On January 25 2021, 6:40, cashier was using “Bluetooth”, having a casual convo, I placed my items on counter, ask for an item the cashier had access to. The entire transaction including my request for an item in their control, the only thing the cashier ever said was to tell me the total of my purchase. And they never stop talking on the phone, and it was a casual conversation. Rude, snooty and just a poor person to place in contact with the public! Had enough of this place !Since Circle K took over this location from The Corner Store franchise it has gone downhill.

Today was HOT outside all I wanted was my favorite banana frozen drank. They had no large lids so I tell the manger and she sends her clerk to find some. After 10 minutes I ask the manger if I can just put the lids worth in my cup and I thought she said yes. (I didnt realize at the time, she was telling someone on the phone yes.). So, I get me a lid full. When Im walking out of the store she tells me I owe her 89 cents. I tell her I dont understand so she tells me never come in her store again. When Im walking out she tells the black guy in line behind me she cant stand these white Boys. (She didnt know that that black guy is my boss.). I hope all the Circle Ks in Hammond arent like the Valero Conner Store in Hammond, Louisiana (who is owned by Circle K). I guess Racetrack is the way to go if you want to be treated with respect.
