Chambria and zayah were AMAZING! Helped me with my exchanges and it seemed a bit stressful but they were so calm and collected! I absolutely 100% love the associates here :)

Tiny but mighty Bath and Body Works! I love popping in here when I make a trek to the mall. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It has your usual items--everything from body care to home fragrance. I love their shower gels, hand creams, soaps, and wallflowers.I especially like going here during their semi-annual sale as there is always some great finds. Christmas they run regular deals, too.

Went here looking for one of the new plug-in designs for Halloween. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The store is always very clean and of course, smells great. One of the few reasons to go to Harrisburg Mall.

The people that work in bath & body works are always very nice no matter which one I visit

The women that worked in Bath & Body Works today 11/19 (around 2pm) were ALL so nice & helpful to me. They took the time to help me find what I needed...they also took the time to show me all the new merchandise. I was very impressed as always with the excellent customer service! Please come out and keep this store in business! They need our support & business! Its sad walking into the Harrisburg Mall...a majority of the businesses are closed. Its sad. Bath & Body Works have a lot of new scents for the holiday season...come out & shop!

These ladies working in this store are top notch. We traveled back up here to make sure we were at the best bath and body works in a 40 mile plus radius. Thank again my doctors and nurses will love these gifts.

Sign up for their emails so you get the bang for your buck. They offer so much, even for times during Covid, to add that little extra for people you care about and pampering yourself. They offer ribbon and decorative cellophane for free with purchases or you could buy very trendi bags made for reuse to make your gift eye popping and environmentally friendly.

I got a great coupon from here! The products are amazing. The scents are lovely. The lotions are delightful. The body gels are wonderful. Even the Wallflowers smell good. This is a great store!

I was never acknowledged by any of the employees. They were all basically kids and busy chatting instead of working and assisting customers.

Came in to buy my daughters some sprays and lotions for Christmas, but this location has a very small selection and so decided to go to the one in Camp Hill as that store is way better. This store is probably twice the size of any others Ive been into, but only had half the selection. The testing ability of many of the scents they actually had were not to be found. I was not impressed with this Bath and Body Works location.

Its your basic candle and smell goods store. There always seems to be sales and its not super expensive bc of the sales. So if you need a quick gift this is a good place.
