My daughter is in NOLA interning and she was backed into and the people that did it left the scene so we were stuck with the bill. I am in NC so you can imagine what a father goes through trying to find someone who will not take advantage of his little girl.She went to a couple of different places and they all wanted to sell her what she didnt need.When she got to Southern Collision, they told her she didnt need all repairs that the others said, but could fix the damage and do a paint correction on the car, and it was a fraction of the cost. In other words they didnt sell her what she didnt need and try to take advantage of her.I am so grateful that there are still honest folks in the world who do the right thing!My daughter is extremely happy with her car! Great experience and customer service! After an accident I brought my car in to get it fixed. They did a great job and did the work very fast. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

Had some scratches on a new truck. I totally thought the bed had to be sanded and repainted based off one body shops opinion. Mr. Adam looked at it and was able to buff them out in no time!Excellent attention to detail, excellent staff, excellent pricing!

SUPERIOR SERVICE! Dont let ur insurance fool you into going where they say! No law requires you to get more than one estimate. You are not obligated to use any particular body shop. You choose the shop and authorize repairs. These are just some things I learned from Adam when bringing my car in to Southern Collision. They were not only extremely knowledgeable but the work they did was simply outstanding. This is a family owned and operated business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Worst customer service ever! This man talked to me to me like I was an idiot on the phone, but he could barely form complete sentences or enunciate one word in them. Dont waste your time, find another shop.
