Extremely lengthy wait times that are simply not worth it. The prices are not that appealing in comparison with alternative automotive service providers that guarantee rapid service times. I cannot complain about any of the services I have received from this provider over the years. The work has always been satisfactory. However, I have recently found that other providers in my area are just as reliable, provide services much more quickly, and are just as reasonably priced, if not a better deal, in fact. Theres also added bonuses when you choose an alternative to this provider such as not even needing to leave the comfort of your vehicle and most likely being able to deal with the service provider or a supervisor one on one throughout the entire process rather than having to spend time asking any questions or dealing with the often overwhelmed and clearly unhappy employees or customer service representatives who are apparently the only available employees to assist you with any questions or concerns during the process of having your car serviced by Walmarts automotive service provider. You must also deal with these same employees when checking out and paying for any work youve had done before being able to retrieve your vehicle. Im not stating that ALL of my interactions with the customer service representatives in automotive have been unsatisfactory, but I must admit that there have been occasions when my dealings with the available representatives were less than pleasant. Its understandable for them to become overwhelmed and agitated while working in such a position, having to deal with circumstances beyond their control and sometimes beyond their understanding, and also being bombarded with phone calls, customers questions in general, and most of all having to repeatedly explain to people who are wanting their vehicles back in a more timely manner why theyre having to wait so long. I dont think that would be an enjoyable position for anyone. Walmarts automotive department should look into restructuring in a way that resembles their competitors, in my personal opinion. However, I wouldnt say that they seem to be losing very much money operating as is. They are always super busy, and not only busy, but backed up with people waiting for what seems like forever to have their vehicles serviced any time Ive used them. Ive even tried to get there early before they open before to be the first in line to be serviced only to learn once they finally opened that there was a vehicle that would be ahead of me because they were unable to get to it the day before. Very disappointing. I would think that the entire department could be reorganized in a way that would operate far better overall, and would also provide services in a much more timely fashion than it ever has in my past experience.

It took them forever to answer the phone and then they put me on hold for 23 minutes. Then they picked the phone up and hung up on me. So I had to do it all over again. 👎

A little confusion sometimes with my road hazard warranty on my tires but compared to other Walmart auto centers, they’re really nice and correct the problem if there is one!! They’re also always fast with getting my tire changed compared to other Walmart auto centers. 10/10 would recommend

* DON’TLEAVE CHANGE IN YOUR CAR*My husband rang ahead to select tires and such. He gave the name of the fella he spoke with so I would know who to talk to.The cashier wasn’t friendly nor did I ever speak to the guy my husband worked with.After 2 hours they finally got to our car and notified us that we selected the wrong size tire. It took an hour to work that out but 30 min to get the tires on. We were in Walmart for a total of 3 hours. Which we were told it was going to be about hat long. When we got in the car I saw that someone had taken money from my change holder. It wasn’t a lot taken but it’s the principle of the matter. An employee stole from my vehicle. I’ll not be spending that much money there again.

I will never buy tires again from Wal-Mart. I ordered two tires for my vehicle Monday afternoon at 4pm. I was told they would be delivered Tuesday morning. I called the store at 11:00, 1:30, and 3:00. Each time I was told the truck carrying the tired had not arrived yet. I called a forth time at 4:00 and was told the truck had made its delivery around 11:00 am and that my tires were not on that load. I explained I had called three precprev times and was told the truck had not arrived and the man I was talking to said those guys dont know anything. I said I was told I would have my tires today to which he said thats an estimated time. Its not guaranteed. So I decided to wait hoping they would come on Wednesday. Wednesday morning I called the store at 11:00 and was told they recognized my name because when they tried to place an order for another customers tires, my order was still in the system and no one ever actually sent it. This means that every time I called, no one bothered to actually check my order or they would have seen THAT THERE WASNT ONE. So I had to order the tires AGAIN. And I was told they would be there the next day on Thursday. I spoke to two different managers and the only thing they could do was not charge me $20 for balancing. I spent over $300 and had to take multiple days off work trying to get this resolved and the only thing they could do is offer free balancing? I dont think so.

I took my car for new tires.... Was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half ....three and a half hours later Im still waiting for me car...I will never buy tires here again! the only they got one star is because it was the lowest I could give them!!!! They had the car for over three hours then they called to tell me they quoted the wrong price, and raised the price by 20$
