My check engine light came on and I was concerned. I contacted my sales rep and he suggested that I bring it in for a service check. The service department went above and beyond to investigate the problem and resolved it for me. They also explained their finds and how they were able to resolve the issue. They gave me instructions on what to do should it happen again. This was very helpful and gave me the peace of mind that they cared not only for the performance of my vehicle but my safety as well.

I took my vehicle in for and oil change and was recommended service that I did not need. I understand its their job to make as much a possible, but when you show me pictures of filters from a different car claiming it was mine. I told the the color and shape of my filters and the one they shown me was clearly not my car.I changed my intake and cabin filters a week prior. I dont know what they were thinking. I hope that they dont do this to everyone.

It was AWESOME. Staff was extremely nice. They had my paperwork already in progress upon my arrival. I bought a brand new vehicle and it didnt even take a full hour to go thru the process. Sold me a car with a bad transmission. They refused to replace/say nothings wrong. Also after a week into owning the car after having the transmission checked they were trying to sell me a new fan belt say mine was cracked. So much for that certified inspection that they claim everything is good on the car

The young lady that greeted me was very friendly and I told her that I had talked to Steve. She said I will get you signed in and let Steve know you are here! Steve was awesome! My tires did not come in on time, but he was able to find some comparable, because I told him I really needed tires Friday before my trip to north MS over the weekend! Took a little longer than originally quoted for my services scheduled, but I was totally ok with that. Especially after his efforts to get me fixed up with new tires! I have had most all of my service (with the exception of one oil change) done at Petro and your service department is top notch.!

I went to Petro Nissan to research the Rogue and get more information on financing. I was weary because my first experiences years ago was HORRIBLE . I met Charles and he was amazing!. I went in for a simple oil/filter change and tire rotation. After picking up my car I stopped to gas up and check the oil level. When I opened my hood the oil dip stick was not replaced probably and my oil level appeared to read HIGH. I looked at my ticket and it says they put 5 quarts in an engine that only requires 4 quarts with a filter change. When I took it back to the dealer the service rep. Ask me if the engine was running when I checked it and that my receipt showing 5 quarts used must be a typo. Instead of trying to address my concerns he seemed more interested in finding a way to blame me or act as if I were over reacting. He said, “people make mistakes” He seemed to not care that I recently retired and paid cash from a hard earned savings for this truck in an effort to adjust to a fixed income. The truck needs to last me 5-8 years but if I hadn’t caught the oil overage there’s a good chance it could have made the seals on a 2020 Truck with 7k miles leak. If the dealership can’t change oil properly then I certainly will not trust them for an warranty issues I may have. I’ll drive the 80 Miles to the Coast for any future maintenance needs. Thankful someone in charged finally intervened and had a mechanic re-change the oil and filter making sure to only put 4 quarts in.

Petro Nissan has some of the most unreliable accounting and management personnel I have ever had to deal with.I have repeatedly been told I would have my calls returned. I waited almost a month this last time... ZILCH.I’m trying to get them to issue my refund for a service contract I had through the Petro franchise/family. Every avenue directed me to Petro Nissan.The first couple of calls seemed productive. The people where always polite, but you always got the idea they didn’t actually care. They took my information, said they would forward it to “Tony” who would follow-up. Nothing. I called back a week later. Same thing.Called back the next week. Rinse, repeat.This last time I waited almost a month. New person, said would follow up with me. Nothing again. Next step? Litigation!

Call today and was told come in the next 30 minutes and they could get me in and out... got there in 20 and was told it would be anywhere from an hour and a half to two hours before they would be done with the oil change.... this is the 3rd time I have called and was not informed on the wait time.... the guy that was checking in was very unconcerned about what I was told on the phone.... ask to speak to manager of the department or assistant manager and was told there was none on duty today 🤨.... I had to opt and go to Take 5 Oil Change Customer Service here was 100% better right down the street in front of the mall ...

I had the most indescribable experience. Mr. Fransted was an awesome guy. He did an awesome job with us. He was patient, nice, and was there to provide us with all the information we needed. He took us on a test drive. He’s an outstanding guy all the way around. He’s even funny. I purchased a Nissan Rogue 2021 with 11 miles on it and they didnt tell me there was a recall til right after I signed my papers. So they put me in a loaner car for the night. My car is still under a thousand miles and I have already started having trouble with it. So I took it to the Nissan Dealership got there at 6:30 and they told me I would have to bring it back on the morning keeping in mind I have a 4 year old little girl on the spectrum but said they couldnt put me in a loaner car because it was after 5:30. But the night I purchased the car it wasnt any trouble for them to put me on a loaner vehicle after 8 p.m. and the Nissan Dealership is over an hour from where I live. They were very rude and I believe I should be the only person upset because I just purchased a brand new vehicle and already having problems with it.

I love Petro Nissan ! I cant say enough about there service. I recently purchased a new Rogue from them. This was my 3rd Nissan and my 2nd purchase from Petro. The sales experience was wonderful and short. Most dealerships it takes all day, but not at Petro. My salesman Rickey Anderson was wonderful, a God send. He kept me informed & updated on the process. Even though I had already owned a Rogue. He still went over all the features with me. He even called me the next day to see if I had any questions,etc. The salesman Rickey Anderson was very nice and professional. The other employees were nice to,from Mr. Drew to the finance officer, he explained everything on my contract to me & they try to get you the best deals. Like you are family. I liked that I was able to show up without an appointment to get my oil change and that they checked in to my concern about my brakes. They also checked for other things to see if there were problems that I would not have known about. It was very busy that day but the service team was still able to get my car looked at in the time frame they gave me (around 45 minutes for the oil change and looking at my brakes, as well as checking for other stuff which I think is a typical thing they do when you bring your car in.)

My appointment started off kind of rough with the service rep that was helping me. He got better later though. Some of the things that I asked to be done, were not done. I hate to think that maybe this happened because I’m a woman and I “probably wouldn’t know or notice”. I don’t know that that’s the case, but the things that were not done were pretty obvious, and to me, irresponsible. I’m not a very happy customer.

Daryl (the salesman) was excellent with the original transaction and follow up. Melissa however was cold and very uninterested in the customers needs. She pressured (yes, pressured) us into buying some type of service warranty. When I told her that my dad (Jack Brownlee) had passed away and asked if we could have this warranty transferred to a Nissan Dealership in Tennessee where I live (since I have the vehicle) she flatly said NO! She never once said Im sorry, no trying of anything on her part....not even offered a credit or refund we paid for this warranty which we will NEVER use; since I will never return to Mississippi. No goodrecommendation will come from me.

The biggest issue I had was that I waited for 4 hours and 15 minutes just to have only the oil changed in my vehicle. I was told it would be 1 hour and 30 minutes for the wait which is a long time anyway but I understood they were backed up. But for it to take nearly 3 times as long as that is terrible! I would much rather go to a quick lube place in the future but I don’t want to break my warranty. Don’t tell someone it will only take 1.5 hours to do something then it actually takes 4+ hours.

I have tried 2 times to get an indicator light fixed in my car. I keep getting blown off. At first I was told it will resolve itself. Then I was told they couldn’t do anything for my 2020 Nissan so then I made an appointment for tomorrow (sept 11). I just got off the phone with the service department and they said they don’t have an appointment for me and they would do their best to get me seen. This is unacceptable. After getting this looked at I won’t be back to this service department.Update: I finally got my car in to be seen. They said it was the radar that needed to be replaced. It was covered under warranty. When I got my car there to get the radar replaced. They called me later that day saying the part had “been boxed wrong” and they had to get another pet from Jackson. I over heard someone saying they put it in another car though. They gave me a rental car for the weekend since this was on a Friday and probably wouldn’t have it done before closing time.The technician i worked with this time was outstanding. But the management needs much work - the fact it took so long to correct this and they they sold, or used my part, on someone else is not okay.

But this time Steve Tate took my car gave me an estimate before fixing anything and communicated with me. I’ve had my car 18 months and I can not say another service advisor has done that. I was greeted within 3 mins of arriving at the service area by Sam. I made sure I mentioned a past issue I had with Petro service with leaving oil and dirty smudges on the interior of my vehicle, Sam instructed me he would make sure this wouldnt happen again. My vehicle was completed in a timely manner and I paid for the service. Upon receiving my vehicle and a quick overview of the interior, I notice there were oil and dirty smudges on the seat, console and door handle. This is something that needs to be look into by management and possibly a QC (Quality Check) completed before the customer receives their vehicle. Overall the service was good just a little more attention to customer service and this area will be top notch.

My 2015 nissan murano that I only had for a little less than 90 days, developed transmission problems. I took it in to be services, it took them almost 4 weeks to do the job but the service manager Mr David provided me with a rental car at no charge. My nissan only had 58,500 miles on it and the transmission had to be rebuilt. I really wanted a new transmission because I felt the car milage did not warrant going out already. I have had the car back for a few weeks now and so far its doing good. The service manager, Mr David is a good man. I only gave 4 stars due to the length of time that it took them to fix.

Very unsatisfied. After being a loyal customer to Petro, buying both my car and my sons truck from Petro, they have not repaired my vehicle. My car was wrecked in April. Immediately, I called Petro and they recommended Richies Auto Collision. After 4 returned attempts, 6 months, and weeks at a time without my car combined efforts from both service departments have not repaired my vehicle. They have not even been able to diagnose the problem although an independent mechanic did so in less than 4 hours. My husband bought a truck from Pine Belt Chevrolet earlier this year and has had amazing service from Pine Belt. Pine Belt even offered him a loaner car while he was receiving routine maintenance. I have been walking to work for 3 weeks without any consideration from Petro. I have emailed the owner, the general manager and the service manager without any response. I have always driven Nissan but I will consider a Chevrolet after this experience. I have waited to write this review giving Petro the opportunity for recovery without any success. Customer service goes well beyond the sale.

Horrible experience!!! We purchased a truck for our son three weeks ago been back & forth since we took it off the lot. Each time we went all they could tell us were going to fix it..it wont cost you all anything but actually it cost us time off work because they were not professional enough to keep in contact about what was going on or when it was ready for pickup & sadly it almost caused my son his life. On yesterday it caught fire & burned completely up thankfully my son got out just in time.

After 5 trips to our local Nissan dealership we found out the car had been in an accident and the issues were probably tied to that, so Petro gave us a false Carfax report. Then when we tried to get in contact with Petro Nissan they were very difficult to work with regarding the car. Finally the GM reached a settlement with us, yet the day before going in Ray, a sales manager decided to reduce the amount that we had agreed to in writing. Upon returning to the dealership, after driving 3 hours in Southern heat with no AC, Ray was extremely rude. He raised his voice at us and was very condescending. The dealership made us pay for document fees that we had already paid the first time. According to the Nissan consumer affairs department they should not have done that. Petro is dishonest, rude, and will go back on promises. Avoid at all costs!

From the time my mother and I got out of the car here at Petro, we were greeted by Steve Tait who was amazing not only as a salesman but as a gentleman also. He was very considerate towards my mother who has some health problems and tried to make sure she was as comfortable as could be throughout the process. I was looking to sell my mothers call that I bought her back and lease one due to her medical issues, but Steve and the manager I dealt with worked it out better for me to purchase her a newer Altima instead. Steve is a GREAT asset to Petro!!

My car started acting strange on my trip home to Hot Springs, Arkansas area from Florida. We were 50 miles outside Hattiesburg & I was really concerned about the issue. It was 4:30 pm on a Friday when we pulled in to Petro. They were super busy, but upon hearing our situation, Kimberly took our car back, they ran diagnostics, & the transmission needed to be rebuilt. We had to leave our car there, 7 hours from home, because of warranty conditions. They stayed a little late that day to help us navigate the details, kept in touch with me on a regular basis while fixing my car, & were so kind through the entire ordeal. Thank you Kimberly Pierce & Petro Nissan Service Dept. If I ever get a new car, I just might drive the 7 hours to Petro!!! Thanks so much. Woo Pig, Go Hogs Go!

Stood behind their service and product. A bit slow on service. Noticed several customers had to wait 2 or more hours for simple oil change. My wait was approximately 3 1/2 hours for brake service
