Be careful. The nightmare starts once you have paid. Delivered a broken table. The delivery guy flew from my house the moment I told him the table was damaged. Called for a replacement and they told me 5 months from now!!Ask for a refund and told me they could not pick up the table until 2 months from now!!Basically you become hostage to their inefficiency.Oh, but I was offered to buy a new table why I waited for this to be picked up to start the nightmare all over again.

Love their inventory, but the greatest of all is the staff! Special shout out to Maria Dacal, she takes the time to make sure you are happy and confident with your choices and that items will match your criteria and go well with the spaces you have at home, she would and give you her professional advises and best tips on design and decor! Definitively Maria made it great and easy for us. Would happily come back because of her… Many many thanks Maria!

Went here to pick up some stuff that I purchased online. The process to pick up items via a drive up process was flawless, you let them know you are on your way and they are literally waiting for you as you pull up. Will be doing this more often.

Almost everything at C&B is made in a foriegn country using slave labor or way below living wages. Less than 5% of their furniture is made from American manufacturers and only from one company (their own) they will not see us or even entertain our competitive furniture made here in U.S. at above living wages with the highest quality available. By buying C&B you are not supporting America or our high quality furniture industry. We can build better at a competitive price and willing to prove it.

Taking a moment to highlight a great experience recently and Crate and B Gulfstream. I am in the process of doing a renovation of my home and needed a few key pieces and inspiration putting them all together and went to Crate as a last option actually after hunting for weeks at other places. I met Joyce was she was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was kind, attentive and incredibly knowlegable about design and making things work to look cohesive and still feel warm and welcoming.I really appreciated Joyce taking the time to work with me and following up with me via phone to make sure all went well with my delivery. In these times when customer service has been lacking at many businesses, it is very refreshing to meet people who are caring and compassionate just because. Horribly managed. Poor customer communication once they’ve gotten your money. Crate and Barrel outsources it shipping. Almost a month to get one piece of furniture delivered from the first attempt. Was eventually offered free shipping and a 25% discount to try to make up for the whole mess. Have since made two large purchases both online and regretted it both times. Tried to reach out to store managers from my local store. This location about the latest delivery No Show and was told they could not help me and to take my business online. Last Purchase at this location!

Frank is the Sales Associate you want to have. He works on weekdays. The prices are expensive but the quality is comparable to what you pay. They often offer discounts but they come and go fast.Consider buying a quilts & coverlets. They are amazing quality and changes the entire dynamic, energy, comfort in your bedroom.

Spent an hour just browsing on a Friday evening.Phillip greeted us and quickly made some recommendations on furniture and gave us an overview of the store layout. He checked up on us a couple of times during our visit with bits and pieces of great information and advise.Very impressed with his level of service and understanding when to help and when to let.us browse.

They have quite a lot of stuff here. Definitely a good alternative to some of the other stores in the area for a similar price.

They lie we bought a furniture to bump our credit they told 12 month interest free, we got hit with interest at 6 months when we called their HQ in Texas they said that doesn’t exist the only have a 6 month promo... Careful this people won’t honor their own promos

The Crate and Barrel located at the Village of Gulf Stream Park is fabulous and has great sales and items that are not at other Crate and Barrel stores. The staff is always friendly and the displays and merchandise is always spot on for the latest and greatest home furnishing items.

Bought a sofa and some tables back in April 2018.Have an issue with the sofa and they refuse to address the situation.Pricey furniture, lousy customer service and management.

I love this store. The quality and style of the furniture is top notch, modern and elegant, but without breaking your bank account. Their furniture is about 10 steps up from Rooms to Go, IKEA, City Furn, eldorado, etc. And though the prices at C&B are higher than IKEA, etc, the prices are not at all outrageous given the quality of their items. Almost all of the furniture in my home is from either C&B or West Elm. (West Elm being a slightly lower price point). And I love the way my place looks. So grateful for this store.

Carli the employée knows her job, she gives good advice, is kind. The responsible of the shop is a lady, who took the the time for me when I had an issue to find the right furniture. She found the right solution. No one in the shop is rude on the contrary.

Exquisite furniture store!

I bought a sofa worth $ 3,000. Simply awful. With only 15 days of use this descosturando and releasing the filling that has inside. The appearance of the fabric is like a very old and used couch. We bought several furniture including a table that on the day of delivery warned that it had not been ready, after waiting for more than a month. I would not buy anything else in this store. The post sales service sucks. They do not want to solve customer problems.
