great customer service. Tim in the lumber section is just awesome! We have had the pleasure of him helping us twice in the last few weeks. He is super friendly, always has a smile, helpful, and has great suggestions. He helped us find what we needed. He is a great asset to the store. Thanks Tim for your help. It is much appreciated.
Other than the parking lot, this location is awesome. Home Depot always does a good job, and this delivers the service and selection you would expect. For whatever reason, though, the parking lot is really right. I dont know if its the long, narrow lot along Holmes, or if IF made them put in higher density of parking stalls. Maybe its just perception. (Could be.) But if youre driving a trailer or even a large truck, it can require a lot of turns. Could also be the 2020-2021 spiking level of traffic at Home Depot, so more vehicles means tighter parking? Anyway, Im glad theyre in town. Today even the lumber section was stocked full--and prices seem to be at least leveling off.
Bought around 200$ worth of foam board and various tools. I asked if they could cut it for me, I had to cut it myself in the middle of an aisle with a useless exacto blade. Went and bought a carpet cutter which was much better than the exacto they offered. How much effort would it have taken to do that for me? The only reason Im not giving one star is because of the nice older gentleman at the front who was very helpful.
I love Home Depot and I love this Home Depot. I will not go anywhere else! But the past 2 times I have gone, I have been greeted with attitudes. The younger staff needs to learn proper work ethic and manners- more specifically the young staff that work in the paint section!I could understand if it was just a bad day but both times I visited it was mid-morning and they ignored me. I waited until they finished talking about who likes who or who else works today- both cases I finally had to intervene. One young gentleman said hed be right with me then STOPPED WORKING, TURNED HIS BACK TOWARD ME AND KEPT TALKING ABOUT HOW SOMEONE WASNT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THIS GIRL EMPLOYEE. DUDE, youre at work! The next time I came in (7/13/21) I asked how much my paint would be and she huffed at me and said, UGH, Im doing too many things at once! Then she scolded me as I picked up my paint.Absolutely uncalled for.Next time I come in and they are rude to me I wont be just taking it. I will get a manager involved which is an absolute shame because all of the other employees are nice, polite and helpful!Store still gets a 3 because it is kept clean, organized, stocked and people not in their high school/college years are on point with customer service and satisfaction.

Home Depot is Home Depot. Its usually very busy and thats compounded during the holidays and returning season. Its been especially bad this year with COVID going around and everyone working on their homes. Overall a great experience and Im glad to have them in town for all the bits and pieces for my house so I really couldnt be happier! 👍😊
They claimed a 2 week wait for a washer and dryer. We are currently at 3 weeks and they can’t find the dryer. We have called multiple times and have been told every time it should be on the next truck. How can they not track the appliance ? What is worse is the run around and stories we get every time we call them. THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING APPLIANCES FROM THEM! I will not be giving them my business anymore.
We are in the middle of a pandemic and they have signs that say All customers must wear facial coverings while shopping in our stores. Thats great that masks are required. However, that is in no way enforced. One entrance has the sign when you walk in and the other has it tucked away in corner that you cant see until you leave (see photo).I would guess 20-25% of the people in the store were not wearing masks. Kick them out. That is ridiculous. Enforce your own policies or dont have them (and this one you should have). Signs should be placed outside of the building so that people put them on before they enter. Having an employee at each entrance would solve this. And ones walking around can point it out when a person decides to break the policy.Everywhere you turn you see people without masks. Clearly this was forced on the store and the management and team members have no wish to enforce it.Do better.
Good selection alot of friendly helpers
Im not sure what has changed, but the service here has taken a serious dive recently. My online pickup orders are usually incorrect now, and wait times to receive any assistance from an associate in store are usually over an hour wait. Not to mention the general apathy demonstrated by the employees towards customers.
Beware of the appliances. Bought a washer and dryer, and they have None in stock...but they wont tell you that. Ordered them in June, and barely received the washer today. The dryer is still on backorder. They wont tell you that when you buy them, nor do they provide any updates on when you will receive your $2000 appliances. Try Dennings, they are honest and upfront.
Customer service was really angry or acted like they hated there job. I really like shopping here but customer service is lacking.
Did a curbside pickup. The guy came out and asked about my order. This was before I was even notified it was ready for pickup. He went back in, got my order and brought it out to me. Very good service. Thanks santa.

I had an issue with a discount on an online order and Kasey at the service counter was amazing! He called the dot com part of home depot and spent a long time getting my discount for me as well as helping me load up my truck. He went above and beyond, this is why home depot has my business always!

I cant decide which one is worse, Home Depot or Lowes in Idaho Falls. You live in a town populated by trucks and trailers, and you have tiny parking spots and no space in the pick up zone for anybody to get through. The employees are pretty nice and sometimes helpful, but going to this store gives me a headache. Im constantly waiting for help and then waiting to check out.
Dalin was terrific . He knew exactly where the obscure product we were looking for was!!! BUT, the store had mislabeled the price and I had a sticker shock at the self checkout. Thank goodness it was an inexpensive item!!
Great store I truly love home depot. Would rather shop here then go to a mall. Always seems to be busy but the staff is friendly and helpful. I have never seen a empty shelve in this location, shelves are also stocked. Store is neat and clean. Womens bathroom is always clean.
Home Depot tends to have the materials I need to do all my home renovation projects. In Idaho falls this store can tend to be busy shopping early in the morning or late at night is highly recommended if youre looking to avoid crowds. Paying $7 for a 2x4 is a little crazy but I understand out of their control. Wishing I would have bought a couple bunks of lumber only 6 months ago. The staff here tends to be really friendly and helpful as long as you can find someone to help you with your questions. Nice selection of tools, they pretty much have everything you would need to build a house from the ground up. I do prefer to shop at Home Depot compared to competitors because I think overall the stores organized better and things are easier to find.
Stock is low, but that is true almost everywhere else. Lighting could be better. The staff are all wearing masks, but hardly any of the customers are wearing them. Unfortunate for these times.
My experience at this Home Depot was like most others. Great. Sometimes it can be hard to find someone to help, but that doesnt bother me. You cant expect them to have people in every isle.The only complaint I could have is no Wi-Fi. My phone gets terrible reception inside most Home Depots for whatever reason, so its hard to use the app to find what I need.

We are in the middle of building a house for our son and with lumber costs out the roof, we had to shop around for a very large lumber package. HD beat every competitor that we shopped by a large margin. We live a bit remotely where we are building the house and delivery was even an option. The PRO desk representatives were great with placing the order. They saved us thousands. My only complaint would be the delivery person was unwilling to deliver right to our site, so we had to shuttle the materials from a few miles away. But the manager of HD called us and apologized for the mix up and removed the delivery fee. All in all, a positive experience that will bring me back for more materials.
Online ordering is a joke with this store. Three orders now we have had issues or no product whatsoever show up. First we ordered a water softener and they told us it was in and then we find out only half the boxes were in and the other half never shipped. The next order said 2hr pick up so we ordered and get a call that its on the truck so they switch to will call and they will have it out the next day and they will call us when its ready. No call so we call back and they say its on the truck still. It will be a few days. Online still says 2hr pick up for our item so we order another one and get the same its on the truck bs. A few days go by we call back and they say that they never got any of that item and we arent getting the two items that have been sitting on the truck. They cancelled our order because someone didnt set our items aside and they sold them. Dont order online from these guys they cant fulfill any order we have had in the past few months. Havent had these problems with Lowes.

Paid in full weeks in advance for a refrigerator that was in stock and scheduled delivery for when we were moving into our home here (moved from another state). Got a call 2 days before it was supposed to be delivered saying that the fridge disappeared. As if it just got up and walked away. Another associate probably accidentally sold it, even though the woman I bought it from said she made sure to label it as SOLD. They told me they couldnt get another one in for at least 2-3 weeks, and that the only thing they had in stock was a fridge that would cost twice as much money. Said they could give me a discount but that discount was only a few hundred dollars off, not even close to what we paid for the other one. 🤦 Needless to say we got our money back and bought a fridge from Lowes. Seriously disappointed with this Home Depot and wont be going to them in the future!
I have always had good experiences with this store, until today whenI called and was told that someone would call me back, which didnt happen. then the automated answering service told me the product I wanted was in limited supply. I got there and was told they had one left. it was the wrong one. so I had to pay a lot more for another one and wasnt able to get the warranty. so kinda depressed about the whole thing.
Good selection. Had to wait a very long time for items on the top shelf. Hauled a ladder over myself, then someone came to help.

Construction around the back of the store had the back and side blocked off - not good for 70+ feet of truck and trailer to pull a u-turn in front of the docks. People were great, as usual, but just watch out for the tan block water utility bldg when you are pulling the trailer around - its a REAL close call.
My husband and I ordered a dishwasher and paid up front for delivery and installation. When they called to tell us it arrived I was told someone had to be available for the installation from 8 to 6 on a Monday thru Friday. They told me that after it was delivered, the installer would call a half an hour before he came. We chose the up coming Friday as it was my day off. It was delivered at 9:30 that Friday morning.I stayed at home all day with no call from the installer. At 5:45 I called the store and asked where the installer was. I was routed to 4 different people (the 4th one being the one I started with) and then they hung up. I called back and after the 3rd person they hung up. I called a third time and this person (the 7th person I had talked to) said they dont install the day of delivery . I asked to have the manager call me.What I later found out from the installer was that no one had called him when the dishwasher was delivered. He would have come on Friday but no one let him know . He did a fine job but the service I received from Home Depot was terrible. And the manager never called.It was our first experience ordering anything from Home Depot. They were not the least expensive but we decided to go with them anyway. Our mistake. Wont make that one again.

They only give military discount to those who are active duty or retired with a military id. I served 13 years and have a veteran id on my drivers license but thats not good enough for them. Very frustrating. Ill stick with Lowes. They accept it no problem

Ordered a weed sprayer and used curbside pickup. Santa was friendly and polite as he loaded my order into my trunk. However once I got home and removed the box from my trunk it had been crushed and was obviously damaged prior to me receiving it. I would think that the employee that picked this damaged item would pick for me what they would pick for themselves, but they did not.
Dont buy any appliances there. Everytime I find a stove or etc that I actually like & that is affordable, they never have them at the warehouse or in the store. They always say that we have to wait a period of time like today was 2 months. Who can wait that long for a stove? Is this their way of trying to get people to spend more money! Forget that Ill shop around. Plus the lady was very rude to us & it took over 20 minutes before she even showed up! Im never going back there again!
I’m almost never inclined to write reviews, but I just had the best service at Home Depot and needed to share. There was a long line at appliances and Marty from the carpet and blinds department came over to help out. The whole store was busy but he worked with me patiently as I placed my special order for items out of stock, and seemed to really know the drill with appliances despite it not being his department. He made sure I remembered to use a coupon I had associated with the Home Depot credit card and was just the nicest guy, and really puts the customer first. Thanks Marty, you are really the best!
We bought an expensive refrigerator at this store, and the entire experience was 100% unpleasant. The sales lady was rude and condescending, and if there had been any stock available somewhere else we would have gone there instead.

No stock on appliances so we ordered them and we’re told 2-3 weeks max. It has now been 5 weeks and we have been calling to check and were told they hadn’t gotten in. Then I call again and they said they’d been there for 3 weeks 😡. I’ve been calling twice a week and then suddenly they’d been there for 3 weeks. On top of that they missed my first delivery date and pushed it back so I have still yet to get my appliances because they missed the scheduled delivery date. Not impressed, won’t be ordering here again.
I went to do a warranty exchange and the manager said i needed a receipt but when i bought it the personnel said i didnt need to show my receipt she was unprofessional i am planning to not buy from this store

That employee still treated me with the utmost respect and knew a ton about the things I was looking for. Customer service like that is why I keep coming back. Keep up the good work yall!

Walking throughout the store, I got asked by several employees if I needed help finding something. It was really nice having people at very minimum pretend to care about the customer. This store was clean well labeled and easy to navigate.

This Home Depot location tends to be extremely busy. Avoid on Saturdays especially. It is challenging to find someone to help you most days. The shelves often are miss marked and poorly stocked. The isles often have bulky displays or product that needs to be placed on shelves laying in your way.

I will start out by saying we buy many, many items from Home Depot. Most everything for our extensive home remodel came from Home Depot. Thousands and Thousands of dollars over the last ten years. So, I know them well. Usually ok service. Nothing to brag about, but ok. However, bought a Weber Grill Spirit E-215 online last night, along with the $75 extended warranty. Got to the store for curbside pick-up today. Disaster. Just forget trying to use the text/email they sent. No one in the store responded. Parked the car and went in. Customer service person was nice enough but took forever to find where the grill had been placed inside the store. Finally located it and my husband pulled the truck up to get it loaded. They had a guy there to help load it. Ill be honest with you, were not the youngest of people and it took us getting our neighbor and daughter to get it down out of the truck. Ok, get it home and lo and behold, there is no igniter switch. No button, no housing, no wires. No igniter assembly whatsoever. And it is DIRTY! I mean dirt. Not store dirt either, I think this thing had been outside for months! I call the store. Get hung up on twice and then when I called back the third time the person on the phone asked if they could take my number and have someone call me back. I just had a feeling this was not going to work. I asked to talk to the manager. I was connected to the Manager of the Day. Oh boy! Told him what was going on and he looked around the store to find a replacement grill or part. Nothing available. He asks if he could upgrade us to the next level grill, the E-315. I said fine, but after the hassle of getting the first one out of our truck I told him we needed them to come get this one and bring the new one. He said thats fine but might not happen for WEEKS. Excuse me? My husband then talks with him just to make sure Id heard him correctly and the manager puts my husband on hold for a while. When the manager gets back on the phone, everything has changed! Weve got to bring the current grill back so they can inspect it and make sure it’s in sellable condition and all the parts are there. EXCUSE ME! My husband told him to forget it. Were taking it back (somehow, well get it in the truck) and will get a full refund for the grill and the extended warranty. What a mess! Heres what I think, the manager of the day called his boss and the boss got mad at him for making that offer. Goodbye Home Depot. Youve lost another good customer!
Some of the workers dont have great customer service skills. However, Andrew and Santa were wonderful help to us recently.
My rating is really a big fat 0, but that wasnt a choice..The poorest customer service Ive ever had. 4 employees standing behind theirs plexiglass and to busy talking with each other to help the 5 customers needing help with the refrigerators. Rude after being interrupted, not wanting to do their jobs.Home Depot, your employees just lost your company a few thousand dollar sell.I work retail and customer service is the most important part of the job.

Nice place, I prefer it to Lowes, in Idaho Falls. Prices are a little higher than Lowes, but the service is a lot better and the selection is more comprehensive. If youre buying a large amount of something vanilla, check both places, otherwise this is the place to go.
Love this place, i love just walking around looking at all the stuff . They have everything you need and always have a great selection . The staff is awesome and helpful and always polite. Love the garden section it smells so nice in the summertime . the prices are great as well.

Went to pick up an online order of 4 items after waiting about an hour after placing it. We were told that it would be a 30 minute wait as there were 3 others in front of ours. No problem. We left and came back 45 minutes later only to be turned away again after being told it would be about another 30 minutes. We left and went to eat dinner, returning about an hour and 15 minutes later. The cashier then pulled the order off the computer and went to pull the items while we waited another 15 or 20 minutes at the counter. When we asked to speak to the manager about why it took so long for 4 total items to be picked up when the order was placed online over two hours ago, we were told it would be (wait for it)....another 30 MINUTES before the manager would be up to see us because there were three people he was helping ahead of us. Would not recommend ordering online. They don’t seem to be too worried about preventing any potential illness problems as they will have you keep coming in or make you wait in a line with others while they go get the order. Don’t offer an online order option if you aren’t going to fulfill it when you say you will. Won’t be returning. I’ve had much better experiences with Lowe’s in all ways and will be taking my business to them from here on out and I will be recommending anyone else do the same.

Big or small projects or even just simple home improvements this is where I like to go. Most the time my questions are always answered and I leave satisfied. Dont just take my word for it...Go and experience what they have to offer.

Ordered a deep freeze and paid for it up front. Three months went past and I called every week for three weeks and they could never tell me when it would be in. They promised that would call me when the found out where it was. Well they never called and they never found the freezer. It was delivered but they never found it. They probably sold it to someone else. Got my money back and wont do business with them again.
I didnt have a pleasant visit. Went to the washer and dryer section today to purchase a dryer. I asked a associate at the self check out for assistance at the appliance section and she said she would send someone over. 15 minutes went by and I asked another associate for help that happened to be walking by and they said they would send someone over. Ten more min went by and the same person I asked for help saidhas someone not come to help you yet I said cheerfully that no one had helped me yet. She then said to go over to the carpet section and see if there was anyone there I could ask for help. I went over and did not see anyone and stood around for another ten more minutes and still no one was able to assist me so I left the store. What a bummer. I went to Lowes right after and was in and out within 15 min of arriving with a dryer.

One star is based on the flooring department and the flooring department alone. The guy that works the flooring desk/department was very dismissive of me and didnt have great knowledge of the flooring Home Depot offers. He continually looked to my husband when I was clearly the one speaking with him and told me that I was wrong when I was reading the item listing directly from the Home Depot app. Had no clue what flooring I was talking about or that it came in other color options than the one available in the store. Its a shame because we loved the flooring but the competitor will get our money this time.
This store is looking run down compared to years ago. Lot of excess, marked down, open packages, damaged and discounted items in many places throughout the store. Many items out of stock, lumber not the best. Employees act like they could care less if they help you or not. Most sit around and BS with each other. Signs at the entrance say you must wear masks, voice messages over the PA every 5 mins saying same thing, yet over 50% of customers do not wear them. Employees dont seem to care which is a reflection of management. Getting a Veterans discount their is almost nonexistent. I built a house from this store years ago, but rarely even stop here anymore as the other big box store in town treats me quite well with discounts, good prices, clean store and friendly staff.
