My first experience was when walking in the service department and no one greeted me. I stood there about 5 min before I was acknowledged to be told I had to make an appointment.Got to my appointment at scheduled time. After waiting an hour I asked if my car was being diagnosed. Serviceman said yes. But it was sitting out back when I went outside to sit. Then seen my car being driven back in about 30 minutes later. That is when I was informed that maybe my tires needed rotating to stop the vibrating. Told him to go ahead and do it and how much. He said around $20.Got there at 10:00 am, ticket opened at 10:27 and left at 13:34. Paid them $157.07. Diagnostic was $98 🀨. Then according to my satisfaction I got A1 service. I didn’t. My survey answers are circle. Go figure. 🧐

The employees here were so helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Everything was presented in a straightforward manner. Lots of other dealerships make you feel like you’re being tricked but we didn’t feel that at all here. Patrick was great and went out of his way to make sure every feature of the vehicle was presented to us. Jeff the sales manager was kind and professional. Bryce the general manager was so helpful and went over all the finance numbers on the phone with us before we made the trip. John the finance manager had us in and out of the finance office in 10 min and answered all of the questions we had. If you’re in the market for a Kia, I highly recommend this dealership as the customer service alone is worth the trip.

The service at this Kia dealership is the worst I have ever encountered, and I have been to several. Sarah, the service advisor I primarily dealt with, was unorganized and inefficient. She was all over the place, complaining about not having enough time to get all of the things completed she needed to for that day but she had time to smoke a cigarette. When I checked in I gave her the details of what was going on with my vehicle. She asked me what was bucking, the steering wheel pulling to one side or what. I was not aware the steering wheel could buck and the car pulling to one side would not be classified as β€œbucking”. While sitting and waiting on the finance company to send over the paperwork, the finance manager was sitting in his office vaping.Dean McCrary Kia offers payment through a 3rd party but she did not offer that option when she gave me the details of my bill. When I headed to check out and pay for the diagnostic fee, I saw the option and applied for the financing and was approved. She seemed a little upset that I had not spoken with her about completing the financing option and was a little (no, a lot) doubtful that I had been approved, saying she had not received an email from the company confirming my approval even though I had the approval on my phone. She went through her email, saying she had not received the approval still after about 5 minutes. I called the company, who shared with me that they sent the information to her phone, which she had received.I asked her about adding an oil change, which she told me I could not because they do not finance oil changes, even though the 3rd company financing is a Tire and Auto finance company. I told her I would get the oil changed at a later date and that was ok. I will never come to service my vehicle at this location again. I normally go to the Flowood Kia dealership to service my vehicle but my vehicle was bucking and I was afraid to drive to Jackson because the recall part had the potential to cause fire while driving.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change, recall work, and a leaking windshield washer reservoir. Vehicle is still under factory bumper to bumper warranty. I was told reservoir was cracked at top and not covered under warranty. ALL of the fluid leaks out along inside fender well. Not cracked at the top. I also have ABS light and TSC light coming on after service. Horrible service experience.

They got me in as a walk-in! My own ppl (Volkswagen-Jackson) never even called me back to even say they were backed up & couldnt get me. I had to constantly call to get them for an appointment next week. I think Im going to stop wasting my gas & start using Kia. They found stuff that needed fixing on my car, which makes me wonder if those folks at Capitol Body missed something from that car accident, and Im having to fix!!

I have had my KIA for 1.5 years now and it is still under warranty. The drivers seat broke and is laid completely back. We took our Kia here to be fixed. We were told it would be October before they could get the part in. We asked for a loaner car or for them to rent a car since ours was unsafe to drive and my children could not sit in the back seat since the driver seat was laid back. The workers/manager that we dealt with became extremely hostile because we requested this. They told us that it was safe and that we would have to deal with it. I would love to speak to the owner and district manager about this issue. They refused to give me the number of the district/area manager. I have never been treated in such an unprofessional way. I am still shocked at how we were treated.

So basically if you don’t have an appointment with Kia they don’t care to fix recall issues that makes your $20,000 car a risk to drive. I didn’t schedule for the recall to be on my vehicle so why do I have to schedule to have my vehicle serviced when my engine unexpectedly starts to malfunction? I have been at the Kia dealership since 8:30 AM and I have been told β€œYou’re next” ALL DAY! SEVEN hours later I am told again that β€œI’m next” and β€œwe’ve been really busy today” despite the fact that I was THE FIRST ONE HERE! You can’t tell me that a service department that does this ALL DAY EVERYDAY couldn’t give a more accurate estimate of the wait time or simply be more organized. I wouldnt put my worst enemy in a poorly built KIA with recalls that take an entire day to tend to.Oh and they pride themselves on their popcorn, fresh coffee, and nice waiting room... no popcorn, no coffee, no bed to take a nap while you wait all day.

These guys worked endlessly to get me into a new ride. At first things didnt look too good, but man did they come through. 2020 Kia Rio Sport with 40mpg no money down with a low interest rate. Guys my credit is not that great in the 600s and they managed to still get me in a new ride with a low payment less than 430. They also took initiative and called around to help get me better and lower insurance through USAA. If youre in the market for a new ride go to Dean McCrary Kia in Hattiesburg and ask for Malinda tell the Brian Matthews sent you.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP. They have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. I took my car there a couple months ago and they told me i had a bad MAP sensor and it needed to be updated. There was also an issue with my headlight and they did not fix it correctly either. I took my car to a different dealership today and was informed that the problem had nothing to do with the MAP sensor. It was a misfiring catalytic converter, and if i had continued to drive my car, my car could have CAUGHT ON FIRE. I COULD HAVE DIED. The ignorance of these people is absolutely ridiculous. These people put my life in danger because they’re too incompetent to do their job correctly. Consider this a warning.

I have brought my car there four times for a problem with the paint first they said it was acid rain and found out that it was not then said the next time that I was not drying it off and after their washed and dried finding out that that was not the problem then they had their guy that come in and buff it out they said it took 6 hour for him to buff it out but yet the spots are still on the car so I took it to a body shop which they recommended in the body shop said that the guy that supposed to have done a good job did not do a good job at all so they were going try something else all the car will have to be painted in the meanwhile I got nothing but attitude smart comment from the service manager everyone else seemed to be helpful but her she always had an attitude I am paying for a car$500 a month and had it only from December 2016 shouldnt have any problem.

I am very happy with the car and I liked a conversation I had with the general manager, Mr. Goff. When I had a question, he was very helpful and pleasant.I had a minor problem. I had prepared to pay cash but let a salesperson talk me into a supposedly great 0% interest financing offer. I had not realized that this would cut into my rebate. I am not familiar with financing cars as I have only paid cash in the past. I felt a little bit dismayed that the cost of that financing was not made clearer to me before I agreed. It must have been on the paperwork somewhere but I do notice that car salesmen start talking rapidly and loudly when you try to read contracts. I should have been more careful and insisted on silence while I read the document.I suppose this is a general way of business and not something particular to this dealership, but learn from my mistake and ask questions about how financing affects rebates and other incentives.Also, be aware of how much those extended warranty plans really cost. The salesmen break it down to how much it costs per month if you keep the car ten years or something but dont tell you the total fee upfront.If you are unfamiliar with how to buy cars, all that information thrown at you all at once can be mind-boggling.The only complaint I have about the car itself is that the headrests are so big that I cant see over them to change lanes. Also, the A/C doesnt blow out of one of the front vents--and I have only had the car for a week--in the Deep South where it is very hot. Other than that, the car is wonderful.

Me and my wife have been looking at purchasing a van, since our third kid is in the way. We looked only at dean mccrary, and seen they had 4 Kia Sedona vans for sale. We loaded up Saturday evening and drove down there. We are 50 miles from the dealer. We get there and there is only one Sedona left. The salesman comes over to us and was polite at first. We asked him how much the Sedona was. He said he would find out and grab the key. He returned with the key and cranked the vehicle. We were not offered a test drive, and he did not give us the price. So he invited us inside. We sat down in his office and he put down a credit app in front of me. I politely asked if I could get the price of the vehicle so I would if it was in our budget. He went to the finance managers office and I could over hear talking. He told his manger that I didn’t want them to run my credit. I then seen the finance manger shake his head back and forth. Well the salesman came back over to me and said the vehicle was 26k at this point i new it was out of my price range. Instead of letting me go my way. He was pushy and wanting me to run a app to see if they could cut a deal. I declined. They need to update there online inventory better. Because I drove 50 miles for nothing. And the salesman wanted me to fill out a app without driving or knowing the price of the car. Very shady will not be back!!!!!
