I called and asked for availability of an item, and after being told this item was available, we drove to the store in the snow. Once we arrived, I asked one of the workers where the item was located, and they told me they were out of stock on that item since Christmas, and told me they don’t know who would’ve said they had them. I checked my call log, and I did call the correct store. Absolutely ridiculous.
Absolutely the worst service. The pharmacy staff and the Pharmacist himself were rude. It was a basic question and request for flu shot which I was told wasnt covered when I fact it was..... went CVS was in and out in 15 minutes. Botton line it was covered they just didnt want to take the time to check my coverage. Not recommending this location. Its about people skills and customer service.
I put my life in these people hands every month and I never have any fear the beginning the best deal. My familys since they open the store on Eaton and Main and Hamilton and before that on the east side I cant see me looking for another Pharmacy for a long time
If your thinking about applying to this store for employment I wouldnt recommend it. They are extremely unprofessional and the manager kevin shows favoritism towards certain employees. I gave this company 2.3 years of my time only to be fired because I told the managers that a girl was talking about me and to please do something about it. I was told to sweep it under the rug. When I worked there I had to be put on so many meds because of this place. Since I been out of Walgreens I am off of alot of the meds and doing so much better.
Nice staff, the store is always clean. I always find what I need in stock.
SLOWEST. PHARMACY. EVER. Dont expect to be able to pick up your prescription on your way home from the doctors, no matter how far away they are. Prepare to wait a minimum of 2 hours for your prescription to be ready. There is generally only one person working the pharmacy drive-thru window and no matter who it is they always seem frenzied trying to keep up.

Horrible pharmacy service.. seriously need to fire Barbara C. this is only the second time Ive used this pharmacy due to an insurance change, both times Ive came here this woman is back here bitching, cussing and flying off the handle, not only at customers but at her own boss! Wow!!!! So sad Walgreens.. Im sure you can do better than that.. never ever EVER had that problem anywhere and NEVER at CVS!!!! Seriously miss them!!!
Horrible Service. There was a change to my account at the pharmacy but they didnt bother to tell me until I was at the drive-thru trying to pick it up. ( Hours after I called it in) My prescription went from $40-$118.I had a coupon that I believe expired, however they deleted all history of it from my account & tried to say my insurance policy had changed.No, they tampered with my account & were too lazy to actually check their records. The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude and impatient. She even left her station for approximately 8 minutes with no explanation as to where she was going. Came back & refused to be of any help as to why my account was messed up. Her only solution was to call my insurance company.. despite my absolute confidence that my policy was the same. (Which it is indeed still the same). (Side note: everyone has a bad day, so maybe that was her deal. Regardless people need their medications, she should have been more willing to look into this).Went to a different location, gave them the coupon again & now my account has been corrected. My advice would be to use a different Walgreens. I have had multiple similar issues with this location in the past & will not be using them again
I would suggest calling and checking on your prescription prior to going to get it even if it’s been 4+ hours. This is the 5th time I’ve been asked to pull around and get back in line because it’s not ready yet hours after the prescription was sent over hours prior. This will be the last time I use this pharmacy.
People writing reviews for this store weren’t helped by Yessica...because she is always super nice to my sons and I. Two weeks ago our Rx WERE NOT insurance covered but badly needed. She went out of her way to get online coupons which cut the cost by two thirds!!!
HANDS DOWN THE WORST PHARMACY IVE EVER DEALT WITH IN 30 YEARS. NEVER have my sons monthly prescription in stock and always makes him go at LEAST a week without it. Has changed prescriptions (crossed out and wrote over existing). Staff is ALWAYS unprofessional and uncaring. Never again will i buy ANYTHING from here or fill any prescriptions at ANY walgreens again.
Friendly staff
The pharmacy tech will judge you based on the medications you are on and then treats you like a pos. Worst service Ive ever had. This is why I go to the walgreens in west chester instead. They actually treat you like a human being and will complement you on your recovery instead of judging you for trying to get help.
