Just HORRIBLE!!!.. First let me just say that the bi%$# working the front desk is very unprofessional and rude as hell. She has no customer service skills and lacks any kind of professionalism. Its as if she was just hired because somebody felt sorry for her. What a piece of trash she is. She didnt know what she was doing which delayed everything and I was forced to be in the same room with her longer than I actually wanted to. Im glad I didnt have to pay. In my opinion go to HIGH IMPACT TOWING. They are very professional and the prices are even better. Usually when you deal with jerk assholes who are contracted to tow for the police department you arent treated fairly at all.

Great people to work with; they take care of everything no problems, no worries, got car back fast. Been dealing with SAB for all problems & the the women at the front finds paper work & lets you know whats going on with your car when you ask.
