T-Mobile has been one of the best phone and carrier experiences lately. Being someone who is technologically literate, I know when someone is BSing me. And T-Mobile has yet to try and take me there. They are straight up and so far have not charged me anything outside of exactly what was discussed.
I have been going to this location for the last 2 years, never have any issues all of us seniors from ymca and our church go there and they are always respectful and help full i have even sent my family and friends there just because they are that good. so when i saw this last negative review i had to reply. great store, great service.
They provided me excellent service and helped me fix issues with my phone even though Im a Sprint customer. However since this T-Mobile was never a legacy sprint store to begin with, they dont have the equipment to support Sprint customers at the moment. However, they told me that they are getting the equipment to be able to access sprint accounts sometime soon though. Honestly with the great customer care and slightly cheaper phone plans with free 5g data with no extra charges like Verizon and AT&T currently offer, I might even just make the switch and migrate over to T-Mobile sometime soon👍. (Update: I recently stopped by again because I was having some service issues and now they have this thing called the T-Mobile Network Experience for Sprint Customers and they were able to use their new Sprint systems to swap out my Sim card with a T-Mobile Sim card for free! And now Im getting more coverage now, and the best thing is, it only took a few minutes and I didnt even have to change my rate plan! Thanks Hastings T-Mobile!)
My husband and I are seniors and when we moved to Hastings we decided that we wanted new smart phones. We bought them about 5 years ago and we have been in and out so many times, not with complaints, but in need of help! We didnt want to ask our son for help and the people who work there are so pleasant and patient with senior citizens! They are doing a teerrific job!

This store almost cost T-Mobile to loose a brand new customer that was leaving Verizon to start up with them. Please do not waste your time with this store. If it wasn’t for the Cottage Grove location and their amazing customer service by helping me get out of the mess the Hastings location started, I wouldn’t have ever became a T-Mobile customer. Talk about first impressions and making your company look absolutely terrible by the way you treat you customers.To keep the story as short as possible, with being that many issues occurred from this store when working with the assistant manager: Dimitri. My main issues are:1. They promised my fiancé and I that I would be able to get the IPhone 11 pro Max in Gold with the trade in of my iPhone X. But before checking their inventory to see if I could get this. They signed me up completely and ported me over from Verizon. Had me pay. Then goes, “Oh, we do not have these phones in stock at all”. I asked, “Shouldn’t you have checked your inventory and told me this prior to starting the port and having me pay? Because now I am stuck” Then they say “No there’s absolutely no way for us to check before we port you over” which is completely dishonest. They were not upfront. They did not go over all of this prior to signing us up. They wanted to make sure they got their commission, signed us up and took our money before actually caring what was in the best interest for the customer. Once that was over with, they did not care about anything else.2. On the phone when the Hastings store was confronted about the issues from Cottage Grove, one of their staff said “oh I remember her, she was the one throwing a fit”. First off, no matter how a customer is acting, you never say that while you’re on a work call with another location. It was not true, I was not throwing a fit. But also how unprofessional of you?3. When the Hastings store manager was brought to the call and was discussing the issue with the Cottage Grove staff. The Hastings manager said “That his rep did everything correct.” (Even though this manager was not working while we were there). He got very defensive when the Cottage Grove staff asked “If everything was done correct, why did she leave the store without a phone, plus why would you port over her account and have her pay, and then tell her nothings in stock, this should have been thoroughly checked into before the sale was made”. The manager had no answer grew angry and actually hung up the phone.Look at the reviews on here people, once they have you transferred and paid. You do not mean anymore to them. They did not do their due diligence. I have now heard many stories about how terrible they treat their customers, which is unfortunate for t-Mobile. This puts a real bad taste in a customers mouth, never mind a new one.I will for however long I live in Hastings, continue to drive the trip that is 3 times longer to Cottage Grove, then my local Hastings store just minutes from my house.

1. We came on Friday and were told the phones we wanted were in the vault and we just needed the vault to open to get them. 20 mins later: Oops, youll have to order online or come back.2. We we went home and couldnt order online. We had to call 611.3. We get the text telling us our phones have arrived in the store and to come pick them up. We arrive at the store and theyre closed for COVID cleaning with no indication of when theyll open. Three people are in there ignoring us. One comes to the door but wont say anything.And then walks away.What great service!
This store is fantastic!! They have helped me every single time Ive gone in. I have no bad words for the store or any employees. Mario is a fantastic manager who cares about his customers. You can really tell that every employee here gives 110%. The store is always clean and organized as well.
Terrible experience while being at this store. They almost lost two T-Mobile customers for the way they treated us. When we were discussing our issues with them, there was a customer in line who was an older gentleman, who actually started shaking his head listening to what they were telling us. Please don’t waste your time here, if you’re looking for recommendations of where to go, please go to the Cottage Grove store.

The reps here are complete garbage. Cant tell me what promo is going on. Cant tell me what promos I currently have on my account. Have no clue how to install a screen protector. And will not support you to fix anything they mess up.
This location is a joke. They NEVER answer their phone and once they have a sale they act like you don’t exist. HORRIBLE customer service.
This store has an amazing customer service. All questions about purchasing your phone or new deals will be answered. If you want to keep up with new deals than download T-Mobile Tuesday app. Best person to go to is Dmitriy or Mario.
Had an issue on a previous visit. I stopped by and spoke with a manager who did a great job solving the issue. Great customer service!
Horrible customer service. We were not greeted when we entered the store and after being ignored for 10 minutes we left. Another T-Mobile store got our business.
My j7 samsung quit focusing on camera, took it down to the store and they looked it over and got me a replacement ordered right away.Good staff, friendly and knowledgeable, able to simplify things for us older folks not born into high tech. I highly recommend them.
I went there today n got helped fast and they where cool I got a hat and more stuff they did a great job Mario and Brian those are the ones you want to go see they got you.
I went here on 6/14/19 at 7pm to get a new phone as mine died. Was in the store for about 35 minutes trying to purchase a phone and they kept on locking themselves out of the safe and kept on resetting the 10/15 min timer. I could not get the phone I wanted. Very frustrating and a waste of my time. They could sell me the newer more expensive model, but for some reason the cheaper older one was locked in the safe? Not happy about T-mobiles hidden fees when leasing a new phone. Probably just going to pay cash for it as it is $100 cheaper online. T-mobile always seems to fail when something goes wrong and I need their assistance.Two stars because staff was friendly and said sorry.Came back and got my phone in 20 mins and theyre apologized and trained employee howTo open safe.

The manager was yelling at a new employee the whole time being unreasonably rude. I asked what the difference was between a Google phone that was $400 and $800 and the answer I got was preference lol. Ill give it 2 stars because the lady was nice but the manager was not plesent to be around.
Mario was great. He basically picked out my phone for me and I absolutely love it. Biggest help Ive ever had at TMobile before, thanks Mario!

Sales associates seem less than enthused and not very helpful. The iPhone I wanted is on back-order. Told me to come back, couldnt see if it was available online, nothing. Very disappointing customer service.

Staff were polite but didnt understand LG V30 promotions over Black Friday. They still havent fixed their mistake after 3 months of phone calls and emails to this store and higher ups. Very disappointed. I may switch to a new carrier if this is how T-Mobile treats customers.

This store in itself is fine employees are nice and professional but t mobile as a company scams people and keep charging you for months after canceling service and they refuse to help when you call. They send you to a store who then say they cant help you have to call in. Complete joke and buyer beware of t mobile.
