We had a 3:00 appointment but we went prepared for a wait because we thought lke most places, that they would be running late..... however we were pleasantly surprised to find they were RIGHT ON TIME. The appraiser was very thorough and professional. He took time to address our concerns and answer all of our questions. They will be repairing the damage to our vehicle next week and will further review after that experience.

Dropped off my SUV on July 1st. They said it would be ready by July 8th because of the holiday. Ok no problem. Called Friday because I didnt get a call from them on Thursday and said it was in the paint department and would now be ready on the 12th or the 13th. They said they had one person quit and one person got metal in there eye and someone had to take them to the ER. Call me crazy but arent people who work with metal required to wear safety glasses?? So Fast forward to the 13th husband goes to pick up the car and he takes a look at the rear end and the letters on the back are missing. They put them on......husband gets home and the latch to the hatch back isnt working after a few tries it works.....last problem: MY CAR HAS A FISHY SMELL!!!! I noticed after I went to the store I opened my car and just about gagged on the odor. Im not sure what they used on the inside of my car but it smells like they wiped the inside of my car with tuna! So now I have to spend even more money to get it detailed.

Was very Very satisfied with the great work they did on my S UV and happy with the customer service especially Mr. Karol keeping in touch and let us know what was going on thank you for the good job godbles you all❤😠

If I could I would give zero starsWasted my whole day the repair person called at 9:00am wanted to know if I had a heated garage . We never told that I needed to have a heated garageThen he tells me that I must bring my car to the shop but dont come till I call you which was 1-3So I waited all day to hear from him not a text or phone callI called at 3:05:to see what the hold up was no one would give me an answerThen around 3:35 a manger called to tell me that I was confused and that I didnt understand the situation and he was going to inform meHe claimed that they had ordered the glass and it was broken (really dont believe this )That he was trying to find another one look buddy I dont have an exotic car its a Subaru. This was the most Unprofessional person Ive even spoken too i will not do any type of business with them again

If your looking for perfection this is not the place. There was damage only to lower front bumper but still aligned fine. I chose factory parts but after work the bumper doesn’t align like it did before. The color doesn’t match like before either. Very disappointing. UPDATE*** Took car back and gave them 2 more tries and the paint and alignment is still not right. Taking my car somewhere else.***

They had my Truck ready ahead of time given and they cleaned the inside as well as the outside of truck. Great job, couldnt even tell it was repaired, the job was done so well.

After being rear ended by a semi-truck, my 2006 Amanti was totaled out by the CDL’s insurance company after they insisted I got a work estimate from a really overpriced shop in Illinois. Great service

Gerber Collision & Glass did a great job on fixing my car after it was involved in a hit and run. They did a great job in a very timely matter. Then three days after I got my car back I had to take it back to have them fix my mirror and they did that quickly also. I would tell all my friends and friends to use Gerber Collision & Glass.

The experience with this establishment a couple years back was a memorable one. The service was excellent and on point.

Didnt fix everything they claimed they fixed an now tried to charge me again for something they didnt fix the first time instead of telling me they will do it this time an charge me for parts only car shops makes mistakes to an when they do they should do the right thing highly disappointed bc recommended to so many people.

This place is professional all the way around from the 1st phone call I made to my1st visit. I was theyre very friendly warm establishment answer all your questions very clean neat tidy place I recommend this place 100%.
