I went to get my eyebrows done and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had! My eyebrows are even now and they were filled it so nicely! If anyone goes to get their brows done I highly recommend Julia to you all!!

I love Sephora and was initially excited about a free standing store opening in Harrisburg. I have visited this location several times and have been underwhelmed by the Sephora Experience at each visit---in fact, I felt uncomfortable at times; the energy always feels off to me. There are always too many customer service representatives walking around aimlessly. I have shopped at many Sephoras in different states but this one truly ranks at the bottom (in re: to customer service). At other Sephoras I have visited in the past, the customer service persons are fun, upbeat, positive, and helpful.

We were inside the store before they closed and an employee asked us to leave and that they were closing. She also rudely asked us how we got inside.

I lost the receipt for the survey but I wanted to write a review about my excellent experience at this store! I was picking up makeup for my spouse and I had no clue where anything was. The young woman who helped me was amazing. She was very mindful of COVID measures and was extremely safety minded while still being professional and courteous. I wish I remembered your name so I could give you a shoutout!

Great customer service.

Went here several weeks ago, and they were taking necessary COVID precautions with face masks, distancing, and how they handled doing makeup swatching. Stopped by again two days ago, and literally everything but the cashwrap was exactly the same. Only ended up buying a couple small cashwrap items on that visit since I had looked at and purchased everything else I had wanted on my previous visit. Also, the number of staff they have on at any given time seems to be entirely too much for how many customers they have. Since employees are required to ask customers if they need help, this results in the customer being bombarded with these questions from all of the employees. I was asked once every three or four minutes if I needed help, and no, I dont. If I do, Ill come find you boo. The store aint that big. Honestly makes the whole shopping experience irritating and unpleasant. Id rather go to ULTA - more selection, less pestering.
