Very helpful and very nice

I was looking for a home permanent to give my mom to curl her very gray hair. The manager was not only helpful in telling me everything that I would need, but she took a lot of time to tell me step-by-step how to do it, since it had been a long time!! Really appreciated the friendly help!!!

Awful experience I called to make sure they had a product for me before I drove 30 minutes to grab it and they didn’t even check and told me it was available. CARELESS MISTAKE which resulted in not only a waste of my time but an extremely dissatisfied customer I’ve shopped with Sally’s for years and this experience is enough to make me ONLY BUY PRODUCTS ONLINE AT DISCOUNTED RATES ELSEWHERE. I was willing to pay the extra for customer service but I’ll just put that toward my shipping and handling! Which I may even receive free.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Helped me choose a brand and then helped me figure out how to get exactly what I want!

I feel bad for giving a one star to Sallys. But the person, Kayla smith, work there pissed me off. Rude and careless to customers no matter if you are a new or returning customer.
