Terrible customer service! Called to speak with a manager and was told “he’s not here” and the lady proceeded to hang up on me. I bought $200 Babyliss clippers and realized they had a defect and would turn off after some time while using them. I tried to exchange the clippers and was told if they don’t do it in front of him he can not help and I would need to prove it. I definitely will not be shopping with this seller again.

Theyve got a fabulous selection of products and tools for hair care, wigs and extensions. They also carry a decent makeup selection and some clothing as well. Prices are very reasonable, too!Would have given 5 stars but they dont carry any semi-permanent shampoos/conditioners for maintaining colored hair.

Nice place, clean, a lot of product, good prices, however this is the first time I have visited this location and not one person asked if I needed help. Usually I do not, but this time I did. So unfortunately I left without getting what I came in to purchase, but I will go back, just not for the item I wanted. I might have to break on down and go into Chicago to get it.

Sales associate Kim in the wig department was very rude and unhelpful. Wigs are overpriced. Sadoni doesnt have a great variety of wigs. Everything else is great. They always have a full stock of hair accessories, lashes,and hair care systems. Other sales associates and cashiers have excellent customer service. The wig department is the only issue there. Kim is no help and not educated on wigs and black hair care.

I would definitely recommend this beauty supply store.

Love this place. I can go to Hammond and do my one stop shopping. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. They dont believe in lines. Drive from the city sometimes to go here because I know they have what I want. You always call ahead but its easier to go into the store to make sure its the correct product.

Average. The hair here is worth buying. Out of three I bought one sheds like a dog, one is good & the other is yet to be tested. All for under $65. The attendee was pushy yet helpful & tore tags off my purchases before I purchased them. I found that odd. Most items were way overpriced especially for this area.

This place disgusts me. I frequently color my hair and Sadoni has always been very convenient for me because we live not too far, in Whiting. Every time Ive been here, the employees have been nothing but helpful and kind, even today a kind young woman helped me when I had a few questions. At the end of my transaction, I was purposefully overcharged for an extra box of dye that I did not purchase by the manager, named Dan, with an intention to bring me back into the store. I did notice the overcharge immediately and walked back in to receive my refund. As soon as I walked up to the counter, a worker named Nona shoved her phone in my face with a picture of a pink haired woman on the screen, insisting that I was that woman in the picture. The woman in the picture was a previous shoplifter with pink hair, we had no similar facial features besides maybe wider cheeks. She went on and on accusing me, in front of customers, that I was this shoplifter. She kept asking me are you sure this isnt you? and telling the manager, Dan, that is her, I know its her and it has to be her, it looks just like her for about 15 minutes. It was embarrassing that I had to go back and forth with her because she would not let the manager refund the overcharge, expecting me to say that it was me, though it wasnt. She finally let him refund me and I left the store, it was an upsetting experience and I will not be supporting this business any longer because this was an obvious case of discrimination and it made me very uncomfortable.

Great beauty supply shop they what, I was looking for so I was in and out in a few minutes.

Typical follow you around the store while shopping business. The owner had a problem with me and my daughters trying on sunglasses when I came there just for that reason and intended on purchasing a few pair. I will admit most of the workers are friendly but the owner/manager and another worker will ruin your shopping experience. Its upsetting because they have received PLENTY of business from me since theyve opened not that long ago, but I will be going elsewhere from now on. Also theyre higher priced then most beauty supplys.

Wigs are a little over priced and not that great of quality.

The people are nice they have a great selection however I know its prices are higher than they are in the Chicago beauty supply stores which I travel to Indiana because prices are normally cheaper

We frequent this business often for our beauty supplies. However on my daughters last visit a worker named Nona shoved her phone in my daughters face insisting that my daughter was the woman in the picture, a shoplifter. Nona went on for 15 minutes accusing my daughter of being this woman, in front employees and customers. My daughter came out if the store very distraught, after telling me what happened I went in. Two customers were looking at the picture, which is posted by the door they both stated that the woman in the picture looked nothing like my daughter. I went in and all the employees were standing around and Nona was still insisting the woman was my daughter. I confronted them and they were trying to say the picture looked like my daughter, which it didnt. I told them they are very unprofessional for accusing someone of being a shoplifter especially in front of customers, which they denied that the were customers in there. So they lied right to my face, mind you I spoke to two people before I went in. I will NEVER support this business again. I will tell my friends, neighbors and everyone I know never to support this business!
