The 4 stars is for the local store. They were awesome!! The online curbside to the store. Is the worse. Information never was sent. I was sitting in the parking lot for over and hour! Finally I called the store. Ask where are you guys? The store was slow. Not many customers. Fix the bug in the pick up system.

Not as much merchandise as usual. Not a huge selection. Store was quiet. Still some good stuff but not like it was. However, I will go back.

This was my first time ever to shop at this company, ever. After locating the shower curtains, no price tag located on the shelving of the shower curtains nor on the curtains that was for display. I located a small tag that said $41.99 - $50 ish. I thought hell it is a basic curtain- price should be on the lower side. Nope. It cost me almost $60 for a shower curtain. Nothing fancy a solid white shower curtain. Stood in line for well over 15 min.. so I paid the lady. However, bc I was in need of it and already spent my gas going to town and after more than 2 places didnt have it. Top this off its not even made in the usa. Never again. quality is good but not that good.

This place is always over priced. Why does management allow them to lock the doors 15 minutes before they close? If you say you close at 8 pm, then your door should remain unlocked until 8 pm.

Not everyones experience is like mine but I ordered my dorm items through pack and hold almost a month before I went to pick it up and they had none of it ready for me and didnt even have half of the things in the store that I ordered. It took them a month to get nothing of mine together. Absolutely the worst experience. Very upset wont get anything from there again. Unfortunately I had to rate a one star but I wouldnt even give them that.

I had a terrible experience in the Hattiesburg store. In line the cashier looked at me and said, “They can help you down there,” and continued to walk away. Not pleased at all.

Hattiesburg bed bath and beyond is terrible. A stack of pictures fell off a tall shelf and fell on my 4 year olds head. Not one employee or manager asked if they could help or get us a cold pack. Zero customer service. Warning DO NOT SHOP THERE..... My husband had to get a bottle of water out of drink machine to put on my childs face after asking a worker for a cold pack...... If I could give zero stars I would. This store doesnt deserve a 1 star..
