I really appreciate their kindness and knowledge of the products at Sephora. I don’t know their names, but I enjoy feeling welcome and having great conversations with them. I’ve seen these two working together multiple times and they’re doing a great job.

Staff is great service is great prices? Are good but not great.

What a shame. ordered online, and they had nothing i ordered. my shopper said the women were rude and short with her bad customer service skills i assume. waste of time. shop at ULTA! i called and talked to a girl named kelci, super nice, they have everything you need, and a lot of things cheaper.

I went here yesterday just to look for some foundations. Faith was thee best not only did she help me find the perfect shade she did my face. I dont wear makeup, but she made me feel very comfortable with doing it on my own. I love this Sephora they arent as big as the regular stores, but the staff more than makes up for that.

I went in and Chris helped me, he matched multiple lipsticks to not only my natural lip color but also my green eyeliner that I always wear. He knows the prices of all the products without having to look, he is just wonderful. He is the reason I will return. It was rather busy and he still made me and everyone else he was helping feel important.

Love this location. The ladies and gentlemen that work here are always helpful, always willing to check online and at other locations for you!

Horrible staff! Not sure what happened to the previous people but every time I come here NO one helps, especially the guy he’s awful! Every one seems snoody. Please consider your staff Sephora! I love shopping here but something needs to be changed.

Terrible everyone I come here! Never wait on you. Stand there forever while they put makeup on someone and all I wanted was to pay for my product. I have things to do. You need more than one employee working at all times. I did not make my purchase and will get what I need at ULTA

Because they are located inside JCPENNEY, they are a much smaller store and do not carry all the cosmetics that their larger stores carry, which is rather disappointing as I am a regular customer at their location! I always end up buying products I didnt go in the store to get or they refer me to another store of theirs thats an hour away depending on the traffic, and they always tell me to go to Ulta a neighboring store! I love Ulta too but Sephora carries the high end brands I love, plus I like getting things right away. I never really want to go online to order unless theres no other alternative.
