If I could give 100 stars I would. We walked in there expecting to not find the right extensions, having to dye to match, but we were wrong. The lady that helped us picked out the color perfect. Had everything we needed and were great . This is now our go to place. Above all the rest

I go there sometimes their ok, prices are somewhat high, but they have a good selection of products for natural hair. The bad part is they know nothing to very little about the products they sell.

Overall its a good place for supplies. At this time tho it is difficult to buy wigs because you cannot try them on due to Covid. But customer service is good. Pleasant people.

I just want to say that I went in this hair store and I absolutely love it and will solely go to them for my beauty and hair supplies....Great customer service you all are AWESOME 😘😘

Went alone and had no clue what I was trying to find but I was helped as soon as I entered.Found the hair we needed & was out in minutes!For this time of year thats a WONDERFUL shopping experience for me! Anxiety is crippling especially this time of year for me!No meds needed tonight though!

The prices are good. (1 star) I always get my questions about the products answered. (1star) If you don’t mind being watched like you are a thief coming to rob the store blind, then it could be worth the visit. Ugh... every patron is not there to steal something but that is how Closely you are watched. This is why you didn’t earn the other 3 stars. Keep in mind other supply stores in the area treat their patrons similarly. They are not the only ones with this mindset.

It is worth having a lot of merchandise and its employees treat their customers as if we could not pay for the merchandise. An orible experience that I had never had for this reason, I do not recommend it. Turn it over.

The shop lady was so nice. She realized one of my friends left her phone behind and found us to give it back. And theres so many different products there. A+ service.

They have a good selections of wigs and products but they watch the people of color like we are going to steal and Ive been coming here for many years. They know me but dont trust me. SMH!

Listen if I were you I would not shop here! When my daughter goes in there she has money they asked her what do she want! They go and find her in the isle and ask her what is she doing there? Anyway I went in there today and she was so extra.. so if you can patronize another business please do so! I wanted to spend money and buy the things that I need it for my life but I would not support that business again!

I went in for braiding hair and they made you feel very uncomfortable with obvious subliminal questions. I understand because some of the customers were rude in my opinion but thats not every paying customer which I was. Ill stick to my supply store in Lancaster Hair Viva a much better friendly and trustworthy environment.

They have a wide selection, but not a great level of quality. Most of the synthetics were plastic looking, even the more expensive ones. The attendant who helped me was very nice, but the owner was standoffish. She either stood close by and stared while I was browsing, or watched me through the cameras, and its a little awkward to look through a store while youre being tracked. They also let you try only 3 wigs on before buying. I dont know if this is standard in wig stores, since Ive bought all my wigs so far online, but the whole reason I went somewhere in person was to see how the style looked on me before paying. To me thats as if you visited a clothing store and were only allowed to try on three items, which no place Ive ever visited has done. I think Ill stick to buying off webstores since this was an overall uncomfortable experience :/ Try Bellami Hair or even Amazon.

Spent $300 on wigs and one wig was not done correctly and I was told I couldnt exchange it even though the receipt says store credit or exchange only, I was told that was for track hair only not wigs.I was told maybe I could sew the hair together to fill the gap! really. For the money that I spent I rate their store 0 stars for customer service.Well! looks like the system wont let me publish my rating without a star, so I select 1 star just so I can publish my rating, but my rating is as I stated, 0 for customer service.

Store is quite crowded and seems unorganized a lot of stock is in boxes on the floor Rock of the wigs are not marked correctly many of them say human hair but theyre not prices arent too bad.
