We were interested in the Volkswagen ID4 electric vehicle. Our salesman, Ashton Allen, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We like the way the ID4 handles. Plenty of passenger space. The trunk space is inadequate for show dog people, however.

Ive purchased 3 brand new cars in the past 4 years and I have never walked into a dealership and been treated the way I was at Ray Brandt Nissan. This has been the most amazing experience. Im almost 60 years old and have purchased many brand new vehicles at all the dealerships in the city but to walk out feeling like I got the best deal of my life which I did is an amazing experience. Before you purchase a new vehicle definitely go see these guys I promise you will not be disappointed.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALER--I bought what was supposed to be a brand new Porsche 911 from them on the phone. The vehicle came with exterior front damage on the spoiler and interior damage. The salesman, Nate, refused to speak to me for two months and would not answer emails and calls. It was not until I did a survey that they finally called and acknowledged that the interior damage was on the car before I bought it. They have refused to even pay for the damages until I give them a full release and stay quiet per Todd Dempster who runs the operation since the owner died. This dealer is unscrupulous and does not care about customers once they have your money. STAY AWAY!

Please to anyone interested in buying a new or used vehicle from this place dont I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership .the service department misdiagnosed my vehicle 3 times and charged my warranty policy for a bunch of parts that were irrelevant to fixing the problem.so then i talked to corporate about it and they arent willing stand by their product either. I was a Nissan loyal customer for a long time but not anymore. Please consider another dealership and automaker.

Sales manager was very rude to me. Salesman was great. I did buy the car, 2018 Nissan Kicks, and love it even though they scratched up the screen for the radio when cleaning it. Salesman said that he would look into having it replaced through warranty, but I havent heard from him yet and its been a couple of months.

I went in for an OIL CHANGE on my 2018 Nissan, but they didnt check while under the hudd that my Battery Post needed cleaning to remove the corrosion. Nissan, gave me the keys back & said my car was finished; No Explanation of what Service Work that was done on my car, until I ASKED them. Nissan, didnt wash my car until I asked why? Nissan needed my permission because my windshield had a rock crack. Nissan never asked my Permission which was Needed & visible when I came in for service.I wanted to check to see if I had a Tire Warranty on my car, because I had an Egg in my tire that was only 1 year old with about 1500 miles. The agent said I needed to talk to Finance, since I purchased my car at another dealership. I had my papers & tried calling the Nissan where I purchased my car as well, while waiting. The Finance Dept. was in a meeting, but NO ONE ever addressed the Question of my warranty; to get my Egg Tire Replaced. FOR MY SAFETY & TIME OF WAITING AROUND TO TALK TO A FINANCE AGENT TO REVIEW MY CONTRACT. ( NO ONE EVER ADDRESSED OR DIRECTED ME TO A FINANCE AS I WAITED).😥I WENT ON & PAID FOR MY TIRE TO BE REPLACED.RAY BRANDT NISSAN IN HARVEY, SERVICE DEPT. I found out that Ray Brandt services dept does not handle services to my Nissan well. My tire light keeps coming on, the service person told me the air pressure was too low, he put air in the tire. When the tire light came back on the service person told me the same thing ...its the air pressure in the tire was too low after putting air in the tire for the the second time, finally told him the light keeps coming back on after I leave here. He then said that there is a nail in the tire. I paid 20 dollars to have it fixed. The light came on again after doing all of the above, thinking finally the problem is fixed. The light comes on again. This is what he told me the tire has a nail in it they are unable to fix the tire, it has to be replaced. The tire will cost roughly 200 dollars. I want to know which one of these statements are true. Was it the air pressure too low or a nail was in the tire ? Maybe the tire could never be fixed. Why didnt the service person be more truthful ? By the way, I just purchased the car in January 2018.
This dealership is very professional and the employees all really go above and beyond to make the process as painless and with the least amount of stress possible. The only complaint I have about them is theyre always so busy constantly have people coming and going Ive brought 2 SUVs from them in the last 3 months and both times I went in already knowing what I wanted but it still took at least 6 hours minimal amount of time per day because of the amount of customers they have in there buying vehicles. In short be prepared to spend the day waiting on all paperwork but its definitely worth the wait because they go out of theyre way to make you as comfortable as possible and get you the best possible price.

So time for an almost two year old, we were in and out during lunch time and back back for his normal nap time.The waiting area is great, you can see your car being serviced, get a water and the customer service from John and his staff was excellent.My wife is about to get her second Rouge and my third Nissan is coming January and there is never a thought about going anywhere else for our Nissan.

Very professional and quick service
Getting my truck in and out of Ray Brandt was a pretty seamless process. Dropped my truck off with Chris, who didnt waste any time and was very professional. My vehicle was ready a day later, which was a pleasant surprise. Checking out and signing paperwork when I came to pick up was painless. Overall I’m happy with my experiance. However, after I got home I noticed a small black scuff near the drivers door handle that looked to be new, but it came right off with a little bit of rubbing. So no harm, no foul.
I scheduled a 10 am appointment for the recall of the ABS for my 2016 Murano & made that clear when I called... gave my VIN number to the person so that she can check the recall. The service advisor came to me between 11:45 am & 12 noon....the service tech that checked my vehicle told the Service Advisor .. that part did not need to be changed & that he was installing the part back. A few minutes later I’m told that yes it needs to be changed, however they have to order the part. I would assume that if there is a recall... the dealership should have that part.

Quick service but that’s about it. Service department seemed unhelpful and was loud and cursing. I’ve been in better customer lounges at other Hyundai dealerships. Gave this one a try because it’s a bit closer to my house but I don’t think I’ll return. The customer service lady was nice but must have been new because she kept a having to go back and forth when I had a question and wasn’t fully prepared. A customer had asked an employee to make more coffee and the request went ignored. Will not be returning.

RIP off. I had my car towed there and the service man Kenny tells me I need a new battery because the car wont start which cost $199 and after they installed the new battery he then says the cost of the repair is around $12k I said this is insane. Why would I put that type of money into a 2009 Altima when the car is only worth $3k wth.

Watched the guy change my oil: he did not start threading the bolts of my skid plate by hand just used and air rachet, did not check the dip stick after putting oil in and left oily hand prints on my door. I expect better from a dealership with a nearly $70 oil change.

I paid to have a tire pressure sensor installed, and it went out before my car could leave the premises. I take the car back to be looked at and see what the problem is and Im told its registereing as connected on their wireless tester. As amazing as that is for them, it does not explain why it is not registering in the car.My driver side rear and front sensors look the same on the dash bored, one long dash highlighted in red., but I am told the front is not online. My total reson for bring the car in was to have my the sensors fixed and registering currently on the dash. Why would I trust anyone to fix a problem when they havent figured out what is wrong.

I had a terrible customer service experience here. I recently moved here and had service center coupons for oil change and tire rotation. I was told that Ray Brandt doesn’t have a contract with them, which I understand, HOWEVER, the service manager (whose name is Mr. Ray, not sure if that’s Ray Brandt or not) told the service tech I was speaking to that he could actually accept it, but he wouldn’t because they would have to wait 15 days to receive the check. You would think that this dealership would focus on customer service and honor the coupon just one time, but apparently 15 days is too long for them to wait. Oh and their prices on their service site is wrong, they did honor that price which I appreciate, but I had to be firm about it. In short, this dealership is a bunch of cheap skates who don’t care about their customers or gaining repeat customers. I can only imagine what it’s like purchasing a car from them. I’ll drive the extra miles to Metairie to have better service.
