I go to Starbucks everyday after work... I order their strawberry lemonade with mango dragon fruit pieces.. Plus a chocolate chip cookie warned....the lemonade is very refreshing and so are the order takers and food distributors.. I love Starbucks products and their staff.. Think Ill try a breakfast sandwich next visit

My favorite drink, I had to use 2 straws to get all that yumminess.This last chapter finished with gratefulness...almost like graduating but better.

Im only giving them a 4 star because of this new girl that isnt giving me the starbucks experience..and Im just saying that because coming to this location Ive always experienced exceptional customer service.. just good attitude and all that jaz.. a breath of fresh air from these other fast food joints. She just has that dry..I dont want to be here nor take your order attitude type customer service. People lets do better

The staff is always friendly and though it does get backed up sometimes in drive thru, theyre always pleasant and accurate with orders.

You got to take cake pops and a grande drink the cake pops were amazing and we had a great time the line was a little long but we had a good time thank you for asking

This location is extremely slow. Be prepared to stay in the drive thru at least 30 minutes, even if you have the app. If you go in, its like 20 workers so I cant understand why it take so long. I love Starbucks but dread coming to this location. Maybe you guys should put a better process in place so youre not inconveniencing your customers by having them wait, especially those of us who place ahead.

I work in the same plaza as them! Get Starbucks 2-3 times a week them for work! I will say probably 3 out of 10 times my drink either is mest up or just taste like the bottom of the barrel brew.... I know how my Starbucks should be because will go to any other one in the region and they are great....! All I want is just good coffee in the morning.!

Starbees in general is great. This staff needs to pay better attention when making beverages to make sure all items are added especially since they are paid for.

I recently started my transition over to plant based, vegan more healthier options. Today Istopped at Starbucks, not knowing exactly what i wanted. Ive never been a fan of eggs before trying the egg white veggie wrap! Let me say OH MY GOODNESS!!! It was scrumptious!! Might I add that their customer service is ALWAYS exceptional!! Thank you!!

Starbucks is so overrated, and it costs too much. Their coffee tastes burnt. The only thing I got and liked was a caramel macchiatto once as well as a ginger coffee sample they had once around holiday season. For a better cup of joe, just head over to Dunkin Donuts or McDonalds.

I did a mobile order to pick up inside, but the inside was closed. I had to go in the drive-thru and wait in a long line. When I got to the window 1 of my 2 items was ready and they couldnt figure out where my other item was. Then they asked me what I order they made my order but my coffee wasnt even hot. I am normally not one to complain but this was terrible service. The whole point of doing a mobile order is so I dont have to wait in line.

Today is our pups last day unfortunately, we decided to stop and get her a pup cup because shes never had one. We went through drive through and asked if we needed to make a purchase in order to get her one, told them it was her last day. The ladies in drive through were sweetest and gave us 2 pup cups for Lili. It wasnt just them giving them to us, they also went above and beyond to write little messages for Lili on her cups. There are still good people that love and care about others. You guys are awesome, thank you for helping make our babies last day a great one😭

I placed an online order from my favorites as there was a significant line in the drive thru and I didnt want to take a chance my order wouldnt be made correctly. I waited and when I got my order it was wrong. They did offer to remake it but after already waiting over 5 mins and I was on the verge of being late to an appointment I was over it. I NEVER order a cold matcha latte, its ALWAYS hot. I even double checked my app just to be sure and it doesnt say iced so I have do not understand how they got it wrong.

The staff was kind and the wait time inside wasnt long. My husband and I drinks was made perfectly.

Slow service for the volume of customers they receive..the drive thru can be challenging because other businesses so youre blocking them in or youre in traffic

I came here many times but they just make hot water and cream theres no coffee if you like to take hot Water + cream and sugar this good place they save coffee i never seen Starbucks like this place

I am so happy with their service. On my break, I ordered Starbucks not knowing that I did it to the wrong location. When I arrived to the store, they let me know that there was another location in the same city and that my order was there. Instead of making me go get it at that location, they made me my order there! I am so grateful for those girls who helped me!!!

I have come here often and this was the final straw! I went to order a mozarella panini, they didnt have them. So, I order a drink they do not have it, I order another drink and they say they do not have that either. What do you guys have?!?! I go to the one in Merrillville, IN. On my way to work but now I work at home and I go through this each time.If its not a rude barista, its nothing is available or the line is soo long you wait forever to find out theres nothing available!Go to another starbucks! Its not worth the time spent here.

Always order the iced coffee but when its extremely busy (like normal) their iced coffee, though I love them, I admit its not as cold as it normally is and gets diluted much quicker when the ice melts. However, the service is WONDERFUL there. Always friendly, happy and kind.

Slowest Starbuck in the area. Drinks are hit or miss. Every other drink I order doesnt taste right. The Schererville location is much faster and more consistent with drinks.I will post a new review if they start performing better.

Great hot coffee everytime

We were greeted as if they were glad we came. They staff wore mssks and made sure I order was correct. We ordered two flat.whites which is a wonderful way to begin a day, and this staff got it right!

Im not sure what is with this particular store, but every time i come here, only when Dyer Indiana is closed, i have problems with either the drinks or the service. Today, cashier was slow taking order and then put my 2 drink order on 2 separate orders. When i asked why was it done like, cashier said, i dont know i didnt take order. 2nd, i said i wanted to load 30.00 on my card, was told, you have to put a minimum of 5.00 on a card. I looked at cashier and said i want to put 30.00 on card, did you not understand. She replied, i thought you said 3.00. Seems someone needs to get their people in order or something. Really dont care for this store more when i have to come here

The whole point of ordering ahead is so that you can avoid waiting in line and just pick it up, but they still feel the need to close the store and make you wait in the drive thru line which is in the worst possible location because the line causes traffic block

This is by far the SLOWEST AND I MEAN SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to. This is right off the e way so people are always coming here. They have got to do better. I will not return bcuz I waited 22 min for a tall flat white which they forgot to make!

I live right down the street from this location and unfortunately I can’t ever patronize them. The reason is because every single time I have ever tried to order certain menu items through the app, it tells me the item is sold out. Doesn’t matter if it’s first thing in the morning, it will say it’s sold out. These items are never sold out at any other locations like it is here at the new Hammond store. It has happened so much that I actually gave up over six months ago. Decided to give it a try today and same thing- “Sold out of this item.” This time I’m writing this review and giving up for good. Time to go check out my local Panera.

This is hands down the WORST starbucks I have ever been to...the workers are crazy slow and lack mental capacity to understand simple orders...the drive thru is horrendous....i would say to drive past this one and keep going to schererville....this was a great starbucks when they very first opened but unless you love waiting in lines inside or drive thru....keep going

The coffee is great and the atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. But there bathrooms were gross. Someone has cut their hair and it was all over the bath room.There were several tables that were filthy and havent been cleaned. I had to grab napkins and clean my own table.

This is the only Starbucks locally that gets my drink right. When I say right, I mean perfect! But the reason I gave them 3 stars instead of 5 is due to it being so congested. When it’s really busy, the drive thru line is leading out to the street. 9 times out of 10 you have to come in. Trying to find parking is the worse. They obviously didn’t think about parking when they constructed the building. That irritates me on another level. Which is why I try not to go here as much. I go to another by my job in Illinois. Taxes are higher but at least I don’t have to have or try to find parking when going inside which I hate doing.

Not sure which employee this was but he was a young guy and worked around 1pm. He was rude because I asked him about my order because it was taking so long to receive a medium drink and yes I was inside. He responded rudely and when my drink did come up he sat it down with anger. Never had this problem here before but everyone who works there is not like him. I won’t be returning

I went in to get a drink and the lady that took my order had an attitude with me the entire time. I only ordered a white mocha with chestnut syrup added and she acted like it was the end of the world that i brought in a cup that had coffee in it and asked her to rinse it out for me to put the new drink it. Definitely disappointed and will not be spending my $6 for such poor customer service!

Service is fast, friendly, order is always accurate and food had always been fresh. No bad experience here. My favorite is the double smoked bacon cheddar sandwich. If you havent had it, you should give it a try!

Stopped here on a road trip and it was DELICIOUS. Perfect palace to stretch our legs and grab a wake up snacks. Workers were nice and helpful, wasnt super packed and wait wasnt bad.

Love the options of drinks and snacks. Quick and friendly. If something can be warmed they will ask and not just assume or not bother. even though the lines get long, they work quick and get it right.

We love Starbucks! However since covid happened the Drive thru is always backed up in the street at this location! You wait a long time to get your drinks. Last time we went, I asked for a Java chip frap I got a cookie crumble. Someone was lazy and didnt do their job right. Hopefully this Starbucks will get their coffee done right.

My granddaughter works here so I had to drive something down to her work because she forgot something personally I wouldnt pay so much money for a cup of coffee I make my own coffee right at home.besides that I dont care for the right-wing politics of the CEO of Starbucks. Kind employees! I have been on a Starbucks kick the past couple months & have become a familiar face at Starbucks. When I noticed my Cold Brew wasn’t tasting as strong & flavorful as it usually does I called & spoke with the manager. She went above & beyond to make sure the problem was addressed & I was taken care of as a customer. So considerate & sweet.
