Good with k but it takes a long time and their computer will send a message saying that your car is ready when its not.
I had high hopes for gerber but was unfortunately disappointed. When I dropped my car off for repairs, I asked the lady at the front desk to notate that my vehicles paint was not OEM and was concerned that their paint job would not blend properly. I was assured that it would be taken care of by their professionals.First pickup attempt, it was raining so I wasnt able to check out their paint job like I wanted. I did notice that the brand new headlight they just installed already had water and moisture building up inside of it. I refused to pay or accept the vehicle because it was a very subpart repair. They also just left my car unlocked in their parking lot. I have an upgraded sound system so that made me extremely uncomfortable. I had to ask them to make sure they keep it locked, something I should not have had to do.Second pick up attempt it was not raining so I was able to look at the paint like I wanted. You could immediately tell which panels Gerber painted. When I confronted Steven about how I was unsatisfied with their paint job, he claimed they do that to match the oem paint. When I corrected him that it wasnt an OEM paint job and that should have been in the notes, he didnt have much to say besides offering to have someone try to buff it out. From past experience with previous body shops, I rather deal with the bad paint job than risk them messing the paint up anymore.On my drive home, I did notice the car had a slight pull and my tire pressure light started flashing. When I checked my tire pressure, all of my tires had perfect pressure except the one Gerber just replaced. It had 18lbs of pressure when it should of had 33lbs. That is something serious that should not have been looked over. I included a picture of the tire they claim was inspected and filled.
Terri and Steven were knowledgeable and profesional, and my repairs were completed quickly and proficiently. I was kept up to date via automated text messages throughout the process. They even accommodated me so that I could drop off and pick up, and pay without missing any time from work. I am thoroughly pleased and will definitely recommend Gerber to family and friends.

This is the body shop my insurance chose since I was in town on vacation. The biggest issue is punctuality. I would much rather you tell me 6 weeks versus telling me 3 weeks and continuously getting my hopes up. I’d get an email every few days saying the date of finish had changed again. If you know General Motors is on a strike, then please consider that when quoting your customers a finish date. I live 10 hours away from this location, so I was constantly having to change my plans with my job and kids to drive back down and pick up my car.It has been 4 months. Today I’m trading my car in. There is a domino effect of issues since my car has been repaired. The tail light assembly they installed didn’t work. From the day I picked it up. I even point blank asked if the brake and tail lights work. They didn’t. I had to have a local body shop order and install a new one. The Chevrolet dealership discovered that my tire rod was damaged and was causing my car to vibrate during acceleration. Gerber will try to sell you the story about lifetime guarantee. But again, I’m 10 hours away. And I have a feeling that as time goes on, issues are going to continue to arise. I’m very unhappy with the whole expensive and headache of an experience and with this Gerber location.

Brought two of vehicles here for repair and both of them were incomplete upon pickup. I even contacted them numerous times beforehand to confirm all concerns would be addressed.
I got into an accident and sent my car to Gerber to get just the front bumper fixed . They would send a message telling me my car would be finished by tomorrow then I would get a message the next day saying my car would not be fixed that day and I would have to wait longer . That wasn’t a real issue for me considering I had a rental but very inconvenient and unprofessional . The reason I am only giving one star is because after I got my car back it would start and kill right after or just not start at all but after a few retries it would be fine . Took it to autozone to find just a small issue with an air intake sensor . Buy the part and try to fix it turns out my entire air intake hose was in two pieces ! My car ran completely fine before Gerber and coincidentally my air intake hose is right near my bumper and would have to be taken off to get to my bumper . I called them to explain the issue and instead of letting me talk to someone who knows about cars and their parts a lady who runs the desk kept telling me they didn’t touch that part and they can’t help me because again they didn’t touch the part . I know that’s a lie because they needed to remove the air intake to get to the bumper . So now I have a fixed bumper but a broken hose with no one trying to atleast explain to me why or how it could’ve happened at or not at Gerber (which does make the company look a lot more suspicious) To rap up my review do not send your car here if you dont want unreliable texts about when your car will be fixed or issues after your car is fixed with nobody wanting to explain why this may have happened and just repeatedly saying they didn’t do anything . I will never send my car there again and I recommend others to stay far away as well .
