Just spoke with, more like got talked to, by a manager Brenda. Incredibly rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and refused to give her name at first. She was not knowledgeable on how to use the telxon scanner. After successfully scanning my package she made an error and was unable to email me my tracking number. She proceeded to tell me that she was unable to accept my package at their location. I showed her the tracking on my phone to verify it had been scanned in already. At this point she became escalated, turned her back towards me, refused to answer my questions.Once I asked to speak to a manager she presented herself as the manager, refusing to give her name saying to call back and talk to Tiffany. With this I asked her name again to which she said it was Brenda before walking past me, mask down, or maintaining social distancing. I really hope Walgreens sees this and does something about this disrespectful, unprofessional manager with a clear superiority complex. Customers should not be treated this way.

It’s really sad when the store closes at 10pm but they lock the doors at 9:45.. I understand when it comes to closing a store but 15 mins earlier isn’t cool. Then they just look at you smile and wave. Go to the Munster one off of calumet and fisher. at least they’re nice and always so welcoming.

My family has been going to this Walgreens for over 30 yrs.The Pharmacist, Ken and Omar are the bestAll cashiers have positive a additude. Friendly and ready to help you find anything you need.

This Walgreens is awesome!! Lisa and all of the staff are friendly and helpful with one exception..Mattie...she is extremely rude ...she literally reprimanded me this morning because she didn’t hear me say good morning which I did say twice and loudly with a mask on so she could hear me 🙄

Called and talk to the pharmacy and Kenin the department was being so rude!Was trying to find out why I couldnt get something through the window and he just kept cutting me off saying I have to come and that my script is ready and they are open til 5!Im already feeling terrible (sick) I shouldnthave to deal with a nasty attitude or even someone being rude to me cutting me off when Im trying to ask questions!I cant and I shouldnt be going in the store right now! And the meds I need is from a doctor its just not one I need a script for but I have to go in and get it! How does that make sense?

They would not accept a $50 gift card purchased from their store because their machines were unable to read it. Mind you this card was unused and I called the number on the back which verified the balance and played it on speaker. Kathy the manager had no sympathy for the situation and forced me to use another method for payment. The items I was planning on purchasing were essential items for my wife and 5 day old daughter and its a shame that nothing could be done to rectify the situation. I will be escalating this complaint to the better business bureau as its completely unethical for a business to not accept their own gift cards with a verified positive balance.

My experience in the store is very welcoming and very nice. In my opinion its the best walgreens there very kind employes and manager. They always welcome me and always kind. I find everything that Im looking for.

This walgreens is the best store Its very clean and all the cashiers and managers are very excellent and professional. I shoped at other walgreens in hammond but in my opinion this walgreens is the best.
