Prices GREAT, staff FRIENDLY.BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, I came to surplus warehouse and purchased countertops on 4/12. I was told I would receive my counter in two weeks. I waited the given time and got nothing, I called and talked to a manager and he assured me that counters would be here Monday (today) and he would be in touch. I have yet to receive my counters... the manager never followed up with me as he told me he would.Very disappointed with management, wait time, and unfulfilled promises.**EDIT**Since the misunderstanding, surplus warehouse has gone above and beyond to right their wrongs! The service manager and Joe at the Hattiesburg location have gone out of their way to assure that I am happy and satisfied.

They had a similar patio door that a larger store claimed had to be special ordered at whopping $500 more. This place had it for the normal price. The staff is pretty knowledgeable.

Very rude employee when we showed up. Bought a shower and it was not worth what we paid for. The walls are not sturdy at all the only thing that was worth it was the glass door. Will never buy anything here again
