I have been buying from A1 for 25 years its going in the tank.. oh by the way the warranty company NSI they are selling is trash stay away from it!!

Get all my appliances here. Edit: Hope you never need their Service Department. I bought a refrigerator a few days ago, beeps constantly. Went back to Harvey store, they said call their Service Dept. Nobody ever answers at the Service Dept. Left a few messages, no return call. 5 days now, beeping wont stop. Horrible after sale service.

The salesman was outstanding and price was also good .The warranty dept and service was the worst that I ever had to deal with,brought a washing machine with warranty, had it service 3 time for the same reason....First time came out : we need a software update. Waited over a week to come in.(keep in mind no laundry).Second time: took less than two minutes to update it. Repair man didnt bother checking it.Third time:all this time talking with the warranty people......telling me that I have to wait until service dept send them the outcome of the repair.🤔🤔🤔Ok bottom line was the warranty dept didnt acknowledge my extent ed warranty.........all less than a year of purchase to date.WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM A-1 APPLIANCE AGAIN.

I purchased a refrigerator here June 2016 w/ Extended Warranty. As of today Sunday June 28, 2018 Ive been without any use of my refrigerator (26 Days) Tech has been out 3 times. They Have Sorry Repair/Warranty Service!!
