Got completely stood up. No call no show. Half a day of work wasted.

Tammy was so hateful to me and my wife. Im off working my wife was at grocery store. They will never be at my house. I hope so many read this. They lied and said they talked to me and lied to my wife. Listen here I hope the owners read this dont ever put words in my mouth. You cant expect someone to sit at home for 8 hours waiting on a repair man and be called a liar to boot. I dont see how they stay in business -Robin Dial

They came out and serviced my dryer but I had the same problem after he left. When I called back he was rude and argued about the issue and refused to come back out. I would not recommend!

We were told our microwave would be replaced, they told us they would be out Tuesday, then they rescheduled for Wednesday, then rescheduled again for Thursday. When he finally did come out it wasnt for a replacement but only to look at the microwave. He treated me like I was stupid and that I was obviously faking the issue. When my husband called his wife was also very rude to him. They need to work on how they speak with people.

I bought a new Frigidaire Stove from Lowe’s and less than a month after delivery an error code appeared on the panel and the convection oven controls stopped working. This company only services the Laurel area one day a week and I found them extremely hard to deal with. I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.
