Started with Metro a couple of years ago and had good luck and service with the old personnel. Had a phone that I really liked, worked most everywhere I went. Company stopped updates for it and I was forced to change phones. Got a Nord+1. Worst phone Ive had. Cant make calls, wont connect to internet. Burns through data 4x quicker than the last phone. Lots of the background stuff is turned off and still not helping.

There was this guy Tim that was helping me and hes just fantastic hes a soft-spoken seems to be a very caring person helping other people and hes good at what he does I was impressed my name is Ken and I will return to that story any day

Owner sold hardware that isnt compatible with the phone. Called provider and they clarified that is isnt compatible even though owner REASSURED multiple times the provider didnt know what they were talking about. Come back into the store to figure the issue out. Owner says it isnt compatible... after HE SOLD IT and told us it was. I asked for a refund, he said not refundable because it was open ... I called corporate and they said there is no reason it shouldnt be eligible for a refund. He became very unprofessional when I asked is this their ploy? to sell items knowing they wont work and then not allow a return. Owner became irate and continued to cat call me names & follow me as I left the store. Extremely unprofessional. He had one customer, Me, and couldnt even make that right.This guy is a scam. Go ANYWHERE else.

Amazing customer service and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a great deal on their phone service!!!! 4 lines for $120/month with Amazon Prime is hard to pass up on!!!!!

Ive been with Metro for almost two years and of all the stores Ive been to this is by far the best. I went in the other day to get a new phone and the staff was very attentive and welcoming. Im very happy with the phone and the service plus you cant beat the price. The new owners definitely know the products and service so it was easy to ask a lot of questions. Love this store

This Hastings metro PCs is the best ever. Great advice, products and phone plans...very affordable too.The new owner is meticulous in the service he offers and he is friendly, patient and thorough. And yes, he even carries i phones!

Awesome! 1st off I was having a terrible day. I got ripped off by some one CL who sold me a fake galaxy8+ for $600! So now I was out 600 and phoneless. So i stopped in to see if The gentleman could take a look at my phone to prove that it was fake and he did ! Not only that but you sold me a new phone that actually worked for a very good price! Then the next day I got a call from the police saying they caught the person who sold me the fake phone and i got my money back! Thanks to the gentleman who helped me get a new phone I was about to get the call from the police! I will forever be dedicated to the hAstings metro pcs!
