Stopped in at this location in what we thought would be an all day mattress shopping odyssey. Instead with the help of Bryant we found the perfect mates at a great price. They had a decent selection and Bryant helped us narrow down our choices without pushing us towards a higher priced mattress than we needed or wanted. Delivery setup was easy and they have some great additional products that add real value. We settled on the mates protector which added 10 years to the warranty but more importantly allowed for a year to try the best pretty much risk free. I don’t know if the protector itself is worth it on its own but the warranty and year trial certainly is worth it. This is a locally owned company which is why we started our search here and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend stopping by.

My husband and I stopped in at the Harvey location after losing our mattress due to the hurricane. Kenny was extremely helpful when it came to figuring out what we wanted, it made the experience really nice. We found what we were lookin for within 10 minutes probably and it was delivered two days later. Thank you Kenny!

Since this review my thoughts of service has changed. Bryant Drinker customer service was great, but the delivery has been questionable. I explained to Bryant that I needed 3 bed frames and mattresses by the end of July he assured me that he would work with me with that July delivery. I waited, until the end of July still No communication from Bryant. August 16 my sister visited the store and said we still have not received the mattresses and frames, Bryant replied he or someone will call. No call. So I called Bryant and remind Bryant of the urgency of getting the order at the end of July or early August, there was no comment or suggestion, so I had to cancel the order. A Very dissatisfied CustomerAwesome customer service. Bryant Drinker was honest and he was polite. I truly enjoyed his servant and will send other customers his way soon.

It’s Saturday, I’m new in town. I recently bought a new mattress from a different retailer. I’ve been in pain ever since. I came in here today with full intent to buy a new mattress. Brian- The sales rep. Kudos to you sir. Integrity is what keeps us going. You sir are awesome.

I needed a mattress on good Friday as my 7 yr old daughter was being discharged from the hospital. She almost lost her life a week and half earlier, after the neighbors large dog attacked and mauled her in our front yard. She needed a soft mattress because her little body is covered in bruises, stitches and open wounds....the Gentleman was so nice and compassionate...he even arranged for immediate delivery...so sweet..prices were great too... highly recommend

First, the sheets from here are AWESOME! We have extra to put on when the ones from here are washing, but I just wait until they dry because the feeling is so wonderful!The cooling pillow in the summer is WONDERFUL!!! I bought a mattress on the 4th Of July weekend from the MD Harvey location the salesperson was Turner and Bryan. The worst experience I had ever with purchasing a mattress. I am 81 years young, over the years I have purchased quite a few mattress in my day.Let’s start on my experience, I originally bought a king Beauty Rest Black Hybrid with a FREE adjustable once delivered I received a totally different mattress. So checked my receipt vs the adjusted recipient I received from [email protected] which showed a different mattress from the original receipt I received in the store.I tried contacting Myra the district manager unfortunately she was on vacation. So I was referred to call the so called team leader Charles at MD Covington location he said he couldn’t help me he don’t know why someone told me to call him. Really!So I called the Main Office, I spoke with Ebony she tried to help me but I got the run around, she claims she was new employee. So I later was put in contact with Lorenzo in shipping, I explained my situation, to only be told by him. “We can’t take back a mattress, would you take a underwears back to a store”. I was like Wow! I later try to contact Owner Lee Burns he tried to be helpful but couldn’t help me I had to wait for Myra that’s on vacation.So a week later I got in touch with Myra and finally I’m waiting on my delivery this weekend hopefully I get the correct mattress. I’ll keep you posted.So I think the original issue was Turner and Bryan from the MD Harvey store was trying to give a discount on the mattress I bought but was unable to adjust the price because Myra was on vacation, so he just changed the mattress to any mattress in the price range. Worst place to buy mattress. The entire staff was rude to me and my daughters. I would recommend buying your mattress from somewhere else.

Let me start off by saying that my in store experience was great and the saleswoman was super nice and professional. But.... the delivery guys SUCKED!!! I received a phone call that said they would be arriving in 20 mins so I made sure I was available. 1 hour later I receive a phone call saying they can’t find my address. So, I talked them through it and he said, “Dang, we were just here but I didn’t think this was the house.” My house has the address on the mailbox, above the front door, and on the trash cans on side my house. 🤦🏻‍♂️ So I didn’t think it was a big deal but when they brought my bed and bed frame inside I showed them where to install it. His response was, “we don’t have tools hahaha.” I said, “I paid the delivery and install fee! What do you mean you don’t have tools.” Again they laughed. I told them that I have it from here and they left. Overall, the worst delivery experience I have ever had.

Nice service very pricey but you get what you pay for

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would! The sales people here just try to scam you and make sure you walk out buying their mattress. Me and my boyfriend went in to find a nice mattress that was soft, but not overly soft. And after laying on about 10 different mattresses, we decided on a iserta hybrid. We did not want a box frame and we were told it was included in the price at no extra charge and that is a lie because it is a $200 plus charge if you look at the prices online for this mattress. Our delivery date was set a week from when it was purchased and it arrived a day late and a 10 minute phone call prior. Our sales person said they would call the day before to set up a time and then again the day of delivery and as stated it was a 10 minute notice! After setting up the matress and sleeping on it for a night we both woke up with back pain! We tried going to the store and seeing the mattress we tried in store and it ABSOLUTELY in no way feels the same! We were told no refunds can be given and only and exchange can be done after breaking it in for 30 days! I work in retail sales and explain the policy to each and every customer before having them sign our receipts and our sales guy ONLY discussed the 1 year warranty exchange policy AND NOT ONCE MADE US AWARE OF THIS FINAL SALE! I have no problem with a final sale policy but i was not told about this and after getting home and looking over my receipt saw the small print of...No refund-all sales final. After poor customer service i do not want to exchange my mattress for another just to go through this same process with a different mattress. I would never recommend these people or this place to anyone and next time i purchase a mattress it will NOT be from any Mattress Direct stores!

I only give one star because I had to give it something. This company is a mess. They opened an account up without my permission, refused to fix it and charged me for two mattresses I did not receive on two different accounts. After wrangling with this company for six months or more, I ended up with four new accounts created through Synchrony Bank, and I am still getting a bill for over a thousand dollars from this bank each month despite being told I really do not owe it. Cant check my credit cause apparently my information was part of the Equifax fiasco (thanks again Mattress Direct). I contacted the owner asked him to contact me so I can at least hear how sorry they are and that the person who did this mess and refused to fix it was at least reprimanded, but there has been nothing but silence on the issue from the owner. Seriously, I am considering litigation if Synchrony does not zero out this account by the end of the year. Honestly, people, this company could care less about customer service.

Not sure what sales they are advertising -- despite signs of 30% or more off all I found was 0% financing deals. Double check that receipt to make sure you get everything. Also, if there are problems, double check they have been corrected both with the stores manager AND the financing company.
