We reserved a truck mid july. Got the confirmation email all was set to go for this location. This morning July 26th they call and tell me I have to drive into chicago to pick up the truck. No prior notice or anything. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience.

We came here several times to get boxes and packing material for our upcoming move. We found the staff to be quite helpful, and most importantly their hours worked for our busy schedules. Often, this was the only store open when we needed more boxes--thank you for being open nights and weekends!

This place is the absolute worst. We had a GUARANTEED reservation for a UHaul that we made way in advance. We arrive and there is no truck for us. I understand that this company cannot control if the prior person does not bring it back on time, buts its how it was dealt with. When we walked in, the worker laughed at us and said Its not looking good!!. He made 1 attempt in our presence to call her (Oh, and he gave out the personal information of the name of the prior renter, I have her name) and then proceeded to sit there and do nothing while we spent 3 hours waiting and on the phone with Uhauls regional office trying to find an alternative truck. Zero help on his end and a heinous attitude. I then said to my husband Well, at least well theyll have to honor their $50 reservation guarantee. To which the worker chimed in Yea, but $50 is nothing compared to what youll lose with your movers.. Or how about a phone call before we even bothered showing up that our reservation wasnt there and you couldnt fulfill your end of the contract? I never leave reviews, but this was such poor business practice that I wanted to warn anyone to stay away.

Rented a truck from here. Good, fast service. Friendly and courteous staff. Truck was clean and ran well. Overall a very good experience.

On the day of my move, after making reservations for a truck more than one week before, I arrived to be told that a few trucks had not been returned the evening before and therefore they had nothing for me. I had to travel a few towns over, again on the morning of my move, to get a replacement.

Brandon worked with me to buy all my moving supplies and spent time on the phone to help with issues that came about. Very professional.

Worst storage facility Ive ever used, and they charged my credit card for rent after I didnt even have a unit there anymore.
